Absolutely the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I just purchased a 2020 Ural Gear up. It’s the seventh motorcycle I’ve bought from a dealer and these folks were the best of the best. I had some problems getting it on my trailer because the manufacturer provided the wrong dimensions and they spent the whole day helping me get sorted out AND covered my extra costs. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service like that before. Tish and Todd were the best! If I ever buy another bike and it’s a make they carry I’m getting it from them. They were that good.
My boyfriend recently purchased a beautiful specimen from the Eagle Rock location. His was the last one to complete the lineup along side his brothers. I purchased a new four wheeler in March of 21. My wife and I were greeted by a sales person within minutes who was extremely helpful. Ultimately we were introduced to a senior sales person, Todd who was knowledgeable of the products and their history. He negotiated with us on the price that we could both live with and the rest is history. They did a thorough walk-around of the machine so we would be familiar with it and its operations. They lady who assists you with the financial transaction is very nice and helpful, and really personalizes the experience. I would have given them a perfect five stars if it were not for the hidden costs in the price. They pack on nearly $1500 in setup, freight, and administrative costs. Know this when you walk in and get surprised by the increased costs over what it advertised. Their sticker price is also $500 more than similar dealers in the region. Shop wisely!
Came from PA to purchase a new Ural because the deal they gave me was too good to pass up! The staff was great to work with and was quick to respond to all my questions. Also had the pleasure of getting my first service done by the service department and everything was satisfactory. Will defiantly check back with them for parts and accessories when the time comes. 10 days and 3700 miles later the bike is in PA and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
They are absolutely awesome to work with. Tish, Todd, Amber, and Manny are all fantastic and will work with you no matter what you got going on. I purchased a new Scout thinking that was what I wanted. Well 1100 miles later and less than 60 days, I realized it was not for me. They were more than helpful in getting me out of the Scout and into a new Chieftain Limited. I highly recommend going in and talking to them and see what can happen.
I recently went into this dealership after learning they had ONEWHEELS!!! Not only was their display and access to TRY THE BOARD FIRST! But the service is what will have me continue to go back and give business to these individuals. They stayed late after closing to help me with any questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I felt educated by the staff and they were 100% genuine and kind. Words cant speak highly enough for these two. On July 3, 2021Myself and a few other guys went into the dealer to look at a Chief and a couple of other bikes. We walked in and was met by Todd (I believe that was his name) the sales manager he snubbed and walked past the guy buying the bike to come talk to the older gents in the group. I informed him that, my friend was the one shopping he is 25. Todd looked rolled his eyes and reluctantly made his way over to talk about the bikes. Todd proceeded to give specs and so on, then told my friend that he could order a bike but the company might cancel the order and that he was just kinda waisting Todds time. We were less than impressed by the sales manager. We were about to leave when a super nice helpful sales lady came over and started talking to us, my friend was able to test ride two bikes then was going to buy a 2021 chief that was on the floor so back to Todd we go where we started to talk about different controls and bars to make it ridable for my friend Todd then proceeded to tell us the bike was perfect how it was and that this was a complete waist of his time we left and will never go backSales People ----10Dealership ---10Sales manager---- 00000000
Medium experience always never really feel welcomed even after purchasing a top-of-the-line motorcycle from them. They do what I need them to do but I do not feel open armed. Their mechanic is probably the most friendly of them all.
We came from Utah to visit the family, but ended up riding home on a new Indian. If there hadnt be this place, this would not have happened. Our salesman Ben went ABOVE and BEYOND with answering our questions and did a great job making the numbers look right for us. Curtis, the Sales Manager, is a living encyclopedia and talks to his clients at eye-level making us feel very comfortable with finalizing the purchase. Trish took great care of us and helped us select the right gear for our motorcycle. We have been in a lot of places and have seen a lot of things, but this was by far the BEST experience weve ever had. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon for a coffee! Thank you so much!!! Amber has followed up on a regular basis and stays in touch even though we have already purchased a bike. The shop has delivered work timely and as promised. I have not had to take my bike back for any redos. I traded a bike in for my current one. They gave me an excellent trade in on my bike. Tish also stayed in touch during the process to make sure things went smoothly. Good shop to deal with. I live in Montana and have a fairly long ride to this dealership. It is worth the trip.

Worst buying experience Ive ever had i realize the whole covid had some parts on delay but after I signed the papers and the deal was done I never heard from the salesman again I finally got my bike a month and a half after deal was done .I was pretty much just getting told what I wanted to hear ill never buy here again

Curtis Sawyer and Amber Butler made everything perfect! They bent over backwards for us to ensure that we got everything we needed on the Ural and that our buying experience was painless. It took no time at all for us to get all the paperwork completed and ride the Ural down the road. I was very impressed with the courtesy and the professionalism shown. In order for me to get a Ural Gear up. It had to be in a certain price range, because of the price of a new one it was out of my range. I sent a email to the main Ural web Page to send me the nearest Ural dealership. Todd McKelley got ahold of me through a email witch got the ball rolling. Todd is one of the nearest guy Ive met in a long time.I was able to trade my side by side in for more money than I was asking for and he was able to find me a 2018 Ural Gear up Rainier white, very nice, it had 2000 miles on it but they gave me the same warranty as a brand new one. There are more good things I could talk about eagle rock., but the most important thing I can say is how well Todd treated me. Thank you so much Todd. My friend. Thanks Mack
