I want to thank Mark and Gus for their outstanding service when looking for a car my daughter. We had a price range and Gus worked with us. I felt like we were in good hands and they werent just trying to make money. I have had issues with Cable Dahmer on Noland road so it was so nice being with people who made us feel comfortable, and like they cared.

This is the best place to buy a used car. They were so helpful and even fixed us up after the service center on Noland rd kept providing us poor customer service. In fact always buy you cars here not at the place on Noland road. We have not had a good experience with buying used cars from the place on Noland rd. Again always buy your car from Auto Direct on 40hwy and ask for Gus.

Steve Blankenship and the team made my purchase easy and smooth. My credit wasn’t the best but they made every effort to get approvals and even get a fair monthly payment in my price range. Steve & Mark have made this such an easy process. They both spent an entire day with me searching & searching for a car that checked all the boxes. Mind you this was also on a snowy/icy day! I recently purchased a used 2017 SUV from this dealership. I am from out of state. It was considerably cheaper than other vehicles of the same make and model with similar mileage, so I thought I’d give it a shot. When I talked to the salesperson they assured me that everything was good with the vehicle. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle it had not been detailed, or even cleaned for that matter, there were still grease marks on the interior of the vehicle from the mechanics, and the carpet had NEVER been cleaned. I got multiple papers from the dealership stating that the vehicle was “certified” and inspected. Now that I’ve had the vehicle for a few weeks I find out that it needs new brakes, new rims, new tires, and a new transmission. I sent a message to the sales person who again assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. On top of all that I couldn’t get their financing department to give me the details on how and where I am supposed to make my payments on the vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE!!Edit: I finally spoke to a manager who assured me that they had no clue of the problems with this vehicle and made no attempt to compensate me in any way.Again, AVOID THIS PLACE.

When myself and my fiance first walked into the dealership it took at least 20 minutes to find anyone. We were there to purchase a vehicle for myself. We finally found someone and got to test drive the vehicle we came there to see. We put a little money down to hold the car, as we were waiting for my taxes for the total down payment. We kept in contact with the salesman and added to that money to hold the vehicle. A week and a half later we got the full amount and were told to wait till Saturday when our salesman would be there. We get there Saturday and find out the vehicle we put money down to hold, is no longer available. Then they claimed they would give us a deal on something else to make up for it. A week later, we had heard nothing from them. We had let multiple messages and they never returned our call. Dont waste you time there. Go to a real dealership for a car.

Looking for this model for quite a while. Popped up on the web. Talked to Mark couple of times. Gave him a deposit, hopped on a plane here on East coast and flew out. Salesman Steve picked me up. I spent a while going over the car (I was a car salesman for over 30 years). Couple hours later, I was cruising back east.Couldn’t have been an easier purchase. Never felt pushed and car is everything they said. Thanks again Mark and Steve and Sarah who did the paperwork.

Dont go here for a car, they will bully, try to intimidate and take your belongings-title of trade in car, check for down payment, keys to your trade in, refusing to give them back so you cannot leave. I was close to calling the police when they came back with a decent offer and we bought. I will pass them by next time. The salesperson we worked with was great, it was her boss and manager who were bullys. Go instead to Gladstone Dodge, we had to purchase a second vehicle the next week and got a great deal with great service.

This is a good place to take your damage care. I could not tell my car was damage after it was repaired by Auto Direct. They did a fantastic job. They sent text messages to let you know what steps they were taking and phone calls. You feel like you are totally involved. Thank you again Auto Direct for the wonderful job on my car.

I drove 3 hours. Had check in hand. The vehicle they showed in pictures was nice looking. They said it was a great looking truck. I asked about cosmetic and they saw nothing. Yes i understand there could have been ice on the vehicle due to weather but i want a dealership that atleast goes through the vehicles and makes notes before they sell it. So either they didnt know their product or they didnt want to tell me. 6 hours of driving down the drain.

Got a little body work done and paint job in the damaged area was great. Then I inspected the rest of the car. Black marks in a few spots from the tape I assume and two scratches on one of the headlights. The inside of the car completely filled with dust. So I wouldnt recommend this place just because Ive had better experiences elsewhere.

I would give them less than one star if I could. They let me drive over an hour and 15 minutes to test drive a vehicle that when I got back to the dealership they said they had sold for $2500 more than what they were asking. Sounds like they marked it wrong and just tried to run me off.

They have an AWESOME multi-million dollar facility that does their repairs the right way. If there is a scratch on the bumper, they will take the whole bumper of, and fix the whole thing the correct way! They do fantastic work.

After dealing with the dealership I was at and was low balled on a two car trade in, I found myself at CarMax who came in I bit higher than the dealership. It wasnt until I called in a favor with our neighbor, Marty Dahmer, that i felt I got a fair deal. I didnt have the time or patience to sell them privately where I could have got what they were really worth, but at least I got thousands more than from what the original dealership was offering including CarMax who prides themselves on their quotes. So for coming in with the highest price for my two vehicles, Ill go out on a limb with a 5 star rating. I did see my 2 cars online and were priced right at what I was expecting. One sold as soon as it hit the lot and the other sold in a few weeks.The tools I used were right on when it came to negotiations, but everyone needs to make some money. So use the tools available people, dont get ripped off.Poor planning at the wrong time of the year, I probably should have sold them myself, but thats on me. At least Auto Direct stepped up and came through in a pinch.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu with only 59 k miles from here - with a supposed 150 point inspection & a safety inspection. The very night I bought it & drove it home it was making a groaning noise when I was braking. I immediately took it back to them to get looked at. They had it for three days & return it with lubed & adjusted brakes & tell me they have no paperwork for it when I ask for details on repairs. It continues the noise so I have it looked at elsewhere & am told that the front brakes are nearly gone, the front rotors are pitted & warped, the struts are leaking & that the transmission is failing. Cable Dahmer failed to find any of these things wrong with it apparently when they had it in their shop when I first took it back. I took it to another GM dealer who rebuilt the transmission -- under the original GM warrranty -- & I had to pay for new struts & I have to get new brakes & rotors. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This place has poor customer service. They will not fix any issues you have with them. I would never go here again. I have let my insurance company know not to use this body shop again.

I have been purchasing cars for a very long time, this was by far the WORST experience i have ever had. My husband asked for a 4x4 truck. They located (what we thought was a great truck) However when we got home that night we realized it was not a 4x4. They very next morning, way under 24 hours we called and spoke with the salesman who promised they would fix this problem. We never heard back that day. The next day we called again they played around didnt answer our calls, we had to call from an alternate number before they would answer. Still saying they were working on it 4 days go by of pure hounding and we take off of work AGAIN to pull up to the dealer when he then advised my husband there was nothing they could do because it had been to long and they turned in to be titled, saying it happens the next day, but nobody said that all these days we were calling. So they BS us until there was nothing that could be done. And acted very nonchalant as if it oesnt matter who i tell. We have two daughters coming out of college and will be getting new cars. THEY WILL NOT COME FROM THIS DEALER FOR SURE AND WE ALSO KNOW THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH 103RD AND STATELINE AND NOLAND SO WE WILL ALSO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. This has been THE WORST CAR PURCHASE I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE. I work with the public daily and will pass on the message to any and everyone i encounter including facebook, twitter and so on!! Thank for NOTHING CABLE DAHMER!!!

Felt bullied by the salesperson. He didnt listen to my wants/needs. Yes, he provided me with vehicle choices that all the bells and whistles but he ignored what price range I needed to stay in. Even suggested that I pay $800/month for a car payment.

Promises to call back with updates were never met. After a delay, I picked up my car and later realized that my muffler was hanging lower than it was before I dropped it off. They did not hang the exhaust back on my car correctly. Called and reported issues to my insurance company, and advised that I would not take my car back for them to correct issues, as I do not trust this business with my car. Took 3 extra hours to test drive my car to make sure it was running, but didnt notice the loud rattle cause by an exhaust pipe bouncing around.

Worst experience ever. Geico sent my Lexus RC 350 over here to get fixed for a collision repair and was told it would be done on Oct 27th. Then they pushed it back to the 31st. Still haven’t heard back from them and now they put me in a bad spot. Had to keep making/breaking plans because they couldn’t keep their promise that the car would be ready on time. It’s Nov 10th and 3 weeks later from the initial promise date of the 27th and still no word of my car being ready.

Although we didnt buy a car here, the sales mgr was great. Not pushy. Tried to help.

I was kept up to date with our car repair.

Not happy. during an ice storm, wife did some donuts down an off ramp until finally taking off the front bumper on a concrete barrier. Cable Dahmer was the only choice Safeco gave me. Ive never had body work done before and didnt know where to take it so I let Cable do the repairs. After the accident one of the tires was completely flat, horn didnt work and windshield sprayers stopped working.Two weeks with my car they gave it back. Same tire goes flat after a day and wife is stranded on the side of the road. I get the car back to Cable Dahmer I asked if they replaced the tire? No it didnt have a leak so we put air in it. I bring the car back and tell them they need to replace the tire. I get some story about needing to get my insurance to sign off on it and my adjuster is out of the office. I say just replace the tire and pay $100 out of pocket for a brand new tire. I ask about the horn and windshield sprayers, they say the insurance company wont cover it. Whatever, I pay for a new tire and leave. BRAND NEW TIRE goes flat after a day leaving my wife stranded in midtown in -2 degree weather. I call my insurance company and they say Cable Dahmer told them these items were not related to the accident so they wont cover it. I call Cable and they say the insurance wont cover it? So instead of calling them liars I can just assume theyre working in cahoots to take me for every dime I have. I call Safeco back and pretty much cuss them out and keep calling back until they finally give the go for the tire. I take the car back to Cable (I dont want to but Safeco says theyre the ones not doing the work correctly so I have to take it back there) and they figure out that the valve stem is leaking and replace it. Dont offer me anything (not even an apology) for the tire I just bought outright for no apparent reason.I take the car to my mechanic for a second opinion. He says not much can go wrong with a tire and if it doesnt have a leak then either the rim is bent (which is obvious) or the stem needs to be replaced. Cable Dahmer cant even troubleshoot the most basic item on the car. My mechanic says the windshield sprayers have been disconnected and not frozen over as Cable claimed. He also says the horn (a $25 repair) was absolutely caused by the accident or repairs done afterwords. Ill be writing another review for Safeco (insurance company) and all their flaws in this simple matter also.

I came in to see if a door part had come in from being ordered and it was in stock. being alittle short on time I was told that in about 20 minutes they could put the part on and be on my way. Not only did they put the part on but there would be no charge,probably due from some earlier body work done there. Joe Horn

No hurry whatsoever in repairing in a reasonable amount of time. Didnt update on the repairs at all, constantly having to call for updates and being told I would get a call back with, surprise, no call back. Phone etiquette very unprofessional as well.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! I brought my car in for repair today and I walked inside and was ignored for 11 minutes straight by every employee who came and went! Black white young old... EVERYONE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE so far its ridiculous SMH I DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!!!
