Dr. Willden is amazing! I’ve recommended my entire family to go see him because of how friendly, professional and knowledgeable he is. Costs are fair and wait time was very minimal (even on a Saturday). Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Very good eye doctor. He took the time to ask if I had any questions, and he explained to me what was going on in one of the pictures of the back of my eye. They dont try to upsell you at every corner. The exam felt thorough and clear. They dont leave you waiting long. They thoroughly clean all of their equipment so that you can see them doing it and you know its clean. Very friendly people.

We needed to get into the eye doctor quickly after we realized my sons headaches may be caused by his eyes straining. We got in same day! He’s 10 and his appointment was fantastic... he was never nervous or unsure of what they were doing as they explained very well what was next. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was also great. He was thorough and very clear explaining what he was looking for and what he found. Hopefully his new glasses help so much!

I highly recommend Eye Pros and Eye Mart of Idaho Falls for anyone looking for an affordable optometrist and eyeglasses.Up until recently I had vision insurance and was used to upwards of $700 for an exam and glasses. I dont have insurance now, so I saved for a few months, anticipating a similar cost.Holy cow. If I knew how affordable glasses could be, I wouldnt have waited! The exam cost $69 and I got TWO pairs of prescription glasses for $38.71. Thats a lower out-of-pocket than my old co-pay!Yes, theyre the cheapest frames and lenses, and yes, they look great and work very well. They have a 1 year guarantee, too.Now I have a few extra hundred dollars in my pocket for the holidays.

Everyone was nice and chill. The lady who took pictures of my eyes was so nice and funny. I wish I remembered her name, but I cant right now.It was my first time doing an eye exam ever and it felt like fun. Doctor Nielson Daniel was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I never thought doing an eye exam would be so fun.Chris, the glasses guy was so helpful as well. This place is just blessed and was ordained by God. It was also cheap, I only had to pay $69 for my eye exam.Please go here and you wont regret it one bit.

Eyeglasses break and they got me in and taken care of in a timely manner so I could get going down the road. Gone there for years and I intend to continue going there for years to come.

The worst, I was 11 minutes late after driving 40 minutes to get to the location. Traffic was slow which made me late, they told me cause I was late my appointment was canceled. I spent 3 minutes trying to find the place. It’s suppose to be an eye pro location but all signage was eyemart, so I was trying to find the eye pro signs. They have no notice of their policy that if I was late my appointment would be canceled. Sorry but I won’t support a business that is so rigid and won’t accommodate clients that are busy and running a little late.

They are snakes. They told me my insurance preapproved my visit and then I received a bill from them a few months later. When they sent the bill it was only a few days before they were going to send me to collections! Then the billing woman was worthless.

The entire experience from the eye doctor through selecting and fitting glasses was great. Eye doctor and staffers were very efficient and helpful.The gentleman who helped me with my eye glasses, Chris, went above and beyond my expectations. I bought 2 pairs of glasses first, and then followed his recommendation and added a pair of prescription polarized sunglasses. All 3 pair were ready very quickly, and were picked up within an hour.I seldom review a buying experience, but this one was excellent.

I was blown away with how thorough, professional, friendly, and affordable my eight-year-old daughters full eye exam was.She had been having miserable headaches every single day, so we decided to have her eyes checked. The doctor spent what seemed to be an eternity thoroughly diagnosing my daughters very specific situation and medical history. He prescribed glasses, provided an affordable recommendation for over-the-counter eye drops, and taught my daughter a few exercises.One day later and my girl looks adorable, but--more importantly--hasnt had a single headache!

Dr. Widen was wonderful. He explained everything in terms I could understand, and even explained everything he saw in my eyes. The good and the bad. Now I understand what is going on with my eyes.

1st of all my wife has a hearing problem and the after trying to refill her prescription was told she hadnt had an eye exam for 2 years. The reality we both had exams within there time limits. In fact she had her EOB that confirmed her last billed exam. She not only insulted her hearing deficit she also said she was lying. Talking about rude and incompetent. On top of that Dr. Jackson had the nerve to call and say she could go somewhere else to get a new exam. How about an apology for the terrible costumer service that his establishment provides? Never the less she went to a real professional and got taken care of. My recommendations is not to do business with Idaho Eye Pros!!!!

Needless to say I was apprehensiveWas pesanty relived when the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and professional.Dr Neilson was very companant and patient with me, he answered all my questions and was also down to earth.State of the art equipment as well.Overall excellent visit.
