My husband and I went like we do mostly every year. Well the store was busy, but we are noticing not very many are buying costumes. Well when we found our kids costume. We were in shock. $49.99 and $39.99 for kids costumes. Well last I checked these only get worn once and usually never again. So for that price we walked out. We ended up at Walmart found the same costume for $12.97 and $19.99. It was disappointing. Because our kids love this store for the excitement and hence the Spirit. But that looks to be lost in greed…

One cashier and 4 other workers standing at the other end of the counter talking, watching people come I. And go out while a line of about 4 people were waiting to pay. I felt bad for the one cashier actually doing her job.

The store items are great the company has a large selectionHowever the atmosphere is rushed the worker come up to us 6 times while we where there and ask it they can help even when you already said no!I feel. I couldnt walk and look around .. Plus at check out the teller rush me . She had asked if I wantef to donate money. At first I said no ! And she said ok would you be okey to add up so your total was even I said fine .. just round up to make the total even and my husband had given her money to put on my total tap to pay half money half card and she put the hole 30. To the hospital .. We are very upset.And probably wont be back .

The employees here are really nice and I always enjoy the selection of Halloween supplies they have.

Good selection of costumes and of course I had to obsess over the Harry Potter merch

I love going to this store every year! For once I was able to get some cool nightmares belle Christmas stuff one says welcome to Halloween town I hung it up once we got home and what happens? It falls apart within 5 minutes!!! It seriously looks like a 5 year old glued it together this is ridiculous for how much you charge for everything

Do not recommend! Bought a Halloween costume on the 30th, cant try it on in the store, because of covid. Get it home try it on, doesnt fit, attempt to return it a little over an hour later, the same day, THEY WILL NOT EVEN EXCHANGE IT!!! Absolutely garbage policy! Will never spend another dime at this store!

Awsome store! I spend a few hours in there looking thru all the cool coatumes and masks. Lots of movie quality masks too. B rated haha but still cool. Recommend a visit.

I love Halloween. We should have it every day.

I made sure I could return unopened merchandise with receipt before purchasing and was told yes. Then I came back the same day only hours later because I had found some of the items elsewhere for cheaper and the clerk told me no only exchange. The phone lines do not work and the chat Help is offline all the time.

Fun store to wander through. I was looking for a specific costume and the staff was more than willing to comb through the rows of costumes to help me. It is big and roomy to accommodate many customers. A great selection and coupons available online.

Pricey but this year quality seems to be better

Cant return stuff after Halloween kinda ruined this store for me

Called store on Halloween night to ask if I could return some unopened face paint that I bought on October 30th with the receipt because I didnt get the opportunity to use it. The associate that answered the phone said, sure, of course. Drove out of my way to return it today only to be told that I had been given wrong information last night and could not return it. The manager just sort of shrugged and said sorry.

Prices are high for a one time use.
