Easily the WORST cell phone experience of my life. I am told by the sales expert that I can get an iPhone for $199.00 as advertised, but that because I was with California Lifeline, I would quality for a $70.00 discount. Who wouldnt want a brand new iPhone 6 SEfor $139.00? NO ONE offers that kind of price ... not even Amazon or Walmart. So I paid for the phone, gave them all of the personal information a human being can deliver, and the sales expert informs me I will have to wait while she goes and gets the phone in two minutes. An HOUR later, Im still waiting, a total of $249 was deducted from my checking account, and then I am told: Sorry, but since you are with T-Mobile you dont quality for the $70.00 discount. I demand my money back immediately, and when I get home I look at my Credit Union account, and the double of $249 is taken from my account!!! Instead of refunding the money I paid for no product and an hour of waiting, I paid nearly $500 for less than nothing! I am disabled and had to wait sitting in my walker for this news. As I write this, my debit account has been down so low from this experience I may have to wait until AFTER THE FOURTH OF JULY to access my money that was stolen from this crooked operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not mad, but more disappointed. I had a computer issue and had always heard of their positive reviews, and with PCS I figured it might have something to do with Personal Computer Services. I ended up calling 3 seperate PCS centers and not ome time did they pick up the phone. I decide to just drive down to a centerclosest to me, this one. The clerk there didnt know the answer to my qyestiin but recommended me to a PCS down at a supermall near the border of Mexico but didnt want to call them. I end up going there and its already hot and crowded with barely any parking. I eventually find a spot and the PCS person there said nobody in Metro PCS worked on PCs. The drive home was hot, crowded, miserable, and took over an hour to get home not too far off due to traffic jams. I still dont understand why that clerk couldnt have just called, and I certainly wont be using them for any phone services after all of that time wasted and frustration.
