I receive great service at the cash register and the quality of shoes is wonderful. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that the exact see shoes I purchased 7 years ago are still available today. Luckily they are starting to get more new and fresh options! I honestly dont go anywhere else for my familys shoes! I am also sad that it is no longer BOGO, which is why they are getting more fresh stock.

Good variety, associates seemed friendly although I had very little interaction. Store was clean & organized. I like being able to find something for everyone in our family, all in the same place.

Bought some shoes today with one being the display, Brandon offered to clean the shoe for me that had a dirt mark on it. He was great and it was really appreciated!

I love that theres always deals going on while youre in store. And theyve usually got the latest styles at a good prices. Nike is my favorite brand for my feet, and i can go here and find a good pair that i like for less then $100 versus the $200 i would have to spend to buy them straight from the brand. And i appreciate shoe carnival for that. 👍

The employees are always nice and helpful here but if u have bigger kids not a good place to come for kids the shoes are definitely affordable but they never have the sizes I need. Im always disappointed when I leave from here and not much of a selection for big kids shoes either.

Terrible shoe, I have only had this shoe for less than a month and the when the entire bottom of the shoe came apart. I paid over 50 dollars for these shoes, I would expect Shoe Carnival to stand up for their products, but No .I called a spoke to Shoe Carnival and anything over 30 days they will not exchange the shoes for new ones. Terrible store with employees that do not care about their customers. Please please do not ever buy these shoes or visit this store. So disappointed.

Not a bad store, but I thought the selection was a bit limited compared to other Shoe Carnivals. I shopped for and got my first pair of Under Armor shoes and I am happy with them, they are a great shoe...I shopped and got these- $125 regular price but on the discount rack for $40...but I wanted another pair of the same shoe, only in the color I wanted, sitting right next to these but it was discounted at a price $70 more...omg, 3 stars

Got the flyer yesterday in the mail for the boot sale. Was super stoaked because I need a new pair of black riding boots. Totally disappointed in the selection. The only riding boots they had were suede material. Poor selection. I left with nothing. However the flyer says over 310,000 pairs included...but where? The only ones I remotely found I liked were not on sale.

Went in to buy shoes for my husband. He will only wear a specific Nike and they are hard to find. Especially in his size in an extra wide width. Not only did they have his particular style, they had his size. 2 of them. And it just happened that they were having a buy one, get one for half off sale. I bought both of them for less than $100. They sales people and manager on duty were very friendly and helpful. The manager gave me a tip on another brand of shoe that were basically identical to the shoe my husband likes just in case I have trouble finding that particular style in the future. I will definitely go back. I work in the food and service industry and customer service means more to me than price. I will spend a little more to get quality service. Today I got great service and saved a lot of money.

Good shoes and deals. Employees dont wear masks (only the employee who greeted us at the entrance the other day) which defeats the purpose of social distancing (employees stop inches from you to ask if you need help). I was a little shocked at this store policy these days. I understand when some stores dont obligate customers to wear them, but a well-known franchise like this, Id expect more. I almost walked out since my wife is high risk, but she really needed the shoes, and were on a budget.

Don’t go anywhere near closing. Employee outdoors was very rude as we were going in to quickly get shoes as we knew pretty much what we wanted. It was clear the manager stuck an employee on husband and I both to get us out quickly and rush us. I wanted to find one more pair of shoes to get the buy one get on deal but wasn’t even given the opportunity to look. Not a good customer service stance.

Unfortunately, we didnt find a lot of selections for my son!!! He was able to choose between 3 pairs!!! We couldnt find his size anywhere!!! I guess he is in that awkward size that sits between the children and the adults!!! He wears a 6-6½!!! Even the employees were having a hard time finding shoes in his size!!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Well...HOPEFULLY it wont last long!!! We really like this place and they have great shoes!!! Made two trips there, looking for skate shoes. The first trip; the gentleman was pleasant and helpful, but directed me to the mens shoes section. Yes, Im trans (but present myself obviously female), no I dont wear mens attire if it can be avoided. Second trip I was able to locate the section alone. Not wanting to be an SJW, simply stating be mindful of your actions with people in your purview.That aside, great selection, great prices, found some awesome patterned for a very reasonable price! 😊

I went in here to buy some nice dress type shoes. I somehow missed the 100+ signs telling me about the buy 1 pair get one for 50% off. One of the managers informed me of this deal and was very nice and professional in doing so (something I notice as I am in management myself). I left with 2 pairs of nice, name brand shoes for less than $100. Cant beat it.
