I used to regularly support this business once, if not twice a day (of the 6 days a week Im going to and from work). Never had an issue until recently. Walk in around 10:25-10:30 PM, and immediately start catching attitude from the old gentleman working the night shift (the same gentleman who told me they close at 11 PM, as does the hours listed). He said he was just about to close, and I apologise, being unaware. He gives me even more attitude. I know exactly what Id like to purchase, try to make the transaction as quickly as possible. I ask politely what time they close. He mumbled what Im assuming is 10:30-11 PM, depending on business, which Im ok with. Im not trying to make anyones job harder than what it is, being as I worked customer service a few years myself. He said, in an unprofessional (borderline crybaby attitude) I see you EVERY night... slightly raising his voice. I give him a dollar over exact change. As hes handing me the dollar he overly exaggerates the thank you intending to display, again, how upset he is, and I was on my way.. not saying a word. It was probably the single most one-sided, ignorant, p**s-poor display of customer service Ive ever experienced. I know plenty of people who would have done the job and done it right. Needless to say, Im taking my business to 7-11 across the street from now on
