Very Happy with this dealership!! We drove all the way from Des Moines, Iowa to purchase a Nissan Murano, this has been a Great vehicle for our family. Well worth the 3 hour drive we made. My wife is pregnant with our second child and we needed a good Suv to get us back and forth from home to work. They have been very good to our family we will make another road trip down there next year when our oldest son is ready to for a vehicle.

We came to Reliable Cars from out of town from Cedar Rapids, Iowa because they had the best price on a 4x4 truck within 500 miles of our home. Was worth the drive we love our truck and will be back for our daughters first car even though it’s in a whole other state!!

I’ve been putting this off and can’t any more. I bought my first car from here. My best friend is a mutual friend of the owner and so I thought I could trust them. I made the mistake of not being more thorough when I looked at the car because I trusted them and a couple days later my car wouldn’t start. I called and explained that I have a 5 year old that’s gonna be in this car and I can’t take the risk of it not starting. They kinda beat around the bush about it and when I went to their mechanic they told me to their mechanic couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car. Now the longer I’ve had it the more issues I’m finding. I paid $3000 for a car that isn’t anywhere close to worth that. Yeah I should have paid better attention but they sold me a lemon car and didn’t really help me from the get go when it started having issues. I will never be going back.

Bought a SUV there. Drove it home in daylight, got home and noticed the headlights. didnt work. Since then when driving it it misses and even dies. Then noticed it had a gas leak. The tank is leakWe were told the vehicle had been inspected. and they gave us an inspection slip.We test drove it and it seemed to run ok at the time but didnt drive very far. Now its in the shop getting another gas tank put on which will cost us dearly. Rip off!!!ing on top and didnt notice it until I filled the tank. Stay away from that place.

Do not trust this car lot. They lead me on for 2 days saying they would work with me on a truck I had 2500 cash in hand and when it came time to do the deal. They backed out. Had me waste gas and time I dont have. They will lie to get u to buy something. Who knows what else they will lie about. And to comment on their comment I got a truck same price but everything actually works. And so everyone is aware both trucks I looked at had major issues and were not worth the price. One was wrecked and the driver door was damaged from being broken into and the other one, the one for 4500, didnt have a working gauge cluster so u cant see any milage or any dash lights so in conclusion buy at your own risk

Do not purchase a vehicle from these scammers! How this place is still in business is beyond me. Scamming sociopaths sold my pregnant fiancé and I a car for $2,000 plus a trade in assuring us it had no major issues and we were getting a good deal. Even told us any issues we have we can bring it back and he’ll get it fixed for us. When takin to a mechanic due to the check engine light coming on within an hour of the purchase they informed me the car was not only extremely dangerous to drive but was only worth $800 tops. I called him for him to fix the issues like he said he would and was told “you bought the car it’s your problem” and was hung up on.

Went to go find a new car pulled up went to look at the cars almost all had damage to outside and inside, decided to try to test drive one that had little damage and they had to air up the tire first because it was flat and lady said they had only had the car for 2 weeks, then she backed it up and it made some god awful noise so I Decided to try a different one has no damage and looked nice, as I’m driving it my friend who was with me tried opening the glove box and it fell apart in her hands then she went to mess with the console and it broke also, as I was driving the car made a knocking noise from the front and smelled of antifreeze, not a good car place, makes me question the lemon law

I purchased a 2006 Jeep from Reliable in February 2020. I took it for test drive. It drove great, clean, a couple of dents, crack in front bumper and the tire air pressure light was illuminated on the dashboard instrument panel. Overall a very decent vehicle for the price. I returned the next day to purchase the SUV. As soon as i pull off the lot theres 5 lights lit upon the dashboard instrument panel. As well as one flashing, the check engine light. Since I signed an as is form Im pretty much stuck with this lemon. I felt confident signing this form since there didnt seem like any major issues when I drove it the day before. I immediately drove back to Reliable but it had closed for the day. So I went to Autozone to get a dialysis. Theres a misfire in cylinder 6 and traction/stabalizer issues. I called Reliable and spoke to the gentleman who did the sale. I told him about all the lights that came on and remained on immediately when driving off the lot. He tells me 60% of the cars on his lot has the check engine light on. I would never of purchased this vehicle knowing the check engine light was illuminated. The Reliable salesman never disclosed any information about all the vehicles malfunction and certainly the check engine light. The only item disclosed was the crack in the front bumper. I would suggest that you skip this place because of there dishonesty and lack of integrity.

Bought a truck from them ended up have tons of problems which they knew about and lied to my face. He told me his son cut the seat belt when in fact the truck had been wrecked so the seat belt was cut for that reason no bumper support and transmission cooler bent into the bracket. The truck has a lot more issues that were not mentioned at all. I messaged them back with no response. I know I bought a used vehicle but come on when i sell a vehicle i am honest and tell the buyer if there is anything needed. Very unhappy with these 2.

Bought a car from there for $3000..after 1 week check engine..after that transmisson starts slipping..then goes out...maybe expected this out of a 1000 car..But they said it was a solid car...warranty they gave us only covers up to 1000 also so ya...id bring a mechanic with you if you going there..no its r9ght place camry with breaks and tires in trunk..
