I do not know their name but the person with the rainbow hair was super sweet and helpful. They were ready and available to answer any of my questions and made me feel at home while shopping. The store had everything I needed and some great deals!

Love Sallys, been going there for years. The only reason I gave 2 stars to this location, is because the 2 ladies working were kind of rude, and when I asked them about professional shampoos, they just stared at me... Then as Im getting ready to head to the checkout, one of them continues to watch me like a hawk, as if I wanted to steal from them. Ha. It just felt rude. I have no pockets, or a bag... I also had my phone, wallet, car keys, large shampoo/conditioner bottles, two boxes of hair dye, two 3 oz bottles of developer, a whisk... She seriously thought I had a way to steal two packets of color corrector, whisk, and then gloves. 😂 I looked like I was having a hard enough time carrying what I had...

Shoutout to the girl with dark hair and red tips! she recommended the color jamz brand and its the PERFECT color Ive tried a couple dyed that didnt work so Im extremely happy.

The customer service is awful. The manager is s horribly unprofessional and rude. They lied and said I couldn’t return a product for store credit. And very messy

Staff is super helpful, respectful and nice! Knowledgeable about everything I had questions about certain products.

Went in to look for a pink hair color, and the lady working there was rude and acted like helping us was a waste of time. She helped the next people who came in the store like she knew them for the longest time. The lady working there also thought she was the smartest person there. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location since they don’t care about helping their customers equally.

Literally just walked out of this place and the girl there was rude af. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews even if I get bad service but her nasty attitude was unnecessary. She didn’t even look at me when I asked her a question. Don’t know her name but she was white, average height, and had dark brown hair. Terrible service

I much prefer Sally Beauty over Beauty Brands for price and customer service. At Sallys you receive personalized service with someone who will take the time in answering questions or helping customers find just what they need. All this and competitive prices!

My wife went in yesterday to buy hair extension and wanted the black ones because her hair is black. She was told by the employee that my wife hair doesnt match the black ones and my wife hair match more of the darker brown ones. Wife wanted the black ones, and the employee kept assisting that my wife would rock the darker brown (but my wife hair is black, with brown tip) Wife thought they may be right, because usually they should know their stuff. Got home and you can tell the difference. We live only 5 minutes away, wife went back and they already closed. Wife called immediately and they told her to return it the next morning. So the wife purchased a $200 dark brown hair extensions that doesnt match her black hair color. She went in the next morning to exchange, she cant exchange it either. The manager told the wife that the employee was a just hired, so she doesnt know anything. So when did new employee start training new employees? Because that female employee that was telling my wife she would rock the dark brown was training someone else. This place is stupid. This place is not worth any stars.

Carrie and Nichole were absolutely amazing!!! I live in Sedalia and would recommend anyone coming up to this store! I wear extensions and they were so kind to help me color match and get me the products I need!

We cant sign you up as a professional, you have to do that through the website . Sorry, thats not on the website, but if I call, they said I could have done it in store for in store purchases. Sorry, guys I guess you have to restock that stuff.

Is there a reason this location just closed 2 minutes early? We just needed to grab cotton gloves and they closed at 8:58 instead of 9. The lady looked at us then kept walking into the back of the store.

I went in yesterday and their whole system was down. Your employees working that day handled the situation with such grace even though as a retail worker myself, I know how frustrating that situation is. Love the products but what makes this location great is your employees. ❤️

I went in to find a color match to dye my hair, I wish I wouldnve gotten the ladys name - she was incredibly helpful, funny, and sweet.

Opens at 9am sat outside in my for 20 mins and No one ever showed up to open the store

I went into this location today to buy extensions the girl said she would be right with me. She then proceeded to take a phone call then help two more guest that came in after me with color for their hair. She then walked right passed me and proceeded to check 2 people out also that came into the store After me. I finally left. Without being helped.

Like all of the other Sally Beauty Supply stores, they have all of your beauty supply needs. Im giving three stars because they lack natural hair products for African American women.

Walked into the store and literally got stalked by a guy employee with fried blonde hair for no reason. Get a hair mask hunty. Your employees are making your customers uncomfortable.
