From the very first time I came to the shop I noticed how neat and tidy everything was and the staff were friendly and professional. I chose to bring in my own equipment, some under the seat subs, to have installed there. We had a small hiccup at the beginning (largely due to me not knowing what equipment to buy when I brought in my own equipment), however, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Their installer Carl is incredibly professional and does fantastic work! Now my sound system sounds awesome. Don’t hesitate to do business with these guys, they will definitely do right by you!

They put in a kenwood head w/ apple car play unit in my Ram 1500. Store is clean, installation was fast and they did a great job. I’ve recommended to my friends and I’ll be back for a back up cam I’m the future.

Im new in town and was referred to this place to get an overhead monitor/TV installed. The business has pretty good reviews so I decided to try them out. My experience went south immediately. First, I had to stop by three times... and every time I stopped by.. I spoke to a different person at the front desk...and every time I got a different quote on the install price. I absolutely hate when companies conduct business like that... Meaning, the cost/quote depends on who you speak to... Instead of having a fixed base price!After finally settling on a price... The guy told me they could get me in on 12-17-20. Then.... Someone called him to the back (I assume the owner/Mgr) and told him they cant get me in until after January 3rd...BECAUSE I BROUGHT MY OWN EQUIPMENT (TV MONITOR).. AND DIDNT GET IT FROM THEM. SO I HAVE TO WAIT TIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. If Im going to pay them to install my TV... Why do I have to wait?? Why is my money less important??But hey... No problem.. I went 5 miles away to Aztec audio and got right in.. For half the price... With good service and quality work! Thanks National!
I had been looking around for a good stereo shop. I went in to look around and had planned to just look and price things. I had considered buying a new sub that day and coming back the next week for another. Instead they talked me into a new amp to power my current subs better. I already had a pioneer amp and has not had an issue but I went ahead and purchased the bigger amp with intentions to buy the speakers in upcoming weeks. Now dont get me wrong I completely understand that these places need to make money. Its my own fault for not researching before making the purchase I made. I paid $350+ for an amp that is going for $200 online (again my fault for not looking). I get a little markup but $150 is a huge markup. So I decided to look up the kicker subs I was inquiring about on kickers website. Turns out I can get them for the same price on the site as in the store. I am assuming kicker may be a sponsor or something in that range. I just didnt understand how an amp is marked up so high and the subs are not. They said they were understaffed which I could see but it seemed more like they just wanted to hurry and get me out of there, but there was me and one other person in the store at the time so not so busy to make a customer feel like they need to hurry and buy or leave. Not going to lie they have a great selection but if I can get the same stuff from the makers that they are selling them for or 150 less then I think thats what I will do from now on.
The wires to my speaker connect to a chip and the chip snapped. I thought I was gonna have to replace my speakers entirely from conversations with a lot of repair people. I took my car here and Edgar took a look and was able to tell me how to fix it and it saved me a lot of money and time, very helpful I highly recommend them as another place was gonna charge me $80 just too take a look!

Have done business with NAS for years. Staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Recently purchased a back-up camera, and a rearview mirror monitor for my vehicle with the help of Edgar. The mirror had a built-in compass/temp gauge. Had it installed, but was informed the compass had trouble calibrating. After driving a few days, the compass never configured properly. I brought my vehicle back in and they replaced the mirror only to find it was having the same problem. They researched and found that a magnetic field in the headliner was causing the calibration from completing, (a problem that affects a small handful of vehicles, not the fault of the product). Carl offered to replace the mirror with one that didnt have the compass, and is less expensive. I couldnt be happier with the new system and the way NAS handled the situation. Five thumbs up!
Had a great experience on the installation of stereo in my son’s car. Fast install, clean. Professional as hell too, dude at counter was having to put up with some guy complaining incessantly and quite loudly. Guy was factual, calm, patient and continued to offer explanations and options for a situation that clearly was not their issue. Impressively actually. Install price was exactly as quoted. Good experience.
My kids and I came in and just wanted a double din deck put in my truck, as soon as the doors opened I was met by Carl, who was very sweet and very knowledgeable about their products! I arrived before they opened at 9. They got started as soon as I picked what I wanted, I was out of there within the hour! Went in looking for a new box & was told that building custom was a better solution & they assured me they do custom builds with any materials I would like, along with any finishing materials as well. I will definitely be returning after I figure out a custom build to suit my needs.

The team at National Audio Sound is AWESOME!!! They installed a 12 in Kicker sub, sick Kicker amp with wireless remote, and kicker tweeters in my Civic. I couldnt be happier with the outcome - it far exceeded my expectations.I didnt know exactly what I wanted but the team did a great job asking clarifying questions to help me decide on the best option for me. I was very pleased with the service offered at National Auto Sound & Security. In about a minute after walking in, a friendly gentlemen greeted and assisted us, helped us identify what system would best suit our needs and helped keep costs down for me. I was informed I would have to wait about 30 min for installation to begin and it was only about 20 before they started working on my car. About 30 minutes later, the job was finished and another employee came out to the car with me to explain how the new system functioned and how to connect it with my bluetooth. Very, very please with the professionalism, knowledge, friendly customer service they provided. Highly recommended and it was less than what Best Buy quoted me.

I dropped by multiple times to discuss various car audio and backup camera options and I also called and sent a couple of emails with questions. Straight forward as it gets. Wanted remote start installation for wifes car. Gentlemen was able to walk me to display wall to show the different fobs and options. Picked the one we wanted and by end of business our car was finished. Thought the price for starter and installation was very fair. Its awesome having it done same-day considering we were just a walk-in and drop off which as I understand it is actually how they do it. First Come, First Serve walk-in. Starter works as described and has option for mobile upgrade. For those that need to stay with car, did notice they had a waiting area with a tv.

From the beginning, they were extremely helpful.When purchasing a new product, Damon coached us and didnt attempt to oversell- while he could have. He took time to learn what we really needed and then made the appropriate recommendation. Later, when we needed support, Richard, Carl, and another guy (sorry!) went our of their way to help us and we were really blown away that they stood behind the product as much as they did.Too often we find that quality customer service is a thing of the past, but not at National Auto Sound & Security. I have never been so displeased with the service I went into this location due to being sent here in the past when my truck was broken into and got excellent service. I return almost 5 years later and the customer service is horrible purchased an Apple Pay radio everything cost about 725$ and I go home awaiting a phone call when the parts arrive and it never came I called to check in and was told they “forgot” then I brought it in to be serviced all to find out and hour in the first guy forgot to notify me that I needed a part for my back up camera so Home I went to await another call and I don’t get one but I reach out and I’m told come in and it’s first come serve I call on Saturday around 2pm and they are unable to get me in. I return on Monday morning to drop it off and 2 hours and 30 mins into installation I am still sitting here no one has said a word to me I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do.
Honestly, I wasnt at 1st very pleased at all. I paid upfront for speakers they needed to order in, then what was supposed to be a couple of days turned into longer only for them to not even get all the order in, and when they did get the order it was incomplete... Very Confusing.... Anyways I was prepared to just get my money back and move on, and they was more than happy to just give me my money back.I was really hoping that they would offer to make it better by offering some kind of replacement, instead I had to suggest it, and they did oblige.So in conclusion:A+ for Great products(may or may not be readily available)C- for Customer support (I shouldnt have had to ask for them to somehow make up for their mistake, when they couldnt fulfill the order I placed)

I purchased a new car and wanted the stock sound improved. Ben took care of me! Im kinda sorry I have to write this one because my oldest son has had both his stereos installed by these guys, both times great work. I took my youngest son there a couple of months ago to have a kenwood he had bought elsewhere installed and spent $500.00 on new speakers with National Audio. Everything was great until he left his lights on and ran the battery down. When he couldnt figure out how to get his stereo back on we took it to them . The tech said it looks like it was fried but he would take it in back to do a hard reset. He lied . He came out within 3 minutes and said it was fried but he can install a new for me right now . I said no thanks and left . I went home and unhooked the battery myself and then hooked it back up. The stereo works fine . Just thought you might wanna be forewarned. I had two other vehicles lined up to go in there . Not not, thanks to a crooked installer.

A great place to get security systems for your car! The night before I went in someone had tried to steal my car and in the process they disabled my panic alarm. I wanted to get the best alarm because I suspected the person might come back the next evening (and sure enough he did - but this time my car was ready and the bright blue light on the dash for the system detoured them).In my frazzled state they could have easily oversold me, but they didnt. They were honest about the difference in products and were so kind in a tough situation! The price of the system and installation was exactly what they quoted my mom on the phone, so I knew what to expect on price.It took about 2-3 hours to install, totally worth it! Also looks like they have some great sound systems. Thanks again!
Excellent service, great price, and extremely fast! I just bought a 2016 vehicle and I know how everything is all integrated into cars now, so it isnt as easy as simply getting a wiring harness and slapping in a new deck. I had called National Auto Sound 3 times prior to me bringing my car in, they patiently explained the process of what we would need to do to reinstall my subs with a monoblock amp, what would need to be purchased, how long it might take, and gave me a price which was $100 less than another place I called!Due to the fact that they dont take any appointments (first come first serve) I came about 25 minutes before the store opened at 9 AM on Saturday, there were already 2 people outside so come early! Once inside I got a hold of someone and we looked at my vehicle, then I got handed off to another sales associate. By the time I paid for my service there were 3 or 4 people who had paid before me, so I was disheartened thinking that I would have to wait around. I was anticipating that I would be waiting 5 hours or so but they said they would have me out before then. Granted I paid for my service around 9:15 AM and the installer grabbed me to tell me my car was finished at 10:30 AM! I was stunned.I went out to the garage, looked at what had been done, and the installer was awesome enough to answer a few of my questions and show me his work. My subs were sitting pretty in the trunk, the amp was mounted to my back seat, and inside of the car there was absolutely no trace of anyone tampering with it aside from my gain knob, which I had requested to be installed and mounted. They did that for free as well!Parts and labor were sold to me at a fair price, the install was excellent, the employees were all great, and they got me out in much less time than expected! I was originally told this was a 2-2.5 hour install and when I got there was told my car would be seen within 1.5 hours. Remember - Even with people ahead of me I waited around, got my car taken in, and had the install complete within an hour and a half! All around excellent shop. Had a good feeling about them by talking to them prior to coming in, and also from all the positive reviews I saw of them on here.

This place is awesome!!! I purchased a subwoofer enclosure and amp wiring kit for a good price! I like to do all the work to my car and I have been to a couple of places and they always seem to be irritated by that. These guys on the other hand had no problem with that and they went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. I will be going back to get my system tuned and for any future car audio purchases!

I purchased a remote start and was very pleased they were able to get it installed that day. (Only reason Im giving 2 stars) We bought the remote that included the lock/unlock feature to have it all on one remote, however the next day I realized the trunk button didnt work. I called and asked about it and they informed me it was an additional $30 (or $35) to have that installed. This was not mentioned when I purchased the remote or when my parents had gone to talk to them about the remote start a few days prior. We specifically said we wanted the remote to have all in one, yet they didnt mention (or try to upsale) the trunk feature. When you buy a remote with the lock, unlock, trunk, and remote start one expects it to all work, especially when you are already paying extra to get that remote.I was planning on taking my husbands car here and having remote start added for Christmas. That will not be happening. Beyond disappointed.Edit- Ben contacted me to make this right and I was able to get trunk and horn hooked up with no additional cost. Unfortunately, I had to spend 55 mins in the waiting area to get this taken care of and I still believe the trunk and horn hookup should be included when you pay extra for the all in one remote. With this being said, Ben was very friendly and I may return to get one for my husband, I will just get the remote with remote start only.
After doing some immense shopping around in the KC area for estimates on installing a sub and amp to my factory radio, my fiance and I were going to tackle the install on our own. We had run into places that seemed to charge on the high end for labor and a few places trying to push additional products that I didnt need to complete the job. Then I was referred to National Auto Sound in Independence and decided to call them up. Ben took the time to patiently answer all of my (stupid) questions on the amp and subwoofer install, providing me the best customer service Ive received anywhere in quite some time. I couldnt believe that I was able to impulsively stop by with my car on a Friday afternoon and was out the door in less than one and a half hours. My wires were seamlessly tucked away and of course, I am more than pleased with the sound quality. These guys definitely know what theyre doing. Audio/security device installations are all they do! Not to mention their showroom floor is pretty sweet, with competitively priced Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer (and more) products. Make sure to check their store out before you buy your next amp, sub, enclosures, etc. Overall, National Auto Sound & Security is quick, sensibly priced and most importantly, they provide honest service. Highly recommend!!! Before you consider overpaying for a professional installation or wasting several hours attempting to do it yourself, make sure you give these guys a call.
Very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented staff. I had an entire system installed - stereo, amp, speakers, sub, alarm, remote start and even power door locks. They took the time to do it right and still had it done quickly. Ben did not hesitate to answer any questions I had and was truly great to work with. The thing I was most impressed about was that they recognized a particular part I wanted installed would not work well. Instead of installing it and having it look awful, they informed me and allowed me to make the decision to not attempt the installation. They could have installed it without asking me first and rightfully charged me for it, but they knew I would have been unhappy with how it looked. This, to me, is what makes an installer and a company stand out from the rest - I was very impressed through the entire process!!! I will send all of my friends to National Auto Sound & Security!
These guys are great. Theyve been so helpful not only with the audio equipment itself but they went above and beyond when it came to all my do it yourself tech. Questions, even when i didnt understand the answers i got they would show me hands on.they truely care about your satisfaction. I dont have endless money but they treated me like i was spending a million dollars. Sometimes all i had was questions not money. Paid 300 to hook up amp and outputs. It stopped working in 4 weeks. Guy said brand new outputs and amp wasn’t working. Took it to a different shop just to find out that they just didn’t hook it up right. Waste of 300

It all depends who you get on the phone. I got an estimate on getting an loc installed so i could use my factory stereo. The guy on the phone was cool but when i went into the actual store the following day i was pretty sure I didn’t talk to this other guy. This guy at the store seemed very busy i even took time off work so they could take a look at what i got installed so far. He said the manager would be out shortly to take a look. He could have told me to come back within a different time frame. Well i called a competitor while i was waiting and they gave me a lower price with new gauge wires ran, loc installed and stereo wires ran to my sub.
Definitely recommend over Best Buy for audio installation. First come first serve versus having to schedule an appointment weeks out with Best Buy. Great customer service . Definitely wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Showed up at 9am got me right in and was friendly. Thats where it stops.. after 4 hours for a box and amp set up got in my car and every control on my steering doesnt work( blinkers, hi beams cruise, dash controls, radio controls wind shield wipers.) .. my car now has to go to a dealership to be repaired .. its not even legal or safe to drive and this is the work they turn out.. I was going to take my harley and kenworth there for other stuff to be done but I would not let them touch anything else I own or recommend them TO ANYBODY.. depending on what the dealership finds and the cost to fix there work I may sue for those cost. By far the worst experience Ive ever paid for . Will never go there again unless its to serve them papersUPDATE...I NEED TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY I WAS WRONG .. I PUT MY CAR IN THE SHOP AND AFTER 5 DAYS THEY FIXED THE ISSUE.. ALL OF WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INSTALLATION.. AGAIN IM SORRY .

After stopping by with no wait they were able to troubleshoot a low signal left channel on my old stereo. They recommended and installed a sleek Alpine HD Radio/Bluetooth/CD with ready access to an Apple Lightning cable for play/charge. Mike did all the preliminary setting so all I had to do was pair to my iPhone. Looks great, sounds great and the controls are intuitive. Their customer service was superior answering all my questions and concerns. I couldnt have asked for more or be more pleased.
Went there to have some work done to my car first time I went I was gonna make a purchase but they were sold out of the product so I waited until the following week. The next week I called to schedule an appointment but they said they do not schedule appointments so I just brought my vehicle in that following week. When I got there I talked to one of the employees told him I was ready to get an alarm and told him I had the parts for it. but he said I was missing a wiring harness for the part. He told me mine wouldnt work without the wires. I asked him if I could just purchase the rest of what I needed through them. He wouldnt sell me the rest of what I needed so I could get the alarm installed on the day I brought my vehicle in a second time. Because it was an inconvenience and did not make customer service a priority either!! I would suggest not having any work done there or doing any business with them either very high priced products and terrible customer service.

They hooked us up with a remote start, alarm and new key fobs. We talked to a guy,..... I think his name was Ben, about rear view cameras, speakers, boxes, amps,and a bunch of other stuff. He was very easy to talk to and he had very informative answers to all our questions. He knew alot but did not come off like he was a know it all.We did not feel presure at all. When I need any of this type of stuff, I will definitely be going back. They know their %@$T!

I bought two different Compustar remote start systems back in November of 2018. One of them works perfect and cant complain but the other one which is for my vehicle has been nothing but a headache. The product is terrible and I feel like im not getting the support from this shop that I should be. I have a valid one year warranty and Im to the point between the product and this shop that im ready to rip it out and go buy the oem remote start system and have the oem dealer install it. I dont recommend going to this shop for a remote start install especially if theres going to be problems down the road. The support just isnt there and they dont do appointments for reserve times for troubleshooting.
I called this shop earlier in the week because I need to have the wires for my radar detector and concealed console replace, the reason I have the wires ran in the first place is to keep from having wires everywhere around the dashboard, the wires was ran by a shop no longer in business several years ago. I explained in detail on the phone what I need done and ask if I can make an appointment for Saturday, they guy told me they don’t take appointment this time of year, it’s first come first serve basis, he told me they are open at 9:00am on Saturday if I want to come in then. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes before the shop open and was the forth person in line. I got up to the counter and was waited on by a Jesse James wanna be guy. I told him what I needed done and he immediately told me he won’t have time to work on it today, he proceed to tell me Saturday is the busiest day for them so I will need to come back during the week when they have time to work on it. WTH, I’m the forth person in a first come first serve basis service, and he know they don’t have time to work on it? If they only have time to work on the first three customers, how will they have time to work on anyone else behind me? This is the biggest BS I’ve ever heard since they don’t close until 6:00pm. So I decided to play along and ask if I can make an appointment then, and he told me they don’t take appointment, it’s first come first serve basis. Really? I’d respect them more if he can just flat out tell me since I didn’t buy anything from them, and all they can make out of me is just labor, it’s really not worth their time, he doesn’t even have the balls to tell me that, what a loser with a capital ‘L”. I don’t understand why they don’t tell me they will not work on anything that is not purchase at their shop when I was on the phone with them, instead wasted my time driving all the way out there. You are WARNED! If you are not planning on spending money to purchase one of their stereo systems, remote start, etc., don’t waste your time and go to their shop no matter what they tell you on the phone. To be honest, with an attitude like the guy I encountered, why would you want to do business with them? This is by far the biggest waste of time and worst experience in my life. I wasted 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. Too bad Google doesn’t have negative stars because they are not even worth 1 star, it’s definitely 1 star too many for them.

If you are wanting to have dash cams installed, DO NOT go to this place. These guys will quote you an outrageous price especially if they don’t think you know how the work should be done.I purchased a dash cam system and although I could have installed it myself, I thought I would have “professionals” install it.. That being said, these cameras are easy to install. It’s a 4 camera system with an external battery. If we allow 30 minutes per piece, that’s about 2.5 hours worth of work. The cameras are installed via an adhesive strip and the wires connect into a port in the cameras. Not complex and certainly shoudln’t take more than 30 minutes per camera. I’d actually be concerned if it took that long. It’s more like maybe 10-15 minutes per piece. You could get this work done in 1.5 hours if you wanted to. Mike told me it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours to do the installation and cost $400. In order to justify the price he listed a bunch of things he had to do like “connecting the GPS unit” which couldn’t possible take more than a few seconds (I guess he thought I wound’t know what he was talking about and would be convinced it’s a “big job”). All you have to do is affix the unit in a stationary location and plug in the wire. What about that would take more than a couple of minutes???If you guys actually want to grow your business you should quote reasonable prices for reasonable work. You and I both know that this isn’t 3 1/2 - 4 hours worth of work. If I had allowed you to move forward with the work, I would have been there to oversee the installation and there’s no way it would have taken that long.You guys are a ripoff. I won’t be back and I won’t be referring. I was very unclear about what exactly was required to get a remote start on my moms vehicle for Christmas. I called around to a bunch of different places and they gave me a very broad, unspecific quote. I talked to David (I think), and he answered all the questions I had and explained what all it entailed. Instead of rushing to get it done before Christmas, he was able to set it up so my mom could just drop the car off after Christmas and gave me the remote starter so I would have something to wrap up and give to her. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is unsure about the process.
Oh My GOD! Stay far, far far away from this place! What a bunch of crooks! One star is way too good! They should have negative stars. They dont take appointments and they are first come first serve. We showed up 3 times to have a simple power inverter installed. 2 wires and 4 screws. Simple right? WRONG! First of all Im a business owner with 20 fleet vehicles! On Friday I called and spoke to NAS and I told them my problem of being turned away each time my driver stops by. I was assured by the person on the phone that if I had the vehicle there first thing in the morning, on Saturday, when they opened the doors, that they would take care of it first thing and we would be #1. What a bunch of horse hockey. This is a company vehicle, with our logo all over it. So I sent my driver to NAS and he was standing at the front doors when they were opened. Our driver had a company credit card and a company check. At first they refused to take either form of payment, after a screaming match back and forth, they agreed to run the credit card. Now keep in mind this is a simple power inverter... 2 wires and 4 screws. They ran our company credit card for PREPAYMENT OF $508.00 dollars. Then they told my driver that it was in line up and they would get to it when they could get to it! They put several vehicles in front of us. We cancelled the transaction and I instructed my driver to leave! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company in Kansas City! If you like being screwed... this is your place!!!My reply to the owner: Youre such a liar! Your staff never informed me or my driver of your credit card policy... in person or on the phone during the multiple contacts with NAS. I told your staff that I was sending one of my staff members... he never mentioned anything regarding payment rules. We drove over an hour one way. Your staff was never upfront regarding time required for the install. Your staff never gave us a quote. I was promised that we would be number one for the day providing we were Standing at the front doors when they open. We followed all rules given to us by your staff. You sir, are the one that screwed us! And sir... it is a simple job, 2 wires and 4 screws. After the deplorable treatment by you and your company... I will do it myself. Youre not the only one who is MECP certified!

My last car was a 2012 sonic i had bought all my audio stuff online and then found someone on facebook to install it for cheap well that was a big mistakes because i had all kinds of problems after that. Fast forward to today and i got a new car with all these integrated electronics and crappy microsoft sync services so im looking for something betterI went in here today to talk to someone as it is Officially Tax season and im shopping around at local shops; there was nobody in there and i got greeted immediately and told the guy i needed to take up some of his time and talk and he said ok i can do that. I have had several systems in the past so i told him i knew some things about car audio and he talked to me like i knew what he was talking about not like i said i knew car audio because i wanted to act cool but i really do know a little im no expert by any means. If i had any questions he did answer them.I wanted to get a quote for the all the stuff i wanted but i didnt get one; all of there stuff had prices on it so i formulated my own price list. and there selection is vast they have a bit of everything for every price point and they carry mostly the big name brands like pioneer kicker kenwood and alpine. I asked the guy about installation charges, he gave me the prices and everything up front with no hassle. As of right now i dont want to spend more than 600$ at once for my system so i may have to do it in parts as i get money instead of all at once. I asked a real important question about warranties; if you buy products from them they offer a 1 year warranty parts and labor or if you bring them your stuff they offer a 30 day. its nice to know they backup there labor with a warranty. This was all the good things i have to say about this place as my first visit to talk and deal with this company ever in the time i have lived in this state.Now as for the bad, in light of me speaking with this gentleman as i did not get his name my fault i had told him my last setup had 1 8 inch subwoofer and when people got in my car they always asked if i had a pair of 10 inches subs now granite my last was really small compared to the car i have now which is a midsize suv but i had said i wanted to go with something like that again as i am getting older and i dont need that much bass of 2 10s or 2 12s so he immediately tried to sell me 1 12 inch sub with an amp in a box he had as a combo special and i was like no i just want something smaller like an 8 or maybe a 10. This wasnt that bad i have dealt with way pushier people than that but still worth mentioning seeing as i told him earlier i didnt want nothing that big.If anyone takes the time to read this I didnt see any 8 inch subs in there store i dont know if they carry them or if thats something they have to order but i would recommend they carry some. and the reason they only got 4 stars is because i have not yet had any work done by them on one of my cars so i can not comment on there actual work but i was impressed by every other aspect they even have a small waiting area for people like me who have a thing about dropping off there car with no other form of transportation.Sincerely your average consumer who speaks truths

I wanted to upgrade the factory speakers on my 2013 Tacoma without buying a new radio, adding an amp and staying in my budget. I went to several internet site to get a feel for speaker prices before I decided to proceed. I remember using these guys years ago with complete satisfaction, so I wanted to use them again. I discovered the ownership had changed, but their product selection, professionalism and prices are still very good. Some business try to over sell the customer, but the sales staff listened to what I wanted and helped me with my needs. Dont get me wrong, they informed me about the pros and cons of the different options, but they didnt ignor what I asked for. I wasnt ready to buy that day, so they gave me a written quote for the speakers I picked. I returned three days later and they professionally installed the speakers for the price quoted. The speakers sound so good, I have to take my wifes 2011 Toyota Venza for the same upgrade. I highly recommend National Auto Sound to anyone looking for quality, professionalism and value.

I had recently purchased a set of kenwood subwoofers from National Security Audio Sound back in July of this year. My subs went out twice and I had both of those replaced within a month and a half. So then I start to think why they keep going out if I havent adjust or changed anything not to gain anymore bass then what was set and recommended. I had the two free replacements and the ones I had to pay for which was 120. Just the other day they went out again due to me not letting them warmup before turning the volume. Which was my mistake on my behalf. They give you a one year warranty on the subs but you might of well throw that out the window. They said I was basically abusing the subwoofers if Im trying to tell you what happened and what was going on. Ive dealt with them since in high school and have had bought variety of things. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL AS A CHILD RASING THEIR VOICE BY BEING AGGRESSIVE WITH THEIR TONE OF VOICE!
