Generally if you go here you already know you belong and what to expect. This place is clean and well organized inside. Staff always willing to help.

Everyone at this location is terminally chill, and Im happy this is the HT I have in town.

Everytime I walk in this store Im disappointed. Everything seems outdated. Hot topic needs to be more current topic.

Bought some nose rings for buy one get one about a month ago or so, and I had put in one of the nose rings, everything went fine, but around the end of July and now, the nose ring started to infect my nose and it got to the point where it woke me up out of my sleep cause it started to itch and hurt really bad… I wasted my money, and will not be coming back to buy and jewelry… Very disappointed.

Employees are a bit rude. Overall there is a good selection. Changing rooms are small and they really dont let you take your time, but thats not much of a problem if youre only buying a T shirt. Good place to go, you cant find the stuff they have everywhere.

Cutest items from all the movies and shows I love and they have stuff you wont find anywhere else. When they do sales you cant beat the prices

Worst customer service ever! The store manager came up to me as I was having an asthma episode and told me to put my mask back on because it was their policy and was not willing to consider my medical condition. I tried to explain I had asthma and even though my mask was over my mouth and told him I just had to bring it down for a few moments to breathe and then I put it back up when I have my breathing under control. I am willing to wear my mask but there are moments when I just need to catch my breath. Very inconsiderate and didnt even offer any assistance for other options to accommodate shopping at their store.

Hot Topic in general is not as cool as it used to be. But we found a couple cool shirts. Employees were not very helpful or around to ask any questions of we had any..

Rick and morty shirt was overpriced. Selection is not what it used to be...

Terrible customer service! Went there to buy my daughter a back pack she saw online. A male employee gave us no greeting for example “ can I help you?, “let m know I’d you need anything” when walking into the store. Only stating, “make sure your mask is covering your nose and mouth” in a stern tone. Also, our mask were worn properly, so I don’t understand the comment. The employee needs additional training in customer service. Will not return to this store. This is why online business booming!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful everytime we shop here. I love that staff is always there to help, even when my very sad daughters favorite necklace finally broke after about 2 years, and she desperately tried to find a replacement. They looked at pictures she showed and helped her look for something similar that would work. The employees helped her feel better, and that meant the world to me. That is something very rare to come across these days, that kindness.

My favourite store to get clothes and other accessories at. I have been shopping here for years and they always have the things Im looking for. If you know someone who really likes a lot of pop culture type of stuff, this is the store you need to shop for them.

Lots of great stuff to choose from if youre into gaming, anime, and more! Wonderful service as well.

Hot Topic has changed over the years, I miss the music selection. However, I still go for all of the unique pop culture items.

I love shopping at hot topic with my daughter she enjoys it so much and they even had some legend of Zelda stuff and even other things that not only my daughter likes but my 16 year old son!! It is a very great place to go and lets hope when we go in the future no one ruins it for us. Oh and all the employees were very nice and welcoming people.

Remember when this store was cool? Everything is overpriced junk. Especially the jewelry. GO TO SPENCERS. Better quality, better rewards program, better prices

I love the Funko Pop even they charge too much!

I absolutely love this store. It is well stocked and the staff here is very friendly and personable. They have a lot of cool and unique items here. We especially enjoy looking through the Pops on the Funko Pop wall. I’ll at least just go in here to look around and chat with the workers.

The lady that was working was very rude towards me an I left with only looking around for a minute.

I love shopping at Hot Topic all the time! I love all the employees theyre so nice. The prices are pretty decent for official merchandise too.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger. Pretty much the same shop, they have survived the test of time well.

Hot topic used to be a place to buy t shirts from bands that no one hardly knew about. Yes they made the smart decision and went for the money and started selling merchandise aimed at a young impressionable trendy audience. I feel like they have nothing now though! Its wayyy to mainstream now. It pains me to give this place I once loved a bad review.

Great quality of everything in the store! Id say Ive bought most of my wardrobe from hot topic. Its expensive but worth it!

Well staffed larger selection of merchandice and still held enough stuff you might have seen in Hot Topic back in the mid 90s through early 2000s.

Have a great clearance sale going on and I am not sure if they still do this but I know they used to give military discount for not conforming to military standards by shopping there

This place is not for everyone. I do however like the style of clothing, shoes, hats, bags, belts, blankets, lingerie, ashtrays, gag gifts, and more this store has to offer. You can also get music here too!

People were very kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for :D highly recommend going. Will come back soon.

Bought lip rings had in maybe 4 days the color already coming off.. Bought lip rings on amazon hella cheap and they lasted longer.. I will never buy lip rings etc from here again.

I LOVE HOT TOPIC! Its the best place to find band shirts or your favorite shows such as supernatural or Riverdale...oh not everything is Edgy they have cute pusheen plushies there... But like 90% of the store is Edgy but thats what makes it great and unique 😉

I thought that it went overall good, its just that in my opinion there isnt that much of a variety of BT21 things!! Yes there are things there but it would be wonderful if that section was a little updated! Also, for the store to get more costumers, it might be a great idea to sell BTS Army bombs, they are like BT21 merch, but more BTS!! Overall good!

Treated my daughter well when I took her here to shop for her birthday. Neat store, easy to look over. Took one star away because it smelled terrible, like a bathroom had overflowed.

The store is unorganized and messy its under very poor management my time thier was unpleasant experience especially when i turned around for 1 second to turn back around to the worker coming on to the father of my child, who then later claimed to be the manger smh. We went in to see if they had cool wallets and when i asked were they were she totally lied an pointed me in the wrong area ...long story short we walked out we wont be going back to that location anymore.

Remember when hot topic actually had neat clothes to wear? Well my thing is, now a days when i visit town, and this hot topic ill actually find something i want, and its all literally XL, XXL and up... thats pathetic to me. Honestly what about us fit girls? Or the skinny girls? For instance=The Hercules mini dress and the satanic crop top with matching bottoms to workout in. How the hell you gonna sell that in those sizes? Also. For the quality of clothes that basicly look like costumes its way too over priced. The customer service here at this particular hot topic isnt friendly. They only say have a good day when they see people leave. How do you guys make money?

I like shopping here, just wish the employees knew about their clearance items more. Went and bought 2 shirts from the 2 for $10 and the girl working the register charged me $20 because These are tanks and not Tshirts. So its the buy one get one for $1. The only things that were but one get one $1 were jackets and dresses. After I told her to go ahead because I didnt want to cause a scene she asks me for ID. I have never been IDed for using my debit card. I get its a just checking thing but Imnot stupid enough to take someones card and goon a shopping spree with my sister sister with it. So thanks for charging me more and making me look untrustworthy. Great job.
