My daughter and I decided it was best for her to quit this job because the owners were not professional in the slightest, they bullied my daughter into coming in when not scheduled and when she said she wasn’t available they got EXTREMELY upset with her. In my opinion the employees do not get paid enough to be treated this way. I just really wish that the owner would understand that his business isn’t important enough to make a young girl feel the way my daughter felt. After all, if it’s so important to him that it gets done, maybe he should do it himself, being the owner.

Yummy smooth sno cones. Lots of flavors to choose from. Tables were a little sticky though ;)

One of the Girls there has the worse customer service ever. Shes rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. She shouldnt be working with the public and should make their regular customers happy because thats what is keeping the business coming. Remember Customers make your paycheck!! Make it right for them and I dont think lousy $2 is worth loosing good customers.

My kids LOVE this snow cone shack. The prices are very reasonable. Tons of flavors. My personal favorite is Tigers Blood.

I went to the snow cone shack on 17th and the girl working the stand barely put any flavoring in the snow cone so I went back and again didn’t put enough flavoring. Tasted like ice

Paid $7 for two snow cones and more than half of the snow cone had no flavoring on it. I didnt want just ice and definitely wouldnt pay $7 for it.

It was great and very fast
