So I actually usually would give Favtrip a 5 star rating because usually the service is great However tonight that wasnt the case . The cashier was busy I give her that but she was rude and I had to go back in twice just to have her apply my gas discount that should have been applied on whenever I paid I mean you have to bring in your phone and show the text message so you can provide proof to receive the discount so how hard is it to apply it whenever someone pays and then whenever you make an error blame the customer. Ridiculous I cant believe she even works for them she needs a class on customer service pronto! Aka disappointed

Have multiple friends who get use the bathroom it was just public last time I asked, I go in and ask and the guy with the glasses that works night shift refuses me to use the restroom even though I come to the store everyday ! and have witnessed multiple employees including him let customers use the bathroom ! Another customer comes walking out of the bathroom but was waiting for me to leave but didn’t wait long enough ! Smh ridiculous 🤬

This is one the first convenience store Ive seen with a drive-up window so you can get cigarettes on the run.They have Monster here cheaper than Ive seen anywhere else. $3.50 for two of them.Of course, if youre looking for alcohol you wont find any here. Cheap cigarettes run about $26 a carton, and at $3 for a pack of decades thats a good deal. Got hats $9.99.Careful the attendants carry guns.

I would drive an extra 5 miles for just the customer service

Very nice employees, very helpful, store always stocked. They go above and beyond to please customers. I come here at least 5 times a day. I see some people say they were treated rudely but hard for me to believe cuz Ive never experienced it nor witnessed it. Keep doing what ur doing u guys ALL are great

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The manager is so helpful, and practices amazing customer service. Hes my favorite! And the cashiers are upbeat and professional. I go there every chance i can!! Oh, did i mention they offer discounts on gas if you join their texting reward club. Go check it out.

Always love going to FavTrip. The YouTube channel is hilarious as hell and the staff is so nice. Open 24 hours AND has a drivethru I mean. It doesnt get much better than that. Plus you can save on gas as well.

I own a local tow company i was setting in the proporty next to them in my tow truck truck partially on there proporty when one of there workers come up and does his phone thru my truck window telling me i was going to be utube famouse for doing drug deals in there parking lot when i pushed his hands out of my window he assaulted me punched my door leaving two big dents in my 100,000 truck charges are filed and will meet with my lawyer monday

Fantastic gas and convenient store. They have agreat deal with gas prices if you sign up. They post videos on their web site of people getting caught stealing that is always good for a laugh and a what was they thinking comments. The staff are all really nice people and always there to help you find something..i would give this place 15 stars for real, i drive out of my way to go there.

Coffee is typically foul and the donuts taste like the intense they burn right above them! Awesome place, for some smokes and drink. Not so much for food.

Stopped for gas here. I had to go into the store to get a receipt, but hopefully they refill the paper in the printer. Other than that, I had no trouble here. Im not sure if its still Valero, I didnt take not of that, it may all be FT.

I’m in sales so I travel around Kansas and Missouri. Stopped by the Sedalia location and the KCMO location. This one is the best but still only worth two stars. Funny thing, when I gave the Sedalia review the company questioned my integrity, interesting. I really love QT if it is close. Go there you will be happier.
