The ice cream was amazing, there is truly something for everyone. They had great customer service and for only have 1 person on staff served our very large group pretty fast and even got help in toward the end to help out.

Owner never responds and never takes any responsibility for stuff thats missing this has happened to me so many times. They always take forever and are always out of stuff. Im done getting anything from these guys. I understand it may get hard without any employees but they dont care about their customers. 0 stars if I could.

They use sweet corn for their elote and it messed up the whole flavor

Price on banana split was 6.13 on board they charged 9.50. They dont like white people in there. Never will go back

Prices are higher, and less product. We got small size icecream and they gave us less than a scoop.

Its good, but sometimes the employees dont seem to really care or maybe I caught them on a bad day, but overall good things whether it be ice cream, strawberries and cream, or banana splits, all really good

You can’t beat the flavor. However, the lines are always long and there are only ever 2 employees, the bathroom is always broken, they never seem to be stocked on popsicles, and it’s pricy. But, at the end of the day, all time favorite place to eat ice cream. Especially mangonadas and elotes

This place is awesome! A real hidden gem. I meant to take a picture when it was full but missed that completely. All of the sudden it was gone.

Their costumer service is excellent! I ordered a cup of elotes (corn) and they have me an ingredient I didn’t like, so I was very upset and a nice gentleman heard me complaining and very quickly served me another one and didn’t charged me for Extra! I will be coming back here and recommending to all my friends.

They have some really interesting flavors to try--I sampled queso ice cream & it was actually pretty good! Theyre classics are also tasty.

My family and I have always had a great experice coming here with they’re delicious items they have on their menu. I would give them a 5 star but we recently took a trip there and my husband had ordered a Frappuccino the girl that attended us did not seem to want to make it she shook her head and rolled her eyes as she proceed to make the drink. I wasn’t impressed with her customer service.

So the ice cream was good but the service was a bit slow. And the issue with a majority of the item names being in Spanish and very few in English it made it hard to know exactly what I was ordering. And the lettering was small on the menus which made it hard to read

Hispanic snacks and treats. Unique to the area ice cream options. A little more expensive than expected but worth checking out. I will go back to try out some of the other flavors that interested me.

This place is awesome. This is EXACTLY what Idaho falls needed, something different. A lot of varieties to choose from and the taste is just amazing. I come here at least twice a week to get something. Very affordable also. Highly recommend!!!

Looking to cool down with icecream or just want a refresher drink then this is your place not to say how wonderful their staff is super friendly.. Yes there is a wait but I will say it is well worth it... Weve made it a Sunday family thing and when my girls play soccer we like to treat them to something soothing to the belly.

I know this place just opened but you gotta go here quick... We dont really get a lot of OG Mexican stuff here in Idaho Falls but this place is it. Ive had their stuff when I go to California and Im absolutely glad they opened shop here. If you feel adventurous try the spicy cucumber or spicy mango frozen fruit bars, (mango is my favorite) price is just right for the quality of their product. This place will quickly become a local favorite.

Amazing flavors. We really enjoyed their ice cream selection! They are very slow though so if there are more than a few people in front of you might as well go elsewhere if you are in any kind of hurry.

La Michoacana is tucked away. If someone doesnt take you there, or if you dont know what it is or where to look, youll miss it. Inside, its clean, you can sample the flavors, & the employees are friendly & cheerful, & are fluent in english & spanish. The sherbert however is fantastic! I havent tried the ice cream yet, but i was thrilled at the lactose intolerant option! To be able to enjoy each flavor properly would take several hours a day for a week. The pepino & tamarindo are by far my favorite. The flavor is explosive! Yet enjoyable. The atmosphere is wonderful, & its a great place for a casual or first date(& 2nd & 3rd). Its the latin/hispanic/mexican Baskin Robbins & I look forward to introducing all of my friends to it!

Horrible experience. The lady who helped us was super slow and messed up our order. When we told her that she gave us the incorrect food she gave us a nasty look. My Mom asked her if they had salt and without hesitation she said no. (It looked like she was grimacing). After we paid, I sent my sister to buy a couple of ice cream bars. She was standing there and kinda looked around over my sisters head and walked away!! I was shocked, so we left. We were excited to eat there but we were severly let down. I dont think Ill ever go back.

I would definitely suggest getting their fresas con crema. They are the BEST in town I have tried other places but they make their fresas con crema wayyyy too sweet. I like that they put granola I always ask them to add extra granola and they do customer service has been fine every time I have gone. They get pretty busy so sometimes service is a little slow which is understandable because some of their goodies take more time to make then others. I really enjoyed their chicle flavored ice cream. Reminded me of when I was a little girl in Mexico going to get ice cream. Over all a very clean place.

I can say my experience was pretty great. I went in with my beautiful family to get a mangoneada and it was good but the mango was mango ice cream which I didnt like. I would definitely recommend you guys using real fruit.

Apparently they dont know how to post their hours correctly. We were having a slumber party and their website said they were open till midnight... got there 10 minutes after 10 amd they were closed. Thanks for the waste of time. Guess Ill just have to guess your hours next time.

I like the ice cream of piñon.

They have good products that taste just like the real and traditional ice cream from Mexico. It is definitely a new place since the service isnt the fastest but the girls working there are very friendly to take your order.I ordered a chicharron preparado and it was a big disappointment. It wasnt what Im used to eat and it had way too much salsa in it. It wasnt enjoyable at all. Sadly we had to throw it away.Overall it was a good place to enjoy the rest of the treats we bought!Good luck to you all! So happy we have a place like this in town now.

I normally don’t write reviews but we were not pleased with our experience. My daughter got the lime ice cream and it did NOT taste good. It tasted artificial. We’ve gone to La Michoacana in Caldwell, and their lime ice cream was great and authentic. My husband got an agua de piña colada and said it tasted like it was powdered artificial flavor too. The girl helping us out had a blank look on her face every time I asked her anything or asked for something. She didn’t know what was going on. She needs to have proper training. We probably won’t be back and will most likely drive to Caldwell if we want anything like this again.
