These ladies are awesome, Ive been there now three times. The first time I just found out I had a mass in my brain, so I had them cut it short. Then I went back a few weeks later, since finding out that it in fact was inoperable brain cancer that that has metastasized to my lymph nodes. We cut it shorter because it started to fall out, well today a week later I had it shaved off and they did that free for me. And I was given the most heart felt hug before I left..Thank you very much.

When I first arrived I didnt know what i wanted and seemed confused. Natalie was very informative, helpful and super nice. She did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. She helped me feel like a different me. Really loved talking with her while getting my hair done.

Took her time and listened to what i wanted and was receptive but also good at her profession so she offered suggestions.I was going pretty drastic and she was reassuring and took her time! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon.

A person can pay more, but they will not get any better service or a better cut. No complaints here!

Absolutely horrible. she didnt cut my hair the way i wanted even though she claimed she could. she was very aggressive and irritated. i would recommend going somewhere else. they sit and talk to customers while doing nothing, holding up the line. very unprofessional, do not go here.

Great customer service! Got me in quickly. Everyone there was kind and courteous. The work environment was clean and comfortable. Everything was explained beforehand and they continued to check if I liked it and I was okay with the service. The price was great too! I would recommend them to everyone!

Shout out to my colorist Brandi at Chrisman Plaza. Scared of the upkeep so she created a natural look...4 months in and it looks better and better. She chose two shades (blond and red) that perfectly compliment my brown.Awesome since my hair gets so dark without any sun in the winter. The color can be more or less subtle depending on how I part it, but always blends in fantastically.Without feeling any pressure to buy products, she also told me how to care for colored hair and gave me some styling tips. Super friendly and professional. 👍

I honestly only gave this place a 1 star because the first time I went, there was a younger girl who did my hair and it was amazing. I bragged about my experience and even took my sister to get her hair cut here. That was a mistake. Theres a tall, older heavier set girl there who needs a serious attitude adjustment. She was rude, and made my sister feel like a piece of s***. We left without a haircut.

I went in for a haircut for shoulder length hair and come out with a very short to my chin bob hair cut and uneven bangs my wishes being ignored when I gave the lady the picture she look one look and it looks 100% diffrent then what i got. I was nice about it when she was going in the wrong direction then the oicture saying would you like another look at the picture? She huffed and said no ive got it obviously she didnt. I am mortified and embaressed to leave the house and will now have to resort to staying inside till my hair can grow out. I will never be returning here. NEVER in my life have i ever had my hair so mutilated!!

The staff here are awesome, Missy cut my hair perfect and didnt even hold it against me that I was wearing a Raiders shirt!! If you want a great haircut by wonderful staff, come here...

I dont really like this place because I wanted a certain hair cut and the stylist tried talking me out of it saying that its going to be really short even tho I knew it was, thats why I wanted it, I wanted to try something different. I wouldnt recomend this one if its your first time doing a certain thing to your hair.

Okay, no disrespect to Melissa. She was very sweet and kind. But this has to be said. I asked for a cleanup on my eyebrows, to remove the extra unneeded hairs and my unibrow. My eyebrows went from thick and full to basically removed.

If youre a male and youre not balding already, do not let these butchers near your hair. They do fair with women, but I think they learned to cut mens hair at a dog grooming salon. This is the second time in a row Ive gotten a cut from them that guaranteed Ill be wearing a hat until its too long again. The benefit of a doubt can turn costly.

The hairstylist was clearly having a bad day. Regardless, she still cut my hair extremely unevenly. Thankfully another stylist a a different salon fixed it for me.

I have a broken foot and cant take a shower currently or at least at the time I couldnt I went there just to get my hair washed and they wanted to charge me almost $10 just for that I think theyre way overpriced and would prefer to go elsewhere

Went there and had another person taken in front of me! Fifteen minutes later finally left when the available hair tech ignored calling my name and went to help as a second hair tech on the other persons hair that had been taken in front of me! Never going back.

This would be the second time my hair has been cut uneven the first time is wasent that uneven but this time it was I dont plan on going back
