I spent $30 An overly complicated Vape That was supposed to be disposable I thought it was broken It turned out to be just a suction plunger that I had to push down to get it to hit

Nice selection of incense...although its just one brand. Loose tobacco, cigarette tubes with filter, e-cigs, cigars, pipes and cigerettes....once again, theres just not a huge selection. Prices are decent nothing overpriced.

The owner/ manager is very nice. My hubby and I buy our cigarettes here. Lottery and other stuff.There were a couple of unpleasant employees for a while, they are no longer there.

Best service in independence Mo, and very competitive with other places thats why I keep coming back (lowest) prices in town.

Smells like smoke (I buy for somebody else sometimes), saw customers without masks, but it and out fast. No lines. Fast lotto and powerball.

Their prices and customer service are fantastic. I purchase high end cigarettes by the carton and I have not seen their prices beat. Also, they go the extra mile for me because I am handicapped.

Store was very clean, easily accessible, ideal for those interested in a low key visit without being rushed into a hurried, anxious impulse purchase. Customer service was top notch! I was subtly greeted by the attending associate when I entered the store. As I slowly sauntered around the store browsing merchandise and mentally considering price comparisons among the selections offered to me in store versus competitor pricing and previous shopping experiences at other stores. The associate appropriately gauged my body language as I browsed, knowing I was prepared to ask her about any merchandise should I have an inquiry. Appreciated her not asking a million questions and trying to push merchandise on me. (I often experience that from similar establishments.) I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes, both considerably fresh, and while they cost less than the neighborhood QuickTrip is selling them for, I really think they have not priced certain cigarette cartons at a rate they could be considered “discount”. I won’t complain much regarding my Camel carton, but the Marlboro Smooth carton I purchased was unfortunately priced vaguely below market, therefore not substantial enough of a discounted price variation to be satisfactory to the consumer. I did enjoy the incense selection available.

Horrible company to work for! Roach infested dump! Customers please be careful not to purchase opened cartons of cigarettes unless you dont mind stow away roaches. A true bunch of racists as well.

Terrible service, the no refund sign is about 5 inches big, and placed at your feet at the counter so you cant even see it. Never doing business here again. Simply wanted to get a refund with my receipt due to quitting tobacco. Terrible business.
