Julie was so helpful, even though it got complicated w a needed insurance authorization after the insurance company’s hours. She got what she needed from us and called the next day confirming she got the auth. Really appreciated it!
Worst service ever, and i have been wearing glasses and contacts forever so i thought it would be an easy and fast procedure. WRONG! i came to walmart thinking about prices and how they were much lower compared to others. The dr never acknowledged my astigmatism, she never gave me options, nor asked me what kind of contacts i preferred knowing i did have options. Given my contacts and glasses once i tried them on the prescription was way off! I had to go to another optical to get it right after seeing another customer yelling at Julie for the same reason and how poorly she handled it. I came back thinking she would change it but instead blamed it on me. NEVER AGAIN! Worst dr!
So I need to give a shout out to Brittany.My glasses had snapped in half and nothing I did to patch them to last, til I could get into a doctor, was working.I had called so many businesses as well as 2 OTHER Walmart Vision Centers before this one. Every single one including this location were so booked they could not squeeze me in for a quick eye exam and a contact lense fitting to get me by til I could get a new pair of glasses.However, Brittany came up with the brilliant idea to transplant my lenses into frames that were of a similar style, and she had time to do it.So I rush up and give her my shambled frames and she finds frames that would work for me.THANK YOU so much for taking the time to help me, Brittany, I would have had to wait til Wednesday or Thursday and because of you I did not have to do that!I will definitely be coming back in the future!
The steps are so simple and convenient to getting something physically done while also shopping for your house hold items. Some constructive criticism :bigger range of frames to suite the costumers needs, I know that I love seeing the beautiful world as well feeling pretty.
Broke by glasses. They found replacement frames and fixed them for me while I waited. Thank you so much!
Anyone who doesnt like Walmart for taking care of peoples eyes at a reasonable rate must not have liked Benjamin Franklins ideas on spectacles..... Affordable is key and the service has always been top notch for my family. A+

Do not fall for the Dialation Upsell!! This center is purely revenue driven with horrible customer service. They are lying to customers telling them they MUST get additional procedures when it’s not necessary. I heard them telling other customers the same thing while I was waiting in the lobby. They lied to me, got my prescription wrong, and then the very rude individual conducting the eye exam refused a refund. I’ve worn contacts my entire life and never had this problem before. DO NOT GO HERE!
I Dont know why these comments are negative. I had a great experience picking out my glasses. The definatly knew what they were doing. Smart people, low prices and great quality. They were very nice and a great help. Would recommend to all! :)
If I could give zero stars I would. I was running late for my sons appointment, less than 15 minutes. Most doctors wouldve still seen him. We walk in and the employees are standing around as usual. The oldest one of them immediately started shaking her head, and said oh shes not going to be able to see you. About this time the Doctor walks up shaking her head. Sorry I have another appointment I wont be able to see him she says. The place was empty other than he employees. No one even asked if I would like to reschedule the appointment. I had shopping to do which took 20-30 minutes and when I went back by guess what the place was still empty. What a joke! I will never go to their vision center again!

If I could give no stars I would! It was my first experience having to deal with glass for my 6 year old child. They was very rude. Acted like they didnt want to help when help was needed. Was very rude explaining things. I wont be going back.

Worst service ever!!! Everyone on staff do not know what they are doing. Had to wait 2 hours and still couldnt figure out how to set up my appointment. Manager Melanie Clifford is so rude!! Do not go there and be aware!
