Bath & body works I have never been there until this last Friday when I went in and bought some cologne perfume and body lotion wonderful place the staff was awesome.

The deals are so good. There is so many sents to choose from. They have Lotions, sprays,perfumes, sanitizers, room sents and more. The hand sanatizer leaves almost a perfume smell. The aroma last even hours later. There hand soaps bring your senses to life! The mens sprays are light and pleasant. The gift sets are always a welcome! A new smell for each room.

No mask, no service. Mandatory mask order is in place. You should atleast refuse service to anyone without a mask. You have to stand in line before you enter. They should have not been aloud to enter. If so, they should have been refused service. I get it, crazy times. But the customers respecting it, really deserve to shop with people respecting this rule.

Still the best place for wonderful fragrances. So many options to choose from. Beautiful, clean store gets you energized at the door. And yeah I know some complain about the lotion not being as moisturizing as they need it to be but have you thought about mixing? Sometimes I mix a lil bath and body with a non scented super moisturizing lotion so theres still the great bby scent and super moisture. Plus makes your bby last longer. So no need to use that as an excuse not to buy, go ahead treat yourself. Youll be glad you did.

Love this place! Wish the retired scents were available in store. Seems as soon as mid August arrives its BAM fall and winter scents only!! All the new stuff smells the same... the body polish is only in select scents (like 2!!). Great customer service, always someone to help find what you need.

Got what I wanted.

Hadnt been there in awhile and had found so many fresh and lovely scents. Had a great sale going on so I could stock up on some lotion. Not much help from sales associate on floor but the one behind the counter was very friendly with a sweet, bubbly personality.

I love this place!!! Everything smells so good! I love the room air fresheners, 1 small spray and your bedroom, living room and even works great in the bathroom. Small can, but its well worth the price! I even keep a can in my car.

Omg this store is the best. Love the deals I get there. They always seem to have a buy 3 get 3 free or buy 2 get 1 free. I forgot how good the sprays smell from here. Will definitely be going back for more smell goods.

My girlfriend loves the lotions, sprays and White Barn candles. They arent cheap but sometimes they have good sales, like 50% off of White Barn candles and buy 3 get 3 free. She spent $100 in the blink of an eye but makes it easy for me to know what to get her for Christmas and her birthday.

Love the store. I wish the company would stop changing scents so often. They stop making the scent I love and make me choose another. The prices can be great when there is a sale but not regular price

I love the feel of B&BW once I walk through the door. You can literally smell the aroma of the candles before you get in. Their best candles come around the autumn season. I love their vanilla, pumpkin, apple, cinnamon, caramel and spiced candles and so much more. I just think they should expand the store a bit more because it can become crowded and tough to maneuver when theres 25 people inside of a small store. Overall, I love it and the service is wonderful too.

When Bath and Body works has that 75% off sale this is the BEST place to buy 45 people a really good present!!! I can buy 1 person a bottle of spray each for $3- 3.50! How AWESOME is that!!! The sales that they have are life saving sales!!!😍😍😍

I love Bath & Body Works. I was a little dissapointed the last time I went in because they no longer sold my favorite scent in the perfume form. I quickly found a new amazing scent called Rose. They also had a BOGO of 3 for 3 free. So I grabbed the body mists and called it a day. The employees are super friendly. Bath and Body Works usually has amazing deals, so check out coupons and deals before you go to save some money. They arent very cheap, but amazing quality for the price!

Smells good, the cashier had to ring us up 3 times, before she got it right, I guess she was new, but we bought some manly had sanitizer,

They dont keep the scents you may have bought. They get different scents all the time. I couldnt get the scent I have. I smells wonderful.

I went in 2 weeks ago when the 3 wick candles were $12.50 and the girl said to come back the next weekend for a deal on Saturday for $8.50 each - my Google advertisement said on last sunday 3 wick candles for $9.50 but the store said $14.50 and then they didnt have the candle i wanted that i could have gotten for $12.50 the week before then when i asked about the candle that i wanted for my daughters Christmas gift the lady was RUDE and said oh well and snickered about it - REALLY - so i went to the same store in Blue Springs and they had a minimum of 30 of the one i wanted but i ended up having to pay full price of $24.50 for the candle - i will never go to the store in the independence mall EVER again
