Best Flowers around! Anytime I get flowers they are from Albertsons. They never let me down.

I just had to share what a wonderful experience I had today while shopping in your store. I’m always pleased when I shop at your store anyway, but today I left in a super good mood. When I got in line to check out I had an older gentleman working the register. He immediately started conversation and was super friendly. He did such a good job about staying on task and continuing to price and bag my items never slowing down, and at the same time carrying a full conversation. Very personable, very friendly, and the type of person I just wanted to stay and talk to you even when I was done with my order. I am going to make it a personal mission to seek him out and always get in line at his register if I see him working when I am there. Thank you Larry!!

This Albertson store is a small one which is good for a single person and its close to my house which is perfect

Excellent menu! Gourmet items, salads, sandwiches, pasta a sea food dishes with an excellent burger as well. Items are mostly 12-14 a plate. Highly recommended!!

This grocery store would get a perfect 5 stars from me if it were organized better and more consistently. I feel like any Albertsons I go to is set up differently and that just gets confusing and frustrating when trying to find groceries in a timely manner. However, they do have good produce, really good bakery including their donut selection, and okay prices. They could do a better job being more competitive on their prices so we only like to go here if we really have no other choice of location. Overall its a nice clean, friendly, and stocked grocery store, but isnt as good as Kroger. If those things dont matter to you then by all means do your shopping here and you wont be disappointed. On another note, if you have read this far this specific store is THE PLACE to do your dumpster diving in the winter time. They always have fresh produce and deli items perfectly wrapped and protected for just picking out of the trash. I saved soooo much money from getting food from this dumpster when attending BYUI. $5 in gas back then to get back and forth to Rexburg and I always got enough food for a week or two.

When I am expermenting with a new ethnic recipe that calls for something not in my pantry, Albertsons offers a great variety of less common ingredients. They have imported foods, spices, mixes, and products not found anywhere else in town. Its fun exploring the shelves for new and interesting ingredients. The fresh seafood selection is also a worthwhile stop. If you dont do your regular grocery shopping there, stop in once in a while for some items you may be missing out on.

One of the few businesses left with a personal touch. They will help you find items and help any way they can.

Went to pick up a prescription during my lunch break, and the pharmacy computers went down. After waiting for a bit, I had to leave to get back to work, and was unable to fill my prescription.

Sale prices are good. However, not always availability of sale items.

Good food and selection but over priced. Same food at other grocery stores is 15 to 25 percent cheaper.

The customer service here was great as was the late night floral selection!!! Shout out to Isabelle (pretty sure that was her name)!!! She was super on top of taking care of everyone and being sociable in the best possible way!!! If you need help, she’s your person!!!

I like this store the best of all the Albertsons in our town. It is very refreshing that they have hired a few new cashiers in the pharmacy. It makes the experience so much nicer. I really enjoyed talking with the young lady from Oregon. It is nice to have something in common with someone else. She was so kind and understanding. Sometimes people dont have the patience to deal with my chemo fog and she did great.

Cant say enough about their meat specials. I never pay attention to the Flyers but often times I go in and I find a chicken deal or a pork deal where its buy one get two free. You cant beat that when youre trying to feed a family of 6.

Very clean store. What a difference from the ones in Montana. Here they take pride in their store. Kudos to all that work there!!

We always order our cakes through this Albertsons Bakery! I went in and ordered two cakes and Morgan absolutely helped out with a pleasant attitude and tips to make the cakes better and they came out so much better than we had hoped.

The pharmacy staff is the best around. Dee and Mark make every time I come in pleasant. They know right away if Im allergic to something without me telling them first and they really pay attention to the details. They get to know their patients and ask about your family. They truly make it worth traveling from Rigby to Ammon Albertsons worth it.

We frequent this Albertsons multiple times a week not only for its convenience in proximity to our home, but for the friendly associates who have taken the time to get to know us on our visits. Its easy to navigate, is layout makes sense and friendly faces make grocery shopping more enjoyable.

I got the BEST honeycrisp Apples today. They were beautiful!! They tasted exquisite! Totally worth the money. They are big and meaty, but so juicy! Such a treat, Mmm Mmm!

It was, as always, very clean and well stocked. It was almost closing time on this visit and they didnt carry an item I was in desperate need of. I mentioned it during checking out and the two gentleman working up front suggested I fill out a form requesting the item be ordered for me. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful! Every checkout line usually has these forms on a pad in a little box at the end of each line. I dont know of many places that have these forms readily available, nor employees that take the time to answer any questions you may have when filling out the form or in general! Ive always enjoyed shopping at Albertsons, the produce is always fresh and beautiful, store is always CLEAN, and you can always find some really good deals on a lot of items throughout the store! I have never had a bad experience at any location! I happily recommend Albertsons and enjoy each visit!

Plenty of parking! No lines! No food...

I dont have much to offer here really. I happened into this location due to the fact that I was needing to pick up some prescriptions while I was in the area and this store happened to have a pharmacy and made it the most convenient choice for us at the time. I can say that my overall impression during our visit was that the store appeared to be kept very clean and my experience with the staff at the pharmacy counter was all very nice and professional.

Great place. Probably one of the best fried chicken in the area. Ceasars chicken bowtie pasta is a good way to go.

We hadnt been there for awhile, but it was a great experience for my youngest son. He only been your store store. When he was a baby. So, its a welcome experience for us as his parents to him be amazed at walking into a grocery store. He found your store amazing with all the different items.

If you want to do grocery pick up- CHOOSE WALMARTI ordered groceries through Albertsons pick up and go option, and I’m not impressed. We live an hour from town, so I was hopeful this could be my new way to shop. I showed up and the guy brought out my items. After putting things in my cooler, I realized some of my list was missing. I was still at the store, so I called back. The worker I spoke to said those items were sold out, and my card wouldn’t be charged. So I left. The next day I saw my card was charged the full amount, so I called Albertsons again. This time, the manager of the pick up orders spoke to me. He said he saw my bags there, and they must’ve been forgotten by whoever brought out my order. He then asked if I wanted to come get them or get a refund. Like I said, we live far away so I said a refund would be great. I waited about a week, and no refund. I went back in to the store, and the customer service girl was rude overall, but said I needed to wait 10 business days. Well, I did. I also basically forgot about it because I have a life and other things going on. This all happened at the end of January. I finally remembered it, checked my account, and no refund. So I called the store again and the pick up manager said they don’t even show the order on their system anymore because it’s been too long (order placed January 20th, I called back again early March). He said he’d reach out to corporate and get back to me. Here we are nearing the end of March and I haven’t heard from them or anyone from Albertsons. So bottom line, if you want to do grocery pickup, Walmart is your answer. This was my experience with the Albertsons on 17th Street in Idaho Falls, the one by Sam’s Club. Albertsons isn’t even discounted enough to make it worth it, and apparently they can’t refund their own mistakes. Pass.

The meat dept. and the produce dept. are top notch as far as quality. But nearly everything in the store is ridiculously over-priced.

Clean. Easy to navigate aisles. Bakery is good. Parking is usually ample. Remember to sign up for their reward program to get coupons and discounts.

I have shopped at this store for 20 plus years since I got out of the Navy. My favorite store in town be far. I have noticed over the last year or so customer service has gone way down. Several of the older clerks that have worked there for years are amazing. I always feel welcome when they check my groceries out. However the younger clerks and staff have work to do. This store recently has started to feel more like a Walmart or WinCo. Tonight I stopped at Albertsons to use a 89 cent per pound Turkey coupon after 25 dollar purchase. I got my groceries went to get my turkey and found out they hadnt been delivered. I asked the nice mad stocking the meat section were turkeys were and he informed me that the delivery was delayed. he told me to talk to the woman behind the counter and she would put me on a list to save me a turkey when they are delivered. the man behind the counter told me they are not taking names. I went to customer service to ask if I could get a rain check to honor the coupon price on turkey. After waiting 10 minutes someone finally came to help me, I asked if I could get a rain check and she went to ask someone what they could do. 5 minutes later she came back and told me nothing she could do. What happened to customer service and the idea that the customer is always right? I feel the reason they would not give me a rain check is they were to lazy. I left my cart of groceries there and informed her I will shop somewhere else from now on. My opinion is she should have gotten a manager to make the situation right!

This 2 star review is for the courtesy counter only. Every time I need to use the courtesy desk no one is there. One time a grumpy woman came out to help. Must have seen me on the camera standing there waiting for a very long time. This is a common problem.Today is the last time I use the courtesy counter. Another man behind me in line said he sick of this too. Whomever is in charge needs to step up. But I’m done there.I have to add if shopping, employees who check you out are wonderful. The pharmacy is 5 stars. However 2 stars if that for the courtesy desk employees.

Long rows in the product section. Needs to go back to the way it was with the center isle open to shorten the rows.They are expensive.But they have the Best Fried Chicken.
