Take everything you have ever heard about a used car salesman and think the total opposite. You tell Pete how much you want to spend and what youre looking for and he will do his best to get it for you. He will tell you everything he knows about the car, let you drive it and allow you to make the decision No Pressure,No Games, no Gimmicks. They want there customer happy and satisfied with their purchase. I have worked with both Pete and his daughter Theresa, you wont find more honest people.
Very welcoming bunch of folks with a nice inventory of cars, worth a stop by..tellem Derek sent ya they will give you a honest deal no old school sales harassment.
A craigslist add of the car I’ve been looking to purchase for months brought me in. The car was in great shape and they let me drive to my mechanic in downtown kcmo to check it out hassle free. Johanna was very friendly and kind. She and her fathers partner were very communicative and even helped me problem solve how to sell my old car that wasn’t eligible for trade in. After purchasing the car I noticed a headlight out and came back the next day where they fixed it no problem. The price of the car was reasonable and I appreciated the ease of the purchase and their honesty in general. Thanks guys
Lazy people...... Did not come out
Great set of guys they really helped me out!
I live an hour away, so I called Joanna (when we were about half way there which was my fault) to see about test driving a vehicle. She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it. Even though I didn’t end up getting a car it was extremely appreciated that she went out of her way to let me know it was sold. That is a sign of great customer service in my book!!!
I would recommend this business to purchase a car!!!!! ........ 5 months after financing the transmission is out on my car and it will $5300 to get it fixed not counting the $790 tire sway bar that needed to be replaced. Im at a LOSS, but they were Honest!
Worked for days to get a deal made and work on my own financing, after I had done all the stuff on my end and we came up with a number, Im told they sold it out from under me. This happened twice during our negotiations the dad sold it and had no idea that another deal was made. Sorry but to me that is poor customer service and instead of gaining a lifer they gained a person that will never step foot on the lot and will not tell people to use them. Really too bad since I usually buy every two years or so.
I have bought 2 cars a year apart from Pete and Joanna. Both were what they said they were. They were honest about the vehicles and I got a good deal on each of them. These are good people who do a good job. Thats hard to find at a used car lot. I will buy another car from them in a couple of years.
These people are the best!!
Yes sir got two cars from them and they helped me pick the car I wanted and worked with me I’ve been telling everyone to go there
I wish I would have never purchased my car from Stadium Auto. I’ve now owned my BMW X3 for 39 days and have had to service it 3 times costing about $1,400.When I purchased the car it only had a few sensor lights on for the tires and a week later the check engine light came on for 3 codes they had to have cleared (two codes fired their maximum times meaning the issue was very long-going).I would recommend any buyer to go somewhere else when purchasing an used car.
Pete and Joanna are great, I havent bought a car from them but did work with them for a while when working with a mechanic shop. When Im in the market for a new car this is where I will stop any time!!!
A good place to buy a car from. Theyre Great.
It was a pleasurable doing business with them. It was nice to see a Christian man selling cars.
Great customer service and I got a good reliable vehicle to take me to work everyday.
They dont do in house financing like they say they do they only do cash or tell u to go to a bank to get a loan on a car from them. They are faulse advertising that they do in-house financing when they dont its a bunch on bs.
Craigslist ad brought me to Stadium Auto and I only looked at the car Id seen in the ad. It was in pretty good shape for a 12-year-old car and the price was very reasonable. I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic some 20 miles away who noted a flaw or two (as used cars will have of course) but ultimately deemed it a good buy so I bought it - and so far so good Pete and Joanna were so friendly from the start! I felt really at ease with them, and believe them to be honest and trustworthy. Wont hesitate to return when the next teen needs wheels.
Less than impressed. Car advertised as cold AC. Because somebody put a quick charge to it. 3 weeks and AC went out. Found the ozone air freshener under the seat that was burning my nose. Come to find out it was masking the cigarette smoke smell. Should have went somewhere else and paid more.
Petes a great guy, sold my car for me!
My experience at this business was not good! We called a week before we went up to look at the vehicle we were interested in, because they said the fuel pump froze in it during the last freeze. They said that it wouldn’t be finished being worked on intell Monday or Tuesday. Okay sometimes it takes a little of time to work on something I get it, I’ve worked on vehicles things happen. So Monday I call and their not done with it. I have already taken Tuesday off to look at the truck. So Tuesday I call and they said it would be done. I leave in some nasty weather because I said I would be up there. I get there and the truck is still not fixed and the lady says that it won’t be done today. Mind you we have already called them for a week asking about it and gathering the information that we need. When we go out to look at the inside of the truck since we can’t drive it the mechanic says that he left it started to warm up and ran it out of fuel. Different story from what I heard over the phone. So the shade tree mechanics take the truck after finally putting the fuel pump in to get gas. Okay maybe we can test drive it now since we live a long ways away. Nope, that didn’t happen now something else is wrong. Okay so we fill out all the paperwork they need. They say that they will probably know if we are appoved or not by the next day. Seams fair to me so I drive home and I called the next morning after they opened to see if they had heard anything back. They said no they haven’t heard okay I will call again later. Right before they closed I decided to call again since I still haven’t heard anything from them just to find out the truck I’ve been looking at and asking about for a week is all of a sudden going to auction. You couldn’t have told me this a long time ago so I wouldn’t have waisted my time, gas, and money to go up there when the weather was bad. Moral of the story is don’t have something advertised if you don’t know if your going to sell it, not to mention she said “this is a great truck”.
Love Pete and Joanna and the staff here!!! Great folks to do business with!!!
