We went to The Bike Shop in Idaho Falls in search of snow skis. Brent Page, general manager, spent over an hour with us talking about ski brands/ski types, bindings and boots. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and never seemed rushed. It was a great experience. I’d highly recommend The Bike Shop!

We have purchased 2 bikes for our kids here. Both experiences were great. No cheapo bikes in here, but I vastly prefer to spend a little extra for good quality.

This place is awesome! We were able to outfit 3 kids with skis for the entire winter at a reasonable price without having to waste money buying something they were going to outgrow in a year or less. Excellent friendly service. Their bike selection is not enormous but they have plenty of bikes for every age in stock too. Good quality and value.

It’s so nice to be able to touch and see product that you plan on purchasing, trying it on, making sure it fits, and what you’re really wanting. The staff is super supportive too when it comes to making sure you are happy with your purchase. What’s nice about shops like these, is that these people are us, taking risks to bring us products that we might and might not like, and they are literally from our community. Support local!

Every time I have gone in to The Bike Shop, whether to dream about the bike I wish I could have or to purchase accessories, the Bike Shop employees have always been kind, excited about their products, and helpful. I look forward to visiting their store each time I go in. Once, my son was very interested in a skate board they had in the shop, and the specialist there was kind and helped him learn a few moves. No purchase necessary for exemplary service and advice. Highly recommend!

Great prices and service. The owner spent around an hour and a half total (without charge like some local ski shops) helping me figure out which ski boots would be best for my particular skiing style and needs. After that, I decided Id go back there to get my new skis mounted and my park skis bindings adjusted for my new boots. Over all he ended up saving me about $70 on all my services and helping me choose what to go with, while maintaining the same quality if not higher than other shops in town. I highly recommend them for anything Ski related.

Shopped several locations in the area for mountain bikes this year and we purchased two new Norco bikes from the Bike Shop. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed them. The customer service is completely honest and they’re not just telling you what you want to hear to get the sale. They made excellent recommendations of trails to start out with and then the ones to move up towards. We’ve been back multiple times to purchase additional gear and they’ve always been great in making sure we’re pleased with our purchases.

This the best shop I have been to so far. They will help you understand what your looking for. They are there to make you familiar with the product your buying. They have help me sooo much when I was having issues with my bike. They even let me use a demo so I could go enjoy the outdoors while my bike was getting repaired. I bought bindings for my sons skis. I was told to bring the skis in anytime to get the bindings put on and I did not need an appointment. When I was in town I brought the skis and bindings in. It was an hour drive. I showed up during their Christmas party and they were not planning on installing any bindings. Brent left the party and instainstalled the bindings. Great customer service.

A great selection of bikes of all types, but these guys really specialize in high end mountain. A bunch of great brands like Norco, Santa Cruz and Mondraker make their showroom truly drool-worthy.

I looked all over town to find a bike. This place was by far the best place with customer service around. I was able to find a great bike that fit my needs and cant wait to get ridding. We went to every shop around this town. About time we get a good ski, board, and bike shop. Their selection of bikes is HUGE! They also have a great selection of skis and boards. I ended up getting a new pair of skis, bindings, and boots. This shop is awesome and ill be back for all my bike and ski needs.

JUST GOT ME A NEW BIKE!!! The owner Jake sold me a mattress at Romaine’s and told me to come here for a bike. They have more selection than anyone and better prices. Im so happy i came here. I was able to get bikes for my whole family. They had everything we wanted. Stuff for my kids and my husband and I. Their prices were great for the quality of bikes. The staff was super friendly and they were able to help us better than the other shops. They also have a huge selection of skis and snowboards. We will be back for our winter sports stuff as well. I went in to the bike shop today that to check out bikes being a novice I didnt know much about them. The staff was pretty friendly and knowledgeable and recommended something that was in my price range with features that I was looking for. High quality bikes with options of good, better, best options. I ended up going with an nice entry level bike and am happy so far with purchase. Would recommend.

Here goes my first Google review...I was travelling through town and needed to set my bike up with tubeless tires and a dropper post. I called to ask about pricing and turnover time as I needed my bike back the same day. Brent was able to fix me up in less than two hours. It would probably have taken longer if it was a really busy day, but they did go out of their way to help me get my bike properly set up, especially with me not being a local. I think that speaks volume. Do yourself a favor and go hit these great people up!

This place is the best Bike shop around. They have the best brands by far. Santa Cruz bikes, Norco bikes, Mondraker bikes, and Intense bikes. I bought a Santa Cruz bike from these guys and there is no better place to go than here. They have all the gear for everything you would need for all of your out door sports. I also got a big Agnes tent and sleeping bag i ordered with them. These guys are the best to work with. Come check them out

This is the best ski shop and snowboard shop in idaho falls. The Owner, Jake Heaton, sent us over and they have such a great selection gear and knowledge staff. We had our old skis tuned up better thank they have ever been tuned anywhere. We also got our son a new snowboard. Great people to work with and amazing ski shop, snowboard shop, and bike shop!

Definitely the best bike shop in town! Their guys are the most knowledgeable and super chill! The shop is super laidback and it’s cool that you can test them out in store or take them for a little ride! They go on rides weekly, so definitely stop in, grab a new bike and some riding buddies, and hit the trails!

I went into the bike shop to look for a bike for my son. Brent and Teegan were super fun, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the specs of each bike style. I ended up buying and Norco Storm, and my son has loved every minute of it!

I talk to Brent on the phone and ask if they could wax my board cause the other place I went to was busy till thursday. They got it waxed for me in 30 ish minutes I didnt catch the other guys name but he came over to the snowboards I am kinda newer to snowboarding and just helped me understand to the best of his ability super cool guys and I am definitely coming back
