Great store, I probably wouldve given them 5 stars if they had a better selection of jersey sizes. If your like me and need a XXXL or bigger, your going to have a hard time finding one there and thats probably because they get bought up as soon as they hit the shelves, other than that staff is always nice and helpful and the store is nice and clean.

Expensive sports memorabilia. If you need it you dont have a lot of options. Staff was very curious and didnt become unpleasant when I didnt want to sign up for rewards emails. Was frustrating the tried to sign me up without asking though.

Store hours are posted 9am Sunday on door and website multiple customers waiting outside to purchase items and an associate comes out at 9:01 to say they dont open till 10 very poor on the stores part to not post correct hours on the building or the website.

Recently a little girls Cheifs T-shoirt was left out of our bag. We did not realize until we were home more than an hour away. After calling the store and talking with Casey that night Erica the store manager contacted me. She sent the item out that day UPS. Rally House has always been a favorite store of ours for ROYALS and CHEIFS apparel and accessories. Erica went above and beyond. Thank you. And, so happy the Lee Summits store is so close.

I had kids with me so I called the store and they came right out and got my order number and were right back with my package. I nice young man with dark-haired and glasses helped me. I forgot his name.Great service!

Overpriced clothing that falls apart after washing. There is not return policy honored at this store either. Don’t buy anything that’s not made by a brand name

Nice place. Very clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly as well. Just wish I could burn the kU merchandise. Oh well. We did meet a couple of Royals, that was awesome!

Although I had a terrible time trying to get my orders to go through online that I picked up today at rally House, Madison an associate working there went out of her way to make sure that I was taking care of and got the item that I wanted. I really appreciate the help and her going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer was satisfied. Thank you again Madison.

I will not go back here. I ordered a jersey online for pick up then got an email that it was out of stock after saying there was 4 online. So I went to the store and went inside and all 4 of them and the staff tried to argue with me that they didn’t have them after I literally just went inside. I placed another order later that day when a 25% of code that I received for them supposedly not having my order and when I went to place order it had the discount on there then I get the email and I got charged full price.

Clean store, everything is organized, and they have a good selection of stuff.

Going into the Independence location, totally validates the need for brick and mortar. The atmosphere is very friendly and helpful. The staff is lead by Jen and Megan, but all the associates are up to the task. Why shop online when I can have so much fun shopping in person. Thanks

Tons of Chiefs and KC Sports teams gear and parafanalia!! They aint giving it away, average t-shirt was running $30-45 and it goes up from there. They are always well stocked, just pricey.

Just lost a customer. Lady working checkout seemed to find it annoying to check out my item. While the others stared outside at the rain. She glanced over to them and then rolled her eyes knowing she was the one the had to work. Lose the attitude.

Pretty cool place first sports memorabilia but very pricey

They were doing there best they could with the people they had. There place was a mess. It was the day after the KC super bowl win. They were so busy. They barely had anything left. But they were all doing the best they could. Employees were knowledgeable about what they had in stock and were doing their best to inform people of delivery schedules for the upcoming shipments. I wasnt able to buy anything there because of the lack of apparel Thats the only reason I didnt 5 star.

My wife and I went to get some Super Bowl shirts for the big game tomorrow and Rally House had a pretty wide selection. We got some really cool shirts and even though it was the day before the Super Bowl, the line didn’t take too long to get through. We were helped by this nice woman Karen and i can see us coming back for future purchases to support our teams.

I purchased 2 items that were supposed to be 40 percent of lowest priced marked. I ask the cashier if she had taken that off and she said she did. Once I got to my truck I realized it was incorrect. I went back I told her that it was not correct and tried to explain 40 percent off 72 is around 43 dollars not 65 she began to argue with me and told her manager I think she does not know how to do her job. Her manager looked and realized I was correct neither apologized or anything. Her behavior was completely uncalled for so I returned my items and will not be going back.

Last minute shopping last night and Rally House was unbelievably busy but the two women running the store we pros (there was an older woman and a blonde woman). They made sure the long line moved quickly, helped the staff help all of us, and answered many questions. Everyone last night was really doing great. Only complaint is That I didn’t have more money to buy more things. I will be back!

Stopped in to pick up a couple of birthday presents. Had trouble making a decision regarding styles and sizes. Tyler was a HUGE help and VERY patient with me. He had great suggestions and even tried on a shirt for me to see how it fit because hes close my sons size. Very impressed!

They have a huge selection of apparel here. The manager is extremely helpful to find whatever you are looking for. If you want a Royals jersey for a player that they don’t have in stock, no worry. They will make it for you. Custom Royals jersey too.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They checked on several items for us and answered all our questions. They were even willing to call other stores for us for items they were out 9f stock on.

I like Rally House but, They just dont carry Big people clothes. The world isnt 4 sizes an us Big People love our teams also. Need more updated Hats an not flat hats . I shouldnt have to ask to order stuff to be sent to the store where they should be there. GO CHIEFS

Visited the store rescently. The staff was welcoming however as I was shopping I over heard a lady speaking to some associates in a way I would deem HIGHLY degrading. I asked an associate at the front who the lady was and and was told she was the owner! As a former business owner I would recommend in the future not speaking in such a way to your staff in front of customers and other employees in such a way to have talks privately and respectfully. I felt for the staff they seemed embarrassed but I did hear yes ma’am come out of their mouth so at least they maintained their professionalism. I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes and this was going on majority of the time. Bought nothing cannot support this company.

AWSOME!!! I moved away 30 years ago but always stayed true to the Chiefs. They had EVERYTHING I was looking for.

Ive never even been in this store, but just got off the phone with an employee named Megan and I have to say, she was amazing. She was so smart and thoughtful with great suggestions for helping me and solving my issue. Kudos to her and the Rally House HR Department for hiring her and keeping her there. I can think of a lot of higher end retail stores who would love to have someone like her.

So you know if youre going in there youre going to spend money. The staff is really friendly I was there when everybody in the city is trying to buy Chiefs gear, there were people all over folding and putting stuff back where it belonged, trying to get out new stuff, it was a great experience

Brent is Awesome! I live in St. Louis and he went above and beyond to help me get KC Chiefs jerseys for my nephews for their birthday. I couldnt find their size in the players they wanted online. Looked for weeks! I would totally recommend the Independence Rally House and Brent needs a raise! I called other stores in the KC area and they weren’t even as close to being as helpful and caring and as he was.

Salespeople were rude. Several saw me and walked in opposite direction. I called out to one saying Maam but she proceeded to walk to the back room to drink her soda. I walked to the door and asked can anyone help me?! She came out and I asked if they carried a certain university and she laughed in my face before saying no. I just turned around and walked out. I will not be back.

Stop here 1 time a year for KC Chiefs souvenirs. Great store, offers all sorts of year for pro football, NASCAR, college sports. Higher priced on some items that you could buy online, but I recommend stopping in for a look.

My wife and I are lifelong Royals and flew in from Florida for game 1 of the World Series. We stopped by Rally House to gear up for the game. The staff, particularly Crystal, was amazingly helpful and went the extra 1,738 miles to make our experience absolutely perfect! I love this store, of course its very expensive but they have Chiefs Royals, Kansas, all my favorite teams apparel and accessories. They have stuff you wouldnt find at most stores so if youre willing to spend a little extra, its worth it.

Not helpful. Workers need more training on listening to customers needs and less time worrying about getting fired. Customers arent allowed to use the stick to get product down when workers are not helpful.

Went to see if they had any of the Royals games I had seen online? They had some but not one of the ones I was looking for. Sales clerk checked their web site for it. So I pulled my phone out to see where I had found it. Ended up it was thru MLB site. He gave me a password to use to get free shipping. I did end up buying some games they had in stock.
