Ordered a steering gearbox online and picked up in store. In my experience Napa generally has fairly knowledgeable employees and never has an issue getting me what I need.

I needed a new battery for my 2017 TOYOTA RAV4 key.Mark provided me with a screwdriver and advised to look at a YouTube video to see how to disassemble the key to access battery.He then gave pointers and quickly provided me a new battery.My key is back to working perfectly!Mark was a pleasure to work with!!

Have not used NAPA much in the past. Small showroom but MASSIVE in-stock inventory. Chances are, they have what you need in store.

Everytime I call, Im put on hold (longest has been 30min before I just gave up again) and no one comes back to answer.I just want to know if you have a particular long block and transfer case in stock (or can be ordered) before I make a trip to that store, sheesh. Is this too much to ask for??? Ill just take my business elsewhere and not recommend this place, apparently theyre understaffed or their staff are lollygagging on the clock.

This is a chain auto parts store. Many of their products are made in America which is one of the reasons I prefer to shop there!. Prices are typically reasonable and competitive with other similar stores. The service is professional and knowledgeable. Their product range is broad. Often they surprise me because they have parts for my, fairly rare, 19 year old Ford F350 diesel pick up truck in stock!! Ive found that their quality of service is consistent across their many stores nationally!

Very disappointed in service!!...I was greeted by the manager after telling him I needed wheel lug nuts he looked for a brochure and pointed out what they had, he then said you will need to know the size. He didnt take the time to point out what they had in store or look up my vehicle information to know what size I would need. He should lead by example and be more serviceable, their were not customers behind me!!!

First time coming here for their grand re-opening sale with coupon. First time at the register, we were met by an unfriendly staff member who said our items didnt count because they were sale items however the signs were marked August retail. We chose new items and went back to the register and the second cashier was just as unfriendly as the first guy. He said those items were on sale and wouldnt work with the coupon. We told him those items didnt have a sale tag to which another employee stated that the sale sign was outside. A sign that restricts certain items shouldnt be outside during a promotion. After dealing with such rude employees and the confusion of sale vs retail price we threw away our coupon and left. Not a good attitude for a grand re-opening. However, the girls from Dickeys bbq who were giving out free sandwich cards were very friendly and happy. Maybe Napa should hire them.

Worst store ever no one there has any clue

Napa by far has the best quality of parts, the down fall is you pay for what you get. So theyre not the cheapest, but do it right the first time and be done. This store is small so you may have to order your part. Staff usually is busy and you will often have to wait to get help.

Napa has a lot of hard to find tools. But they are expensive they do have handicap parking they do have a parking lot you dont have to pay for. Everything in Napa is higher than any other parts store. And they hardly ever got anything in stock. So call ahead if they dont have it theyll have to bring it in from the warehouse. Most of the auto parts are getting this way

Pretty good, if you need a part and they dont have it, you have to wair for it to come from their warehouse and some what pricey.

Outstanding customer service people here try to help you in any way they can will even go above and beyond their job to help the customer most auto parts stores you go in pick out what you need or ask the sales team for what you need they go get it ring you up cash you out and thats it they go the extra mile here will be going back more often

I go to Napa when the part is hard to get to and I dont want to take a chance on cheap parts.

Only one person at counter, had a long wait. Smaller selection on shelves than other local parts stores, but good warehouse inventory allowed me to get what I couldnt get anywhere else.

Some staff members at this location are unfriendly. As for NAPA parts I have purchased an AC recharge hose from here that broke within the first use and wiper blades that also broke at the hinges.
