I did, I sat in it, drove it, and then bought it. I wasnt really interested in a car till September but you cant pass a deal up like what I got. Typically we have had great service experience at Teton Toyota however my last visit was below average. After being promised a one hour wait time, it ended up becoming two hours and I cannot be sure everything was completed that should have been. I asked for a vacuum with my car wash and the wash was poorly done and I did not receive the vacuum. The oil should have been changed during the service however after checking, the engine oil cap was still dusty. I do want to note a gentleman came to check on what I was waiting for as he noticed I had been waiting a while, which was a nice gesture. I hope this does not happen again and look forward to better service appointments in the future.
On 10/8/21 I decided to just test and see if they had any vehicles I could trade mine in on. Didnt have a lot of hope for this. But figured why not at least go and play in some vehicles. Erin was a joy to work with. And guess what. Worked her magic and I walked out with a new car. And man was she patient!!! She walked around and test drove vehicles from 9 am until I walked out the door with my new vehicle at 3:30. She was extremely sweet, charismatic, professional, and all around friendly. I was looking to purchase a “new” used car. After perusing the choices at other dealerships, I went to Teton Toyota. While checking out the vehicles, Erin Conley approached and listened to my description of what I was looking for. She suggested a GMC Terrain that was on the lot. She offered to have me sit in the driver’s seat while she sat in the passenger seat so she could explain some of the features. I liked the feel of the vehicle so she offered to let me take a test drive which we did. Erin was never pushy nor did she use high powered sales tactics during any of my interaction with her. She was very knowledgeable about the Terrain but if she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she went and found the answer for me. I decided to purchase the vehicle. Erin stayed with me during the entire transaction, introducing me to the other staff members who had to assist with the paperwork and financing. Even though she was supposed to go home at 5:00, Erin stayed with me until almost 9:00PM until everything was completed. Thank you Erin for making me feel comfortable and helping me through this purchase.
Overall a great experience with the help of the amazing staff I was able to find the right vehicle.
I am in the process of working with Bryan at Teton Toyota of Idaho Falls. He has been one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He is super patient, does not pressure in anyway, and is available to answer your questions. I chose a car with him and put a deposit and then decided I wanted a different color. He took a week to find me the car I wanted and would not take no for an answer. Best car buying experience I have ever had, ask for him when you go in!

The service/work on the car seems to have been well done. The car definitely sparkles from the car wash and I really appreciated the shuttle running me to and from work. I was disappointed when I saw the grimy handprints left on the inside of the drivers door. Too dark to check the rest of the car. Hopefully there arent more.

The reason she has attained such a nickname is how she handles herself when it comes to your needs. She really listens, understands, and goes to bat for you. Never have I had a sales rep be so down to earth, and on your side. She had us do very thorough test drive, and holds herself to high standards. The same way you hold yourself when making a major purchase. We found a great vehicle, and Teton Toyota has amazing benefits over other dealerships. It has only been a day with my new vehicle, but Im am very happy. Shout out to the awesome folks at Teton Toyota!! I travel full time and have been looking for a dealer to service my transmission the proper way power Toyotas recommendation not flushing it which is how I arrived at Teton. I scheduled the appointment showed up and Taylor was quick to get everything started and let me know it would be about 3hrs less than 2hrs later I was on the road again! They even performed an inspection to let me know the condition of everything. Thanks for the awesome service
If your car needs maintenance.. just go somewhere else and save yourself time. Their mechanic technicians don’t know how to do their job correctly..Being in the military I’ve been relying on my vehicle to take me from 2 different bases I work, but their techs can’t take extra time and attention to detail to get the job done correctly the FIRST time. Ended up having to get a new engine because of their mistake.. made damn sure they paid for it. You’ve been warned

Their service department is a joke. My appointment for a simple oil change got canceled somehow on their end, so when I showed up for said appointment, they said no worries theyd get me through the express lane. Well, 4 hours later it was finally done (this wouldnt be a big deal, but it was for my company car that was headed out for a week trip). When I went to check out and get my car there were a million employees, but none of them seemed to care I was standing there. I also understand if the service department isnt your area BUT a simple let me get someone to help you goes a long way. I will finish using my free oil changes that were purchased with the car, but once theyre used Ill find somewhere else to go to get my oil changed.
We started our day at the first dealership on our list .. Terrible, Terrible, experience...we walked out ! So because of where we were we jumped to our 3rd dealership... What a different atmosphere!! We were looking at several cars on the lot and from out of know where came a sales person... She was so friendly and just a boat load of knowledge on what they had close to what we wanted.. its like she knew exactly what we wanted! .. I had an awesome experience. Chris Fluehe greeted me when I pulled up and got out of my car. I made my conditions for a sale very clear, and this dealership met them. Chris even moved things over to my new truck for me while I signed paperwork with the finance manager, who helped keep my payment where it needed to be while making sure I was taken care of as far as warranties go. He made sure I got the lowest interest rate possible as well. I arrived at 9:45am and was done shortly after lunch, start to finish. Thats impressive considering I came in without having any idea what vehicle I was going to look at.Edit - they were also very pet friendly. My dog was treated as well as I was.

Just bought a new Highlander from Teton Toyota and really appreciated how hard their team worked to make it a positive and non-stressful experience. Paul was wonderful to work with and they gave us a great trade in value for our Edge. I only wish they had more stock to choose from, but the market right now is crazy.
My wife and I came to look at options for vehicles. They showed us a RAV4 that we fell in love with. They were not pushy and aggressive to make a sale but rather to assist in the process. We worked with Chris, Melvin, and Polo for our RAV4 that we absolutely love. Melvin and Polo even stayed late after closing time to make sure we could get the car we wanted that very night and drive it home. They worked with our budget and showed true dedication to us as customers. I would reccomend these guys to everybody and I hope to do more business with them in the future
This review is in regards to their repair shop. So I brought my 2010 Toyota Tundra in after driving it all the way from Texas doing a cross country trip. I was having engine problems and ended up leaving it there for over a month so they could repair it. They said it has a blown head gasket and they fixed it. It cost us like 5000 dollars and they said they would warrant the work. By the time I had driven it back to Texas the motor was having severe issues again. I took it into a local Toyota dealership here in Texas and the mechanics said there was no seal anymore and it was most certainly caused by poor work at the dealership in Idaho. So even their own Toyota partners were saying it was 100% their fault but yet they wouldnt accept any responsibility whatsoever and claimed this wasnt under warranty. Be very careful before having any major work done here as they are liars and thrives...I will be reporting this to the BBB. This happened last summer and Im just not getting around to this.

We bought a Subaru Outback from Teton just about one year ago and we have loved every day with our car. We knew that we wanted a Subaru but were rather disappointed with the level of care and service at the local Subaru dealership. We came to Teton instead and were shown a lot of excellent options, in Toyota and other manufacturers, with a level of service that was miles above what weve experienced at other dealerships.Our salesman, Steve B., did a fantastic job. He listened to what we wanted and offered helpful insight and guidance. He wasnt pushy and we felt like he genuinely cared. He and several other staff members actually stayed late to help us finish up and complete our trade in and purchase.We got what we wanted for our trade in and left with the car we wanted at the price we wanted.In addition, we bought a service package and it has been phenomenal. Scheduling is easy and the service is timely and quality.We loved Teton and pup is loving the extra room!

The worst car shopping experience of my life. I don’t even know where to start. We wanted to test drive a Lexus that was on their lot. “Due to liability reasons”, we were not allowed to drive the Lexus until it was off the property. So the sales person had to drive it off the lot across the street and then we could test drive it. Seriously! Also, the sales person was training another sales person therefore we had a five people in a little tiny car we were test driving. Me and my husband my daughter and two sales people. Once I actually got to test drive the car, I could only drive certain directions, I could only take certain roads, again due to liability reasons. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time go to a different dealership.

Brought in my 4RUNNER to have my key fob replaced. The part arrived quickly. The service department was able to accommodate my schedule. They were friendly and answered all my questions. The job was finished quickly. My car was returned freshly washed
They did a great job and were quick, even giving my car a hand wash. I would have given them a 5 but, even though they put plastic on my seat and paper on the floor (which is a big thing in my book!), my light beige arm rest where you pull the door shut was black. It required me to go home and use leather cleaner to get it off because water didn’t remove it all the way. I will certainly continue to use them.

Was kinda bummed my dealer didnt work harder to get me a good deal on my trade in, especially since Ive not had it two years and it was $10,000, I think an offer of $1000 is definitely low balling it. I bought this van at their secondary lot for people with bad credit, hopefully in the future someone will value me as a customer and try a little bit harder to help me get a vehicle I want.

When my vehicle was done a gentleman went over everything with me that they did and even walked me out to my vehicle then opened the doors for my son and myself.

My wife an I have bought 5 cars from Teton Toyota. With the weather getting warm we started running our AC, we went and got one of our cars serviced a week ago, and there was a weird smell coming from the car so I took the air filter out and come to find out it was absolutely trashed. But on the “inspection report” it said they were both in great condition. I will not be getting any sort service to any of my vehicles there ever again.

I took my car to get an interior detail done, which I have never had done before, and was absolutely amazed by how perfect my car was. It was almost like it was brand new! I have bought from here several times and feel comfortable knowing they thoroughly check and fix used cars before re-selling them.
Overall my experience had been ok. Just ok. There was a lot of talk about how great their customer service is and how they pride themselves on it. They have failed when it comes to me. I bought a car and discussed some things that needed to be fixed before signing paperwork and driving from the lot. Not only were the issues not taken care of it is now falling on me. No, they wont break my pocketbook, but, having had discussed then beforehand I feel they should be they responsible part. Also, my husband and I both signed on the car knowing it would be for me to use. Anytime they have called out when I have had to go in they only have his name down. That has been frustrating. Sadly, this is how most car lots/sales people choose to run their business.
My wife and I had an amazing experience here. We were not pushed to buy up, we left with the car that we needed, nothing more and nothing less. No pushy upselling and no corners cut. We are happy with our Camry and hope to continue to do business here from now on.

My wife and I have a 2012 Highlander we have had for a few years and a RAM 2500 diesel that I recently bought in Twin Falls. After getting screwed at Ron Sayer Dodge when they smashed the door on my truck and then shrugged it off like it wasnt their problem, I didnt want to go back to any dealership. But then I remembered how great and competent the people were at the Toyota service center in Carlsbad, down by San Diego. I then decided to come to Teton Toyota and boy, I was impressed. Everyone was knowledgeable, competent, and happy to be there. I took each vehicle in for an oil change. It was more expensive, but after seeing them work, and seeing the inspections they performed, also topping off fluids, it was well worth the extra cost. I used to do all vehicle maintenance myself, but life has gotten so busy, it was only natural to put it in the hands of professionals. Avoid Ron Sayer. Check out Teton Toyota. Theyve got my business and my familys as well.
Courteous service and they do work hard to get you going again. However, more than once my car (including today,) my car isn’t completely clean. Many spots on my car are just as dirty as when I arrived so I’ll have to go get my car washed again. If they do such a poor job washing the car, what else are they not doing a thorough job on?

After purchasing a truck only two months ago from another Toyota dealership in Utah I traded it in to Teton Toyota. The circumstances in dealing with the other dealership are quite long but it basically boiled down to terrible customer service and unethical practices.What a difference it was in dealing with Teton Toyota!! It was a complete 180 from the other dealership in the best possible way. I brought my truck in for some work that the Utah dealer had not done correctly.Robbie H. in service was truly awesome. He went above and beyond in helping me with my truck and is the sole reason for me going to them to trade in my truck. He truly restored my faith in a dealership and earned my business.Austin D. was my salesman and he made the entire experience laid back and easy to understand what was going on. He really went to bat for me in trying to get the best possible trade in and deal after my horrible experience.Joe in finance was awesome as well! He took the time to explain everything that was going to happen with my trade in and the new loan. I went there to get a new key fob for my car and thought getting an original key fob from Toyota deserves the high price. However, it ended up getting a low quality key fob with sharp edges casing for almost $200. I asked them to return the fob and refund me but they declined my request. Really disappointed with the service.
I couldn’t be more disappointed with there service department. First off I have to drive 90 minutes just to get here ($50) in gas. I had a 10:00am appt for my paint/fabric protection. When I dropped my truck off I brought to their attention I hear something in the front axel (I just bought the $50,000+ truck) so they said they would take a look. 4 hours later after no phone call to let me know anything I showed back up only to continue to wait another 15-20 min before any answers. The best part is the kid at the desk told me they didn’t have time to get to my truck and I’ll have to reschedule. Never again!

Nearly $400 to get oil change and 4 new spark plugs. They forgot the vacuum and wash service. They did not reset the warning service light, but did change the speedometer to kilometers. Quoted $1,400 to repair radio so I will not be using them for this. They did not call or text when vehicle was ready.
Wow, can’t believe how easy this was! Like everyone else, I always dread getting a new vehicle but Mike Cummins made it super easy and an overall positive experience. I never felt any pressure from Mike or the sales, and felt like they were very accommodating to my wants and needs. Buyer beware!!They seemed reputable & straight forward UNTILL I read the fine print.I had my many conflicting numbers from the price (of vehicle), miles for extended warranty, they also added the length of loan as well as the amount of the monthly payment. Curtis had me sign electronically which I did in blind faith he could be trusted. They only provided me 1 key but sold me the warranty to replace a lost key or lockout. In the contract it states that you must receive 2 keys at purchase to be able to use the key/ lock out features. Keep in mind I signed electronically unable to see any stipulations. I returned to the dealership asking for a extra key to be able to use this warranty to find out its not their concern. I had to buy another key out of my pocket to be able to POSSIBLY use the warranty they provided ( at additional cost ) TO SUM IT UP, TAKE A CALCULATOR & QUESTION EVERYTHING!! And Ill NEVER sign electronically for Teton Toyota again!!
My tags are due tomorrow and the treasurer still doesnt have my title. I called and they put it in todays out mail and it hasnt been picked up yet. They waited until the last day to overnight my paperwork!
