It is a normal business transaction without any of the high pressure sales and the old let me bring this to the manager junk. The price is the price. Its a fair price and there is no haggling. They also gave me a very generous amount for my trade in.

My Fiance and I are both first time car buyers and we were head over heals with the service we received from Enterprise. Brien and Ben were the men that helped us find our new vehicles. Never once did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of for being first time car buyers. We were never pressured into getting anything extra.All of the cars come inspected which was an amazing burden off of our shoulders! I would say that the only time consuming part is waiting for titles to come in, but the waiting period is long enough that it wasnt an issue! Also, since we are fresh out of college we had no idea if our credit would be approved or not, but the company works with some amazing banks that understand that we all have to start somewhere. Enterprise even gave me the maximum trade in price of my old vehicle (2004 high mileage Xterra). We have had our vehicles for about a month or so now and we are absolutely in love with them. I can’t say enough good things about Austin. After having my old car totaled, I needed a new one, so the hunt was on. Every other dealer I talked to was trying to get me to be interested in “this or that” model of vehicle over their voicemail, before actually even talking to me! Not Austin. We purchased a vehicle here the first week of February. As far as the purchasing process goes, it was great. Staff was helpful and did everything they could to make sure we got a vehicle knowing we desperately needed one. However we had issues with the breaks from day one, the car squeals to a stop. We have contacted multiple times, but they refuse to even take the time to look at the brakes or even offer to help fixing them. Our sales agent even recommended we add wd-40 to the break lines. Im glad I checked with someone else and found out how bad of an idea that was before we did it. 90 days later the brakes are still making noise and we will have to resolve this on our own. Overall not impressed with the experience as a new car should pass inspection driven off the lot and should not be our job to pay for that to be corrected. They could have offered to look or even meet halfway, but because we have now had it 90 days and added mileage to it we are out of luck even though they have ignored our calls from the getgo. My mother is now stuck in a car that she hates driving because of the noise and the horrible customer service. Will not be going back again.

I purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage on 1/5/2021 at the Independence Enterprise Car Sales and my purchase was assisted by Bryce.  Art, one of the managers, also helped with my purchase.The morning after I brought my car home, I had a flat tire.  I called Enterprise and talked to my salesperson Bryce (it was his day off but he took time to help me) and he gave me the roadside assistance phone number that is provided by Enterprise.  My tire was evaluated by Firestone in Lees Summit and apparently there was a small tack that was on the tire rim and couldnt be repaired.  I assumed that Enterprise would tell me that since I could have encountered the tack on my drive home from the dealership, it was my responsibility to fix it.  Boy, was I wrong.Not only did Enterprise pay for a new tire, but because I have all wheel drive, they paid for four!  To say that I am impressed with their customer service is definitely an understatement.  My daughter and son-in-law purchased a van from them in July of this year and had a great experience.  When I was telling a friend about Enterprise she said that she and her husband have bought two cars from them.  I will forever recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reliable car and wants excellent customer care!

Made car buying a GREAT experience.... was out of state during the beginning of my car shopping need and was able to complete the majority of the requirements that go with car buying. Got back into town and Boom....less than an hour out the door with my car. I got to leave my rental there which was an added bonus.Follow-up - I got a call from the rental location asking where the car was - So I had to follow-up on Monday with Enterprise Sales to ensure the car was returned to Enterprise Rental to include the appropriate date. I have received the title great... and then learn battery is bad (I mean its mine now and that is basic but for not having it for 30 days nor driving it everyday what are the odds). I am disappointed that I would have to follow-up on basic operational processes and then now utilize my Roadside Service so soon.

It was sure a nice change to go shop (and buy) a car @ Enterprise. No hassles, and you cant beat the prices. No haggling, I would almost feel guilty trying to negotiate w/ them as they have the prices marked well below blue-book value. I feel I got a great deal on my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. Absolutely loaded down w/ options, gorgeous truck and great folks to work with. Financing took about 15 minutes and we were good to go. Go see Charles, he will take good care of you!

The idea of being able to return the vehicle in 7 days if we were not happy, was a big selling point. However, we are happy. My 2020 vehicle has problems i am still dealing with. Manager not willing to fix the problem to satisfy the customer. Encountered problems first month of purchased. This isnt exceptional service as advertised.

I had no idea enterprise sold cars until my friend told me about it! I definitely recommend doing that over just buying a car from a dealership. It just makes sense! My experience was very good. All I need from your company is the owners manual. I actually read the book and find out many interesting things.

I found them to be a bit too pushy and pressuring to purchase overused vehicles. They treat their sales department like their rental department, so the used cars available are in frequent, heavy use... Racking up unnecessary miles. Totally defeats the idea or purpose of telling a potential customer that any vehicle has one owner. Also, that 9,000 car inventory just within the greater KC metro line is total BS. Dont waste your time unless you want to pay a high price for a heavily used newer car.

We had a great experience while looking for a car. Enterprise personnel showed us the cars we asked to see. The cars were all quality vehicles. Dakota treated us fairly and with kindness. We are likely to return again in the future.The only negative I have from the experience is after the car was purchased they placed a large magnetic bow on the car to take a picture. It was very windy and the bow was not in the center of the hood. The sales person drug the magnetic bow across the hood instead of picking it up and placing the bow where desired. In the process, the magnetic bow scraped the hood.

My wife really liked the vehicle. It took us over 6 weeks to get the title from them. We kept getting the runaround from them on why they did not have the title, or they would not call us back. Missouri law required them to deliver the title to us in less then 30 days.

Bought a truck here. Staff was good. Young and inexperienced and a bit pushy or salesy, but respectful overall. Cars are usually cheaper here than dealerships. Dont overlook them when looking to buy used.

Went out on a Saturday to the Independence location, and within a few minutes we were helped. Jake worked with us and was very patient, open, and honest. There was no pressure, and answered all our questions. The sales manager checked in on us, the financing part went smooth, and I drove away with a great car. They even made good on their promise to repair a broken front vent. Two co-workers of mine recommended Enterprise and Im glad I went there. I highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend going through them to get your car. They make sure that the vehicle that you are getting is in great condition. They do not sell vehicles that have been in an accident so they have a clean carfax. 1 owner and they were just for the leasing purpose. We bought our vehicle and they actually had our credit score higher than what we were told at a dealership. This made it easier for us to purchase the car at the monthly payment that fit us best. They even made a few changes to accommodate a lower rate. They were awesome!! I will be going to them in the future.

What’s really key was I did this from a distance. I gave him very specific details about what I was looking for and he found it spot on. My vehicle purchase started with a rental from Enterprise, which was amazing as well. This is the 2nd car Ive purchased from Enterprise sales. They are neat, clean, in good shape and reasonably priced. The first car I purchased from them lasted until 315,000 miles, and then I only sold it because the A/C finally gave out (after performing masterfully for 15 years). They were friendly, and not high pressure. A solid recommendation.

I would have to say that I have had a lot of issues with my purchase. First of all the sales man they do not know anything about their cars they are trying to sale so you so you better have done your own research on the car you are trying to purchase. They have no clue about the features inside or out of the cars or the engine ..the style...about the lights. I did not know about this till after my purchase. Not a happy customer is how I am going to end this!

Ive always found car buying to be a hassle at worst and unpleasant at best, especially when I had to buy a car in a short window of time, as was the case here. But Enterprise Car Sales made the experience hassle-free and pretty seamless. Brien and Kiki were especially helpful, but I could say the same for everyone there if I could just remember all their names. I found the kind of car I wanted on the first visit, then found an even better one on the second visit. For those who know what they want, and who wont miss the haggling associated with used car sales, Enterprise is the place to go. The process was fast, efficient, and in all ways more than satisfactory.

I would absolutely recommend buying a car at Enterprise. We bought our first car from then in December 2016. We were so happy with our car and our service that we bought another car with them in July 2017. I never felt pressured or unhappy with any part of the transaction. I cant express how helpful everyone in this office was! My father passed away the day after I totaled my car I had had for 12 years. I only had a week in the rental and had to buy a car fast. The other dealerships I went to made me feel taken advantage of. Without my dad there it was clear I had no idea what I was doing. Then I went to Enterprise completely distraught and beyond over the car buying process. They pulled a few cars in my price range around to test drive: A VW, a Nissan and a Hyundai. I needed to understand what cars that are under 20 years old feel like to drive and compare. They were so patience with my indecisiveness. We rented a vehicle to drive out of town. The car was not the cleanest but it was great that the sales guy noticed it right away and made sure the car was clean before we left. The entire customer service experience was great, but I had an issue with how much I was charged. My rental was supposed to be for $99.10, I was charged $113.97. Te guy on the phone was very nice and patient. we did resolve the issue. A successful business does not mean you will not make mistakes, were all human. Being successful has everything to do with how you handle those issues. Thank you, Enterprise, for being professional, kind and patient. I will continue to do business with you!

I have purchased six(6) cars from Enterprise since my Credit Union had a sale with them several years ago. I have watched family and friends go to dealerships and I am amazed at all the hassle they go through.Enterprise is the best, no hassle, everything out in the open about the cars and the best staff you could ask for.I recommend Enterprise to anyone who wants a nice car and wont have to spend all day to get answers. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed. They will do all they can to get you in the car you want.

We bought our first minivan from there. I had so so credit. They never pressured us and worked to find a finance company that would finance us. My parents bought nearly every car we had from the time I was 9 to now at 31. They never had any problems. Recommend them to anyone.

Needed to get my car fixed. The rental was covered under insurance. I didnt have to do anything but have the insurance company call them after I already had the car for several days. They handled the rest. They let me drop off the car about two weeks later without giving them notice, at a different enterprise location close to the auto-repair shop. Within about 20 minutes I was given a ride to the auto shop to get my car back. About as easy a process as it gets. Just Make sure too call about a day in advance for the initial reservation. If your insurance company doesnt cover your rental, call enterprise customer service and give them your policy information. Youll likely get a big discount (the same discount that my dealership made a big deal about without telling me that going through the dealership was not necessary at all).

Great service and very helpful employees. They don’t get paid on commission so they aren’t pushy and they all help each other with potential buyers. I had started my whole stressful car buying experience with one gentleman and ended with another one. I was so stressed and worn out by the time I got to them and they made this whole dreadful experience so great, relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured at all and they were so caring even after I bought a vehicle from them. They genuinely had appreciation for my situation and turned a bad thing into one of the best reality’s to date. I bought my vehicle Almost 4 months ago and I’m still completely impressed and satisfied with my car. I absolutely love it and feel very grateful that I went to Enterprise Car Sales. Struggled keeping my budget respected while car hunting. When I found the right thing I had it transferred in for me. I was told it could take 7-10 days, but would probably be sooner. That was a Friday. I was asked to come in on Monday, even called to confirm on my way there. Arrived, no car, and my appt was to go over sales packages with the mgr. Mgr was in a meeting and when I asked how long it would be, I was told I could do it all when the car arrived and was sent away.I didnt get the tracking updates I was promised and when the car arrived the following Friday it was not in promised condition. I felt like as soon as I agreed to transfer the car, they stopped putting in effort for me and my time was not respected. Still car hunting.

I have been renting car from Enterprise. Cars for over 16 years very nice people .I use Noland Road located. The most . last 6 years very nice and professor staff always. take. good care of me Out standing help at all time. I well never go any where else .I rent car at less 4 0r 5 more a yearThanks again Therese oswald

I reserved a rental car from Enterprise and when I picked it up the gentleman that help me was very friendly and eager to make sure everything was okay and that the car would suite our needs. The car was very clean and had no damage on it and it was a Chevy so that made it perfect. When I called to ask if I could have the car for one more day they were happy to help and extend my rental. I returned the car to the airport with no problems and they didnt try to stiff me on the bill. I paid exactly what they told me the cost would be, although I think I should have gotten a little credit because I returned the car with almost a full tank of gas and it was only half full when I got it from them. That would be the only negative thing about this rental. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Enterprise.

Great maintenanced vehicles...very knowledgeable people and lower prices.

They did exactly what they promised. The price on website was the price I paid. The car picked on website was the car on the lot!I had gone to 3 other dealers before this and enterprise were the only ones who did not try a bait and switch with me.

All the guys were super friendly and very helpful. We were buying our first car and the whole experience was so easy going and they explained everything to us. Awesome group!
