Great service by friendly and competent staff. I was topped off with all my fluids, replaced the air filter, and refilled with synthetic oil and filter in 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced too!

It was awesome, I went by because my car was acting up, they plugged in a computer and gave it a look over, but couldnt tell what it was. Didnt cost me a dime, and they recommended I check out the other location because one of the employees is an expert on my type of car. He hopped in with me and knew right away what the problem was, topped off my transmission fluid, and again didnt charge me a dime! Best service I could imagine, I didnt think places like this existed anymore

I got my ignition interlock here to deal with a slip up I had five years ago. The install went fine and then something went wrong with it and was told to take it in to get reset. I did that and was sent on my way they end up calling me a week later and threaten to call my probation officer which I dont have one if I didnt pay, which I was told I was good to go the day I went in so didnt know I owed anything. I dont mind paying for service but to threaten me was way out of line. Come to find out it was the GM that did this. This is not how you do business they got there $40, but lost my business in which I was going to use them for a heater core and tune up, also the business of everyone I know. The crew there was great though. Sad that it came to this.

I rarely use social media...but I wanted to give a thumbs up & shout out to the 1st street Idaho Falls Grease Monkey! Katie helped me with a full service oil change. She was friendly, expedient, thorough and did a great job. They offer coupons and the cost was completely reasonable and fair. I live outside of IF but will now always come here for my vehicles basic maintenance. Thanks!

They were amazing. I needed my blinker light changed and when i brought them the bulb they installed it for free!! They were so nice and helpful. They even found a hornets nest in my engine and disposed of it for me. They can pick up and drop off your vechicle too if you cant leave work to get things fixed! Thanks guys!

I always go to Grease Monkey for my oil changes. But I heard they had a new location on first street which is awesome because its closer to my house. I got the same great service there as I do with the one on Channing. The staff is amazing! They offered the same sweet things while your waiting. I will always go to Grease Monkey.

I really liked the gals that worked on my jeep. The young guy however wasnt serious and kept trying to joke around about the mechanics and I didnt appreciate that. It wasnt professional at all. He needs to go!Robbin

Very happy with the service we received at this Grease Monkey. We were met with smiles and Michael, and his female team member, really went above and beyond. My husband was also a big fan of the monitor that shows you what they are doing under your vehicle. Very happy with this location and the employees who work here, we will come back here again for our next oil change.

Katie was super awesome. I was having a bad day. She greeted me with a smile. Took 100% of my car and listened to everything i said. Took care of all my concerns. Its awesome to see a lady like that in this field. She tolk the time out of her day to take care of everything i needed and was completely genuine. I was never treated like this before. This crew is amazing.

This Grease Monkey lets you wait in your car while they change the oil, which was a huge plus for me with having a baby in a carseat. They were professional and personable and got me in right away. Greaf experience.
