Service at United Nissan is 5 star! Driving across the desert on my way to the east coast, My 04 G35 coupe lost power then several lights came on. It was Friday afternoon August 6th about 3:15 pm. 122° F in the desert and my car was not doing well.The first service person to greet me was Alberto Merancio. He asked me what was wrong and saw my car was full of boxes. After explaining my situation he was legitimately concerned and went out of his way to get a technician to have a look at the car. His professionalism really stood out. Alberto spoke to his tech David Doranan who (at end of the business day!) asked me questions about the vehicle symptoms. He then took took the vehicle and while I waited diagnosed the car. The parts dept team found the parts in stock too. This was all done BEFORE they closed by about 4:30 pm!Alberto explained parts were in stock and David came in to finish the work on Saturday morning. I cant thank those guys enough for the effort they put in and their professionalism. Alberto called later to make sure there were no other issues while I was back on the road.5 stars for excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and a beautiful, clean dealership!
