Horrible customer service.I placed an order for two headbands. The wrong items were shipped as the ones I ordered were supposed to be embroidered, so they submitted a warehouse check, and this was the message that I received.We were able to reach out to our web content team and the vendor in regards to this merchandise, SKUs 31863558 and 28506301. The image and description shown for the product online are accurate. It appears that the incorrect merchandise sent in this order may have been the result of an incorrect item being picked at a store location fulfilling this order.”I was told to return them, which I did, and reorder, which I did. My new order came in, and again I have the wrong headbands? Rather than return again, and re-order again, I asked how can I make sure the correct headbands get sent? They reply that theyre sorry but there is nothing they can do. The 1st mixup was frustrating but understandable. The 2nd was frustrating, mixed with their passiveness which made me furious. I lost out on my coupon code and my daughter still doesnt have the right headbands.Do not recommend poor service.
