I’d like to first mention - DON’T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU WONT BE RETURNING ITEMS - they only do store credit or exchange even if the tags are still on the items and they don’t tell you this up front - they just expect you to read the receipt I guess — Otherwise Came here on 10/27 and was hesitant as I had a horrible experience here about two years back with a girl named Shauna and have not been back since - I’m glad I gave it another chance as I had a much better experience this time - Christine was very helpful and at the same time wasn’t overwhelming and gave me space to shop in comfort on my own but was there if I needed - they gladly put everything away for you and prefer you leave everything in the dressing room - They had every size to try on while I was there and even in Tall which is hard to find! Thank you for being so kind and patient - keep up the great work

Always helpful. Masks are still required inside but other than that the selection is great

The clerks were very rude and aloof. They seemed to be annoyed and ready to close. Low stock, not alot of sizes and colors. Most popular items are more expensive. Do better going to an online store.

Very helpful staff, clean, variety of styles and sizes. Sells more brands than I was even aware of and staff is knowledgeable about fits and fabrics to find you what you want. Also, not only scrubs but shoes, bags, and a slew of other accessories you didnt know you needed. Prices are fine and since I work where I work, they informed me of discounts available that I didnt know about.

My wife has shopped here for several of her scrubs and has never had issues. She bought the wrong pair of scrub bottoms that an employee helped her pick out to go with shirt she already had. They were the wrong color so she wanted to return them they told her she couldn’t because they tags weren’t attached but she did have the receipt. I have never heard such a thing. There are tons of places they return or give store credit if the tags aren’t attached.

Found exactly what we were looking for, here they had Men an Woman scrubs which is hard to come by. Customer service was great!

Great place to get a wide selection of Scrubs and uniforms

Upon enetering this store I was greeted by Orell who asked me if I would like help - I responded by showing her two of my own scrubs I brought to match up the colors - her response instead of pointing me in the direction where I can find them was oh this is pewter (there a ton of different shades of gray in there as if I know what pewter is) so I responded with Ill just look around and try and match it myself but thank you - Orell kept insisting to help in a different way but I was already set on finding it myself - midst me telling her once again no thank you I will find it on my own - out of no where another employee and supposed manager named shawna across the other side of the room looks at me with pure attitude on her face and says interesting loud and clear - so I proceed to ask her what is so interesting - she begins laughing and says you know there is scrubs beyond down the street I stated yes and I have already been there - what is your name? She ignored my question and turned around and started talking to herself where no one could hear - so I asked her once again her name - with which she responded Im shawna and Im the manager - she continued to stare at me finding something hilariously funny on her own the rest of my time there - I am apauled that someone can express such immaturity in a manager position - and never had I had a store employee recommend I go to a competitors location - i think if this place wants to keep business they might want to hire leadership that has the ability to control their mouth and mind their business I will leave off that Orell deserves recognition for continuing to be pleasant throughout my entire visit. I was also given the store managers information whom I will be contacting tomorrow.
