From the outside this store doesn’t look too special. But don’t let the outside deceive you- the inside of this store is really nice.The store is divided into three parts: ice cream, cheese, and grilled cheese.I didn’t get to try the grilled cheese side, but the ice cream was delicious in the waffle cones, and the cheese was delicious. They have all sorts of different kinds that you can sample. I enjoyed the Mesquite Wood Cheese and the Smoked Chipotle Cheese. I’m way excited to try them in meals and come back for more.

This place was way cuter inside than I expected! We got 4 waffle cones in different flavors and they were all yummy. The waffle cones themselves taste different in a delightful way. The staff was very friendly and patient and everything was great.

Delicious Gelato! They had a ton of 🧀 cheese. Lot of options. We went for the Gelato I had the coconut 🥥 it was so flavorful pretty much perfect. We also tried the Salted Carmel. This was really salty alittle to salty for my taste buds. So beware it has a strong salt flavor. They will let you try it first so I recommend you do. Clean friendly Service. And price friendly. We paid around $5 for 2 small Gelato cups filled over the top Awsome place.

Delicious and reasonably priced! The grilled cheese was cooked to perfection and the gelato and homemade waffle cone was amazing. Also purchased some cheese curds and pound-a-pickle cheese to go. I will definitely be going back.

Uhhh....how can you NOT give this place 5 stars?! Youd have to be a miserable, lactose-intolerant grouch to come here and not have something fantastic. Handmade cheese, gelato, and fresh milk. Spectacular!

This place is amazing! Such extremely delicious cheese, and their grilled cheese is my favorite quick lunch now. They make a raw milk cheddar that is profound, so fresh and healthy.

A hidden gem! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have all sorts of cheeses with samples to try. You can get a grilled cheese sandwich with any of their homemade cheeses. The spicy cheeses were so good! They also sell imported cheese as well. The gelato and waffle cones are also delicious. Love that you can also watch cheese being made and get a fresh sample of cheese curds. Definitely will be coming back, love supporting locally owned small businesses.

Manwaring Cheese is a real hidden gem! My kids and I had the lunch special (grilled cheese on sour dough bread and basil tomato soup). It was so good and reasonably priced. We finished with gelato in a homemade cone, it was so dang good! Loved the prices, the food, the employees, and the ambiance of the whole place. Well be back for sure!

The grilled cheese is good and cheap and its really cool you can pick from all the different kinds of cheeses they have. The tomato soup wasnt very good. The gelato was really good but really expensive. Overall was a great place just wish they were so dang expensive...

Cute lil place. Stopped in based on a friends recommendation. They have small cheese samples available to try and everyone I sampled was yummy. We sat and ate some Gelato which was very tasty as well. The two associates working the counter were warm and friendly which added to the experience.

We’ve come in 3 times now, and each time there are different employees working, and each time they are INCREDIBLY friendly, clean-cut, professional, and helpful! I’m floored by how personable all the employees are. Not to mention the high-quality products. We love coming in and sampling their cheeses and then getting gelatos. Our favorite are mango and cherry amaretto. They also make a mean grilled cheese. We love this place!! ❤️

I love stopping by here for gelato. Their store is always clean and their staff is usually very friendly. I love that they have a nice CLEAN changing table in their bathroom which is single person and unisex. This makes it so there is privacy for you and your baby and that either parent can take care of the child. Their gelato is delicious and well worth the trip. They do make it fresh in store so sometimes their stock can run low, but it’s not a huge deal because they will always have something delicious in hand!

My family came from out of town for the 4th, and mt SIL recommended this place for lunch. Their grilled cheese sandwiches were probably the best I have ever had. Even my picky 3 year old loved it.I had never had Gelato before but it was so good, creamy and rich in flavor! I had the hazelnut and pistachio in a waffle cone!!! Everything we sampled was the most delicious of its kind we’ve ever had!The gelato and cones are homemade and an amazing price-especially with the quantity and how delectable all the flavors (which there were many) tasted.It’s a great place for a family or individual to go grab a nice gelato treat or some flavorful cheeses.It was also neat watching through a large window the sparkling equipment and workers making the products.The place was sparkling clean and cute, and smelled pleasant. The staff were so friendly and eager to help and give many samples!

Very good quality products, with a lovely homemade appeal. This is a creamery, if Im correct, and it has very authentic gelato and some excellent cheeses.

Gelato in Idaho Falls? Yes! After living for three months in Italy--with lots of practice eating top gelati--I can confidently say that Manwarings raspberry and lemon combo is as close to autentico as youll find anywhere. The hazelnut and extra dark chocolate are the same. Well done! What a gem of a place. Great service and amazing products--dont forget to try the grilled cheese.

This is our favorite dessert place! Amber Manwaring makes all the Gelato in house and it is so creamy and fresh! The cones are also very delicious. Its a great value. My favorite flavors are the mango and the coconut. I HIGHLY recommend this!

Take the kids and get them a small, its only a couple of bucks and an AWESOME family treat.Or better yet, mom and dad get yourselves a sitter and go on a date night here. Bring some unique cheeses home for a romantic snack after the kiddos go to bed 😎.

Incredible, my new favorite hangout spot after school! The subway tile, green signs and modern decor is so professional and comforting, and the employees are incredibly nice and helpful! The food is awesome, I always drop by for a quick grilled cheese and a Pepsi before going back to work, and on occasion my girlfriend and I will stop in for some delicious gelato. The have so many types of cheese to try and you can watch the dairy being made through the viewing windows! Theres not a lot of casual eatery places like this in Idaho Falls and I highly suggest you try it.

I was so excited to discover this gem! The food is all delicious. Their lunch special with the grilled cheese and tomato soup is delicious. You can choose whatever cheese you want and soup is nice and thick. The gelato is amazing! All the flavors I have tried have been fabulous. The staff is super nice and the restaurant is very clean and has a cool atmosphere. Try it out, you won’t regret it!

We usually dont go out for ice cream often but since we found Manwarings weve been back several times. The gelato is awesome--both the classic flavors and the novelty flavors. They change them out too, so every time we go theres a slightly different selection. I love their flavored cheeses, especially Tuscan Herb. The grilled cheese is amazing, especially with the tomato soup--not like the Campbells stuff you make at home, everything is high quality deliciousness.

This place is awesome! You can sample the cheeses before you buy them. You can get grilled cheese (pick your own cheese) and wash it down with killer gelato. Lactose intolerant beware, this place is irresistible. Lucky for them (the lactose intolerant people) they sell A-2 milk which contains a different more easily digestible protein. Carter took amazing care if us!!! Definitely will go back!

Not worth the drive. We went out of our way to stop at the cheese factory and we ended up with old, hard cheese with powdered flavor sprinkled on top. We ordered cheese curd but it seems they chopped stale block cheese in cubes instead. If I didn’t live a state away I’d have demanded my money back.

This place is delicious! You can get a grilled cheese with your selection of cheese they offer (think ranch, jalapeño, a ton of their delicious cheeses) soup, and a soda or water for 5 dollars. Not sure what cheese you’ll like? They have samples for you to try with tooth picks in a very sanitary dispenser. When you’re all finished up with that, head on over to the gelato 😍 we tried their cookies and cream, mango, and strawberry sorbet. The strawberry sorbet was excellent, I’ve never tried anything that had such a potent strawberry taste, I feel like it’s always so dulled down but they got it right here! Their mango was SO creamy I was in heaven. That’s what my 4 year old ultimately picked. And the cookies and cream was amazing, I feel like no one ever has the right amount of Oreos, or blends it too much, but this place nailed it. My husband and I and our two kids and the child in my belly VERY much enjoyed it. It’s also extremely clean, and has very friendly staff. They were all so polite and smiling and it was just a great environment. We saw a few high school kids hanging out and playing cards and I thought what an awesome place for youth to come hang out at. They had plenty of seating as well! I look forward to this being our new go-to treat night place, and to experimenting their different cheeses on grilled cheese! Thanks Manwaring fam for making this such an awesome place!
