Good prices, good work done. But I think they could do much better on communication. They never called to say our bikes were done.

The owner worked very hard to fix the issues that we had. Our bike is working a lot better now. We will take our bikes there again if we need work done.

It was the best experience Ive ever had at a scooter store, the owner was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Fair prices too.

This is an excellent skate shop. Very old school feel. Jascon is very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s been 20 years since I skated, but I wanted get my 12 year old daughter started. He set me up on some solid recommendations to get her going. Thank you!

Best shop in town. The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would recomend Beamers over every other shop in the area. Not to mention they are the only place in town to test out and buy a Bumpboxx.

I have had two great encounters with Beamers. I brought them a bike trailer, and child size mountain bike on separate occasions. Both times, they were able to service them the same day and the service pricing is half of the cost of the other bike shops Ive used. The owner is a good guy and friendly. I live in Pocatello and I brought my bike to Idaho to Beamers for the good service and price. Great business!

He was super helpful. I came in to get a road bike serviced. He showed me all the ropes, helped me fix everything up, and was just great to work with.

I took 3 of my kids bikes here in early August for new inner tubes and 1 brake handle replacement. It was 3 weeks before they had them finished. That repair cost me $98! The website said tube replacement was just $5. The wait time was longer than promised, the cost was too high, and the overall experience was not pleasant.

I was helped right away and got all my questions answered. They even held a longboard for me until the end of the day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jascon is a great guy. I have bought multiple bike parts from his shop and I havent had a single problem with them. Although I did buy a bike tire and it ripped through the base of the side walls after only 15 minutes of use. I tried to exchange it for another but it was said that it was malfunction in how I put the tire on. I can completely understand that. I would recommend going to beamers for bike parts and bikes. If you have any problems or questions I know that jascon will do what he can to stop or answer them.✌️

Didn’t mind shopping here at all. Jascon is very knowledgeable when it comes his work. I’m just not appreciative of who he’s got riding on his scooter team. Several of them were very unkind to my son, and several were awesome but the others look and act like wanna-be gangsters. One of them was involved in the shooting at the skatepark in Idaho falls. Other than that I recommend for any bike or scooter repair

I brought my bike in for a full service and it took 3 weeks. They did a great job and were very knowledgable, but if you need quick service I wouldnt recommend.

I really dont like their return policy. If someone is budgeting and they return something they cannot get there it is useless to only do in store credit. My dad went to return something he bought for my girls and they would not refund, that is a bunch of crap.
