We have been using LensCrafters for the better part of 29 years and by far the Idaho Falls store is superior in customer service and efficiency in completing our orders. Time and time again they have impressed us with the level of service we receive. From the Manager to all of her staff, absolutely awesome! They have a good manager and it shows in every one who works there.

Thank You Kayla!!!I was in the middle of tearing out our lawn. Lost a contact lens. I called Kayla, and she told me to scoot on over and get a trial pair (with purchase of replacements). I literally walked in/out in 6 minutes! Placed my order, was handed the trial pair, a receipt, and assurance of the delivery,Kayla even marked, which lenses were which on the packaging.Just a little extra appreciated step in customer service.This is WHY I have (always) trusted LensCrafters for both my exams, and optical purchases. 5 stars you guys!!!!!

I have been to this location in particular many times and I am always impressed by the staff. You would be hard pressed to find a store that is this helpful and courteous. The team here is always fantastic.

My experience was awesome. Kayla Mortensen was absolutely great to deal with and helped a ton. I will definitely ask for her again. I will be back there soon as I need some new glasses soon anyway.

The staff, store, and optometrist are amazing. Anytime I have ever had a problem or issue Brett, the store manager or Emma, the assistant manager are always willing to help. The staff care about their patients and always go the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied. I recommend their services to anyone in Southeastern Idaho.

My glasses were purchased elsewhere, but that didn’t stop LensCrafters from being graciously awesome! My glasses were slipping off my face constantly (and driving me crazy). I called LC and they said it didn’t matter that I hadn’t purchased them there, to come right over and they would be happy to adjust them for me. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, they adjusted both my normal glasses and my prescription sunglasses. It is Saturday and we leave for vacation Monday morning and I SOOOO appreciated them taking care of me.

By far the best customer service Ive ever gotten with glasses. Amazing selection and they listen to my concerns that Ive had from my previous experiences at other places! LOVE them and such friendly staff.

Every time I go in the store I always get great service from Kayla Mortensen. She always cleans my glasses and tightens my frames. Kayla is the best.

The staff are always pleasant to work with, and the optometrist is very helpful. Brett, the store manager or Emma the assistant manager are always willing to assist customers. If their has ever been an issue both of them have gone the extra mile in their customer service.

I have gone to Dr. Adamson for several years. A friend was using a different Dr. and invited me to try him. I did and was not impressed with my visit. I went back to Dr. Adamson and was very pleased, as usual, with how he explained things in detail and his thorough exam. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful and patient as I looked for new frames.

I recently bought new glasses and I always have a hard time deciding what style to get but the staff was very helpful and accommodating, they always have done good work .

The other day I was strangled by a coworker at work and in the process he bent the temple piece of my glasses so after everything was sorted out I rushed into lenscrafters to see if they could straighten and fix my glasses the staff there was so empathetic and caring.they Ease my frustration and fixed my glasses. You could feel their radiant smiles behind their blue Disposable masks. I will always come back to lenscrafters and I refer everyone that I talk to to come to lenscrafters.

I can not sing enough praises of this place. Emma, Sabrina, and Kelsey worked so hard and pulled so many strings to get me a pair of glasses last minute! I kid you not my dog ate my glasses. Everywhere was either closed or wouldn’t be able to get me anything until after Christmas. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! We were in the mall yesterday and my daughters glasses broke. Thank goodness lenscrafters was open. I was worried because we did not buy my daughters glasses from them. Not only did they fix them for her but they did not charge us anything. They were absolutely amazing and they have definitely earned my business. This was, by far, the best experience I have had at an eye appointment ever. The staff was attentive, really knowledgeable, and got us taken care of quickly. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them completely. They were really nice and understanding and extremely professional.I was pretty hesitant to go to a lenscrafters because I thought it would be rundown, the employees would be overworked, and exactly what youd expect from a glasses place in a mall. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was clean and all the equipment seemed up to date. The employees were friendly. It was more professional than any other optometrists office Ive been to.Specifically, Chris, Nathan, and Dr. Guymon helped us.

I went to a different eye doctor for an eye check in Pocatello and their prices were very high. Charging me 309 with insurance for a year supply of contacts. So I decided to browse around. Lens crafters offered 286 with a $50 dollar rebate. So much better. Not to mention I live in Pocatello so all of this was done over the phone with the fax of my prescription. The two people who helped me were amazing. Super kind and accommodating! The contacts arrived right to my house so fast it blew my mind. Very pleased.

Very disappointed in Dr. Adamson. My last pair of contacts ripped and I wasn’t able to order new ones until I had my annual exam. The unfortunate part was that the earliest appointment was three days away and I would have to be without contacts until then because he refused to approve my purchase of new ones. My vision without contacts is quite poor, so now I’m left in a bad situation. His unwillingness to help in such a situation really shows the caliber of medical professional he truly is. I would recommend finding another eye doctor to those who read this. He’s a prime example of a doctor who places his hunger for money above the well being of his patients. Thanks Dr. Adamson.

Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with! Always got my prescriptions wrong, always ordered the wrong contacts, NOT nice or communicable staff especially the manager Annalesia.

Got my son contacts . They spelled my address wrong after I said it to them 5 times. They say they were sent back. They were supposed to call and get prescriptions no they didnt. Bad customer service. Way high prices. They want 200 for lenses you can get elsewhere for 30. Plain rip off

I dont typically complain or write bad reviews, but I am so unimpressed with the Idaho Falls Lens Crafters. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tip to the owners, maybe hire a staff that is friendly and helpful, not rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to answer questions. After trying to transfer my prescription and file from the Salt Lake Lens Crafters, I decided to save myself the headache and time and go to an office that actually wants my business. Its a bummer because the SLC Lens Crafters was awesome.

The staff & dr. were very knowledgeable. Just bought 3rd pair of glasses from there today.

They have great customer service.
