Nobody 2 help you. Slow check out clerks. No help from management. Told me they didnt have the product. Waited in line then had to wait again. Alexis and Christian and Sherry.. This place is always so slow and treat u without any respect and customer service is a joke. I drive out of my way to 3350 to get my prescriptions because this pharmacy should be shut down. Praying they learn what it means to say hi welcome to CVS and smile. Instead of 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me then they point down the isle. SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE DONT 😫 GO THERE.

I very much enjoy shopping at this CVS location - about 1 mile from my house, and well-stocked. COMPLAINT ? Yes, the only entrance is FILTHY ! The stairs, railings, entrance way, and carpet is well beyond ugly. Your staff are some of the most wonderful people I have dealt with in years. CLEAN UP THIS STORE, PLEASE !!!!

I stopped in after a long day of work to check on my prescription and do some shopping. I took my time around the store, but I noticed a certain associate would appear often. I did not catch her name, she was I believe a latina woman probably in her 40s-50s. Eventually she approached me and told me I had to go and put MY PURSE at the front register! I have been coming to this location for YEARS and I have NEVER been treated like this before. Another customer was walking by while this was happening and said that was random, I would just ignore it it was incredibly embarrassing and totally threw me off as I was just standing there trying to decide what stuffed animal I should buy for my daughter. Im not mad my feelings are just incredibly hurt. I didnt sign up to pay $5 a month to be treated like a common criminal at a location I have been shopping at for years. I wont be coming back to this location and I will be switching pharmacies. I left after handing her my items.

Ive been going here since I moved to the area over 5 years ago, and Ive never had a bad experience! The pharmacists and staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly; and most of them are familiar with my special prescription preferences. Theyve all gotten to know me, and they start looking up my prescriptions while im still walking up to the counter or as soon as they see me at the drive-up window. They always greet me with a big smile, and theyre happy to help if I have questions. A lot of the general merchandise cashiers are equally friendly..

I shop at this store at least once a week and get all my prescriptions filled her. The Employees are all fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. As for those who wrote bad reviews I say, look sometimes you have to wait on the phone and in store. Its just like traffic. If you dont like to wait in line dont go during rush hour.

Run! Run from this pharmacy!!! They have the worst customer service I have encountered in my almost 60 years.They are incredibly slow and seem uninterested in the work.They have lost my insurance information countless times then after the lose it, and waiting in line 30 minutes to get it they tell you to go sit down for 30-60 minutes and wait for them to verify your insurance information which they lost. There is no accountability at this pharmacy.I strongly urge you to find another one

It says 24 hours all over the place and i was sent there for a shop and deliver and it wasnt even open.

After complimenting the individual infront of me, the cashier who assisted me today kindly kept an eye on my items and waited for me to return as I ran over to another store. The cashier, jessica, was pleasantly helpful.

Cvs buys Aetna. Aetna forces us to use cvs to fill prescriptions. But then Aetna disputes it. Save the hassle And money...go to Costco.

This is my local, so Im here at least once a week. The staff are always friendly, but sometimes the prices are fantastically bad. Usually the bad prices get pushed out by next weeks flier, but it can be a real downer.

While 901 bus had 5min before departing. I ran into CVS for a beverage. The clerk showed me where the cold case was located and I made my purchase and was back on the bus in 4 min.

Massively long line at the pharmacy. Those working the pharmacy seem like they couldnt care less. Kinda frustrating...

After you pick the item which you intend to buy from a fixed price label on the shelf they change the label to higher price and charge you higher price.

So apparently the workers at Jack in the Box suggested we should go through the drive thru since they can help us out

The store is open 24 hours but Pharmacy is not; they close at 2030 on weekdays and 1800 on the weekends.
