My wife and I went by to check this out as we’re still kinda new to the area and we were pretty impressed.I like all the nice tables they have set up for gaming and the tournament postings they have up on their big screens. Honestly it makes me want to try out their tournaments.They have lots in stock and the employees there were way friendly. I enjoyed the experience.

This place has an incredible selection! I do wish there were price stickers on things. But if youre looking for boardgames or tabletop stuff in Idaho falls, this is the place!

This local game shop is the best! I have always been able to get the game I’ve been looking for when I walk in. Everyone that works there is awesome. Most of the time the prices are better than Amazon. Tons of Warhammer merchandise here! If you want a new game just go look through the store or ask for a recommendation and you’ll find it there!

I went in searching for a new Pokémon set for my brother. They had them available, which was a miracle, but they wanted 2.5x MSRP for them. Instead of $120 they wanted $300. In a regular retail store that’s complete bogus. When I brought it up with the clerk (who also happens to be the manager) he said, “Well good luck finding them anywhere else”

They have a very impressive catalog if games and they had exactly what I was looking for in stock. Its a good place to check out for board games or tabletop rpgs and wargaming.

First time going there. The staff was extremely inviting and friendly. The store was very well organized with a wide variety. Couldnt recommend enough!

Great place for MTG, DnD and a lot of table top games. Tables for tournaments and super friendly folk work there. Hidden gem for nerds in SE Idaho. I loved it here.

Great store friendly people that are willing to help you find a perfect game play with your friends. The shop for the most part is in relatively OK condition but I find a lot of times up here in Idaho things are not always the cleanest as they could be. But they are willing to help you find and order any game that you desire and they have great customer service.

This place is Geek heaven! It has been a number of years since I had been there and the store has substantially grown since my last visit. It has everything a tabletop gamer could want in a clean, professional atmosphere unlike the usually dark and gloomy presentation of similar stores. I was impressed and happy to have a place where I could obtain my collectables. Just dont forget to bring a mask or you will not be allowed inside.

I went to all three local game stores today. Gameopolis was by far the best. They had a much wider selection than the others, and one of the games I was looking at was $5 cheaper here. The staff was very helpful and helped me find the information about a game that I was looking for.They dont have the Bob Ross game The Art of Chill But I am sure they will be correcting this error soon. :-D But seriously, they are a great store!

Well I must say Im super happy to have found this store! Something I was missing from where I used to live. The staff was helpful, and have so many games and options. This is the store for table top gamers for sure. I will spend many of more times within these walls. Prices were comparable to other areas Ive seen. Very very pleased!

First time in this store, and staff was extremely helpful. I have boys ranging in age from 6 to 16, and we enjoy family game nights. Staff was fantastic in helping with games that matched our style, and the range in age. Very clean, very friendly, huge selection, great variety, good prices. Hidden gem here! One of the best game stores ive seen, with a great collection of minis and games alike.Most of the games dont have prices listed sometimes however. But they are friendly enough to help

If you need a miniature for your game this is the place to go. Prices are a little high. No games you couldnt buy on amazon for less. If you are wanting any customer service dont bother. Walked in, looked around for 10 minutes or so and walked out without a single employee speaking to me and the store had 0 other patrons. I would check Amazon or A street games before stopping here.

Incredibly friendly staff, huge selection of games, inviting and welcoming atmosphere. I personally havent found much (if anything) to dislike about these guys. And plus, I get to buy my pieces while supporting a more local business. Would absolutely recommend!

Have visited a couple times and service was decent. I have respiratory scaring and asthma, so I have a medical mask exemption and they refused service. There are better places that offer the same services

I love Gameopolis because it is always clean, inviting, and well-stocked. The staff were super helpful and helped my daughter and I to find what we needed almost immediately after arriving despite both of them being occupied with other tasks when we arrived.And they are requiring masks during the pandemic. Which I think is great, but others may not like.

Came here to sell some Magic: The Gathering cards. First time in the store. The clerk was helpful and informative and there was a huge selection of board and card games. Great service from the person working and will definitely return to purchase some board games.

Awesome local game store! The staff is always friendly and gives great recommendations. Good selection of games, but even if you cant find something, staff can often order what youre looking for. Theres a standard discount applied to all marked prices in store (I believe about 20%) and they have a sizable clearance section, so you can find some great deals too! I really cant recommend Gameopolis enough!

It is a good store to buy games from! Me and my husband enjoy buying magic cards, pokemon cards and many board games to add to our family night fun! They have a variety of things and are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Patrick is a helpful employee there and can answer many questions about many of the games there and how they play.

Ive shopped here a couple times and thought it was a really cool store. But they are enforcing the discriminatory mask rule and asked us to leave. Sad to see local business do this. I wanted to buy a few games for the family but Ill have to take my business elsewhere. A Street games probably.

Great customer service and location that really cares about the community. I’m glad some places actually follow the CDC health guidelines so we can eventually not be the worlds worst country to respond to Covid.

New to the board game hobby, and was really excited to look at all of the games and support a local business. Unfortunately, I was asked to leave because I did not have a mask. I will not support businesses that insist on me wearing a mask. I have not worn a mask since June and this is the first problem I have had at any store in Idaho Falls or Rexburg. I will check out A street games next time or shop online. I don’t think small businesses are in any position to be turning people away right now. Had cash in hand for a new game. Their loss.

This place is always very well stocked and smells pretty good. The customer service is pretty good. Could be a tad bit more friendly. One problem I have is that there are many items that dont have price tags. If they could add those, that would be a helpful change. All in all a really good game store

Great little game shop that has a surprising selection for its size. Everything from boardgames, to miniatures, to collectable card games. The staff is super friendly, happy to engage in conversation, and more than willing to help you find what youre looking for or answer any questions. Also found out that their boardgames are always 20% off of msrp so that doesnt hurt either.

*Update Feb 2020* Im once again altering my review. I have slowly began shopping here again and have had no issues. The staff member I had an issue with even helped me one evening and was very nice. It could be I caught him on a bad night before. Who knows. The other staff I encounter (I dont see the mentioned employee often) are very kind and helpful. Sometimes stuff happens but Im glad my experience has improved to what it used to be.A few weeks back I started introducing myself to the Warhammer hobby with no painting experience. I originally gave a 5 star review because the gentleman who has helped me in the store every time Ive been in has been awesome. The prices seem fair, and he was very helpful with whatever I needed.However, tonight I stopped in quickly to buy a small pot of citadel paint and the person helping me was not friendly at all. When I got to the counter he walked up, completely ignored the hi how are you? I gave him (thats your job by the way). The only two phrases I recieved from the guy was to tell me the total, and then I honestly dont really know when I asked a simple price question about another product. I didnt expect him to know off the top of his head, but come on. Thats all I got from him. Not a friendly atmosphere to shop at whatsoever. No communication at all.Thank you to the man that helped me so kindly so many times, but when I experience an employee like this one, I change where I give my money to. Its a pretty basic thing for employees to at least acknowledge a customer, and I expect at least that from any business, even on the worst of days.If I happen to go in again and see that same employee, ill be sure to walk right back out.

This is a great store to find the hard to find games you are looking for. It has a wide variety organized A-Z. They had a ton of RPG supplies as well. The employee that was there was willing to answer any questions I had even though I was just there to browse. Will definitely return.

Always go here first with my deck lists. They usually have mist the cards Im searching for and are really good about trading cards in. They have an awesome board game selection and tabletop selection. The store is nice, neat, and clean and I recommend going here to all my friends.

Very friendly, very informative, very decently priced, even has beginner classes for just about everything. I strongly suggest this shop not only for their Magic the gathering cards but they have all things games and I am loving it.

Great store, large selection. Prices are great. What really impresses me are the staff. For comparison, A street games has rude or obnoxious people, and the staff neglect their customers. Ganeopolis welcomes people, helps with orders, and are generally friendly. They remembered who I was on my second trip there, which made me feel like I fit in.

I really loved this place. The person who manned the counter was polite, offered good advice, wasnt pushy, but made appropriate recommendations. The store seemed very well stocked, and also had plenty of game tables open. The only downside was lack of good parking, otherwise it gets 5 stars.

First time in the store today. For years I thought they mostly sold figurines and trading cards but what you cant see from the outside is that around the corner inside the shop theres a dictionary of hard to find games. They helped me find two games that Ive been eyeing and no other stores in town had even heard of. I thought the prices were reasonable. I bought both games and was happy to support a local business. Ill be back.

Great place magic the gathering cards and games. Although they are not sanctioned with wizards of the coast. But they are quick with lists and have a large selection of cards, so chances are they will have it. Also they got good board games.

Shopping here and the atmosphere were really friendly and professional. Even when they were busy hosting game events, they were able to make sure I was given attention with any help I needed. This is by far my favorite game store in the local area.

Ive only really been to the Magic section, but the staff is really friendly and helpful. They will help you on what you need if you ask. They have a good selection of stuff too, which is really helpful. They even have uncommons and commons from different blocks, which I thought was cool.

Went there the guy would only let me see like 4 Pokemon cards even though there were tons it smelt like smoke the only good thing were the single Pokemon packs were like $3.88 I got 5 got all green codes and the rest of the Pokemon packs were double the price of walmart or Target Not Going Again I gave a 2 star to be nice

I, as it seems with many others, have mixed feelings about the store. Mostly good! The first time I visited, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who all had smiles on their faces, were generous, and informative. My brother and sister were getting into Magic, and they were very helpful and even threw in some free lands.The second time I was in the store, I guess I had been spoiled by the higher expectations to first staff set. Well not mean or intentioned, the staff seemed as if theyd rather be anywhere else in the world, although still tried their best to help.Overall, they had a great selection, and, if you can catch them in the right hours, and exceptional staff! 4/5 stars!
