We wont get our bras anywhere else! They are so comfortable and last a long time. They are pricey, but for something you have to wear every day and for the length of time they last, they are worth every penny! The staff is amazing and do a great job at making you feel comfortable, listening, and pulling what you want off the rack without effort! They can make alterations there. They also carry underwear, lingerie, and swim suits. Highly recommend this place to all the girls that want to take care of the girls!

My first real boutique experience here and it was AMAZING! Peyton really took great care of me and helped me find the exact right fit and styles for me, and went above and beyond helping to find color matching pieces. Thanks Peyton!I really felt extremely well taken care of and the shop seems to have nothing but our best interests at heart! Not a single bad thing I can think to say about the experience. There are even shop cats which is a HUGE bonus to me.

This is exactly what a specialty lingerie shop should be. And lets also be clear, its not exactly just a lingerie shop. This place sells feminine undergarments AND they properly fit you for them. Even better, they have a file for you in which they can save the things that you like and put them on a wish list for later. Best of all, they customize bras on site...as in if you are between sizes, its not a problem at all. Brenda, the owner, was immensely helpful. Not only did they have stuff that fit me gorgeously, but they also have a store cat. His name is Amber. I love him.

It is amazing what a correctly fitting bra can do for you. You will feel better all around and your clothes will fit better and look amazing. The ladies know how to fit a bra quickly and efficiently. I went in on a Saturday about noon, and they were completely booked, however; Brenda, the owner, helped me anyways. She helped me get some gorgeous bras. Something never thought Id have being a large woman.While I was there, Brenda was hooking the bras for me ever time, so when I got home and the first time I tried to put one on myself, I had to have my husband hook it, then player un-hook it.So I went back on today, and again they were booked, but Brenda said she would help me anyways. She helped me get some additional hooks added to each of the bras I had bought, and then took even more time to help me pick out and size me in some lingerie.Brenda is amazing and didnt charge me anything for adding hooks to all 5 bras I had bought.I would recommend Intimate Designs to anyone wanting quality bras, and amazing customer service.Simply amazing!!!

I visited this store for thr first time yesterday and I was so impressed!! The staff was so helpful and there knowledge was amazing!! I had been wearing the wrong size bra for who knows how long and I was adjusting it completely wrong, high back low front how does that even work?! 🤷🏼‍♀️they professionally measured me and I was blown away I have never had a bra support so well and was so comfortable. Me and my best friend were having a girls day and happened upon this shop, SO happy we did! I have had a hard time finding bras that fit me properly my entire life, and within minutes the staff had me in a fitting room trying bras that fit perfect! Will definitely be recommending and returning.

My wife and 2 daughters love this place. The service is the best bar none.best quality products paired with great service is hard to beat. The even do alterations, fittings and repairs. In the summer they also have the best swimsuits and selection.

I had a wonderful experience at intimate designs the ladies in there more wonderful they got me into some bras that I am comfortable wearing some people may say the prices are high but the prices are so worth worth it at the end of the day when you can say youve made it through without having discomfort in your back or shoulders.

So glad I found this place! The staff is incredibly helpful and they have a great selection. They are also able to alter items purchased from them, which was a godsend while I was nursing and losing baby weight. They were able to keep my nursing bras fitting until I no longer needed them.

The only place to get a PROPER bra fitting! Chain stores only carry certain sizes and will provide you the size closest to your true size. But only a true size will give you the right comfort and support, keeping your back, shoulders, breasts, and skin at optimal health. Finding the right bra is life changing! The bras carried here are well made - Ive NEVER had a wire poke through, even after years of wear. And if anything goes wrong, or you gain or lose weight, they provide free alterations!

I was a bit hesitant to make an appointment but glad I did! I’m surprised by the negative customer service reviews here because the staff were nothing but welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable in my experience. I left everything in their hands since they do this for a living, ended up in a size I’ve never worn before, and found three comfy bras that fit well. They let me try on many which I appreciated so I can really decide what I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. Grateful for the patience and effort of the staff to find me bras I liked. I thought they may only cater to large chested women, but as a weightlifter with a small chest, they were able to find styles that worked for me. I will be back!

I have been shopping at Intimate Designs for probably close to a decade. I have never had a bad experience here. I like the one on one treatment and they always listen to what I want. If they dont have it in that store they will check other stores or even get with the manufacturer if they have to. I love that they measure me and get the exact size I need. That takes a lot of the hassel out of shopping.

I was never bra illiterate.. I was able to get myself into the right size, but rarely the perfect brand/fit. I would only ever own 1 or 2 bras because it was too hard and too expensive to shop for more. Thanks to Cheryl and the other wonderful ladies at Intimate Designs I now own 7 every day bras, 1 sport/sleep bra, and a swim top... All in my extremely difficult to find size (38K) and all super gorgeous! They know me by name and hold my favorite styles in my size and give me a call when there are new colors released... Honestly, I absolutely REFUSE to go anywhere else!

This place is great. The staff always take care of you. They make sure your bra fits perfectly and will alter them. You can come back for adjustments at anytime. They also sell good quality bras. This place is a big blessing to those of us who wear larger sizes. They also have pretty bras for bigger sizes.

I just wanted to share that I went to Intimate Designs in Independence based on recommendations from a breastfeeding support group and it completely exceeded my expectations. For anyone looking for nursing bras or anything else, dont hesitate! The bras are comparably priced to other name brand bras and the women who are in your fitting room are very professional and personable.

Friendly staff, helped us find what we needed, offered quality choices at fair prices. Lost a star due to the fact a cat was free to roam the whole place. We left covered in cat hair. Kids had cat fuzz all over them from sitting in the chairs. Nice place overall, but leave your pet at home, its unprofessional.

I love this place: great selection, fantastic service. Things run extra smoothly if you call ahead to schedule an appointment, as they really want to get to know you and keep good notes on your preferences/fit. Ive had far and away better experiences here than at Nordstroms, etc: eg, if you end up disliking something about one of the bras youve purchased, they want you to come back in asap so they can *fix it* - as in, they go over to a sewing machine and alter the bra, then and there. Its amazing! Highly recommend!!

Wanted to give more stars. I scheduled a fitting, which consisted of ladies using my current bra size that was extremely old. No measuring was involved. I went home with 4 bras. I had to change out of 1 on the way home it was so uncomfortable. The other I kept on for 5 hours and it dug so much into my skin I had marks the next morning still. I went back to the store (a 40 min drive) to just return everything only to find out they only accept exchanges. No one told me that when I made my purchase. The sales women were kind and tried to make it right. The owner stepped out to deal with me and was extremely rude, very flustered, grabbed my receipts from me, kept telling me I was being unfair to them. I would have loved to say they were helpful and made it right, but the owner was extremely unprofessional in how she treated me. I would never go back and would not recommend to anyone.

Nice place ok customer service, I just kinda thought they rushed me in back to try on bras. Did not explain the experience I was about to have and when I asked how much were the different bras the clerk kinda laughed me off and snatched the tag n told me the ridiculous price. As if I was going to purchase it because she had done so. It was my 1st time there and it is a nice place but I think they should tell the customer about the process n not be overly anxious to make $$$

I’m a larger person and so therefore wear a large bra. Very irritated at the way I was treated. Like I don’t know anything. Walk in for a certain style and a completely different style was brought to me in 4 sizes smaller band with than I currently wear. It was way beyond tight, it was very painful around my rib cage it was so tight. Well you need it tight to get the lift she said. Talking to me like I’m ignorant. It was like they didn’t want me there at all anyway. Then the kind I came in for was reluctantly brought to me and it fit but wasn’t any better than the cheap one I was currently wearing. I asked if they had any others in that style and it was a snippy. No that is all we have. There words were not the problem so much as there attitude toward me and complete disregard that I know anything about my own body. Never will return. I will find something comfortable somewhere else.

The last time I went to this location will be the last time I go to this location! We made appointments but were still waiting 1 1/2 hours before being seen. There was a long haired cat living there, rubbing herself and her poopy butt fur on the bottom track of bras. I love cats but that was too much. I will never go back.
