A month ago, my 16 yr old sons car engine went out on his 2008 Subaru Legacy. The previous owner had sold him a lemon and refused to make it right even though we had only had it for a few months. We ended up getting it towed to Subaru to get it evaluated. The service team was AMAZING! They were kind, caring, and compassionate. They were straight forward and resourceful. We had answers quickly and options for the cost of the repair in a timely fashion. I felt the service team was really there for us in our time of need. Keep up the great work Subaru service department! We definitely will be back soon.
