Idaho Steel is probably the best steel and fabrication shop in Idaho Falls, without question. They are professional, fast, and extremely skilled. This facility is responsible for the development of the McDonalds breakfast hash brown patty forming equipment.

This company is discrimatory. They discriminate based on age and religion. People that are over 40 that are more than qualified they will not hire. They prefer young kids in there 20s that know knitting of there career. I have seen their work on paper and have worked on their new equipment that they sold to idahoan in Idaho falls. They took no consideration on how to keep the equipment clean. They put the piping for the steam entering the dryers on the floor under the the working area next to the drain for the water. The crew needs to wash the floors with water. Which is sprayed on the hot piping. Which create large amounts of steam that can burn the operators above. Secondly the cooling and reheating of the pipes makes the steam leak out of the threaded pipe connections. Thirdly the pipes are iron pipes without a protective coating which will make them rust through in time. There is inadiquite drainage for the water and mash to clean the floor. I have seen sanitation techs climbing under the dryer. So dangerous. But thats what happens when they hire only young kids with no experience. Fools
