I found the auto part I was looking for at a very good price

Had to go to three different stores to find the battery I needed, finally found one and it was bad and they dont have anymore in stock so I wasted 4 hours and 1/4 tank of gas and still dont have the battery I needed, and on line prices and inventory are not the same just a heads up.

I had to refund an air pump, not AutoZones fault. They were moderately courteous about it since I bought another improved model as replacement from them. This is my go-to, neighborhood auto parts store. Has been for years. They always have what I need, or can tell me where it is. I highly recommend!

Employees didnt seem to know their rear end from a hole in the ground, many items out of stock, and prices were kinda high. The only reason I gave two stars was because the location is convenient. SMH... get it together auto zone!!

This place is ran by thiefs. We bought our products on the online store. Picked this location for pick up. We had our receipt and id. All because they are incompetent. We did not recive our order got called crack heads for no reason. Now we are waiting for a 150.00 refund. With no support from higher management. They can not figure anything out. Actual monkeys would for sure do a better job.

Nope go 5 minutes down the street to advanced auto Auto zone employees apparently only work behind counter will and seem inconvenienced just because customer came in to attain parts...been to a few auto zone this was the laziest least knowledgeable bunch ive yet encountered I will stick to more hands on helpful car guys....BOO TO THE TUDE #RVLIFE

They did have the part I needed but they didnt have a loaner tool which I thought was kind of crazy because every other AutoZone that Ive been at had a loaner tool set but Im not going to hate they got the job done and I appreciate it

Horrible customer service every time!! Uninformed and untrained employees. They told me I couldnt get rewards points for online purchases..when you indeed can. I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to find the correct lug nut I needed to walk away with nothing..Its worth the drive to go to the one on Noland, where I got the lug nuts I needed and was in and out in under 10 minutes with exceptional customer service!

Each time i come in this store. I get tried with respect.

I visited the store about a check engine light, they refused saying it was because of Covid-19. They can’t enter my vehicle.I see an employee do a battery check outside. Non of them employees are wearing masks or gloves. I decided to order my part online. If you want Americans to help businesses, stop employees from doing stupid stuff. He could have wore a mask and gloves and kept my business.

Guys there were great. There was a mix up on a part but luckily I live close enough and they worked with me to find a store that jad the right part. I do all my parts buying here.

I was looking for new will ship wipers for my vehicle. they looked at it told me the ranges for prices in the store. Another gentleman looked outside and saw the type of hook I had on my wiper blades so she has this type of hook she can use any type of blade. The gentleman at the register said okay this is a good blood itll do for weather summer whatever and itll work for your car. I said lets go with that let me grab two one for each side. The other gentleman got him I had one out of the package already waiting for me to go outside with him put one on I was having trouble with the driver side he said oh you just need a little umph he hooked it and then saw that I had a crack on my windshield so thats next on the to-do list. Thank you so very much

I walked in from the cold with a dead battery. I was in a hurry. The clerk was fast and courteous. He even through in a free can of de-icer. Nice experience.

I cannot praise this place enough!! l had a flat tire, and when I say flat, I mean FLAT. I went to Quick Trip across the street to fill it with air and 10 minutes after that, it was flat again. So I went across the street to Autozone thinking, “These guys have to know how to change a tire, right?” I walked in, told them the situation — I’m thirty minutes from home, I don’t know this area, and I especially don’t know how to change a tire. Ryan H. went out to my car and checked it out. Not only did he put my donut on my car, he walked me through how to change a tire AND gave me tips for afterwards. He was so so sooooo kind to go out of his way and help me, not to mention it was about 90° and we were both sweating!! I can’t thank you enough, Ryan!!!! You’re a lifesaver.

This is the worst location of all Autozone stores. Against my better judgement, I stupidly thought that I could get information about a car part I needed by calling an AutoZone store. I could not have been more wrong if I was duct taped to the Wrong Tree. First they immediately hung up on me as soon as they answered the phone, then they refused to answer the phone entirely prompting an automated unavailable message. Lastly, when I did finally get a hold of a real person they made excuses as to why they couldnt be bothered with answering the calls of an unimportant customer. The employees exact words. I see why OReillys is making more money than you. Your employees act like customer service are bad words. AutoZone, you should be ashamed of your employees conduct. Please fix this.

Rarely get the wrong part like other parts stores and parts are in stock or there same day. Exchanges are simple and dont need reciept on warranty stuff because its always in the system.
