Great place to put pics on shirts, hats and more. 24 hour turn around on most. These are good friendly people and the women are very sweet. They will do what they can to help you. I had a small issue with a shirt, but it was just a little bit of miss understanding. But they did everything they could to clear things up for me, and made a shirt that I am much happier with. I would go here again and in fact Im working on a couple. I recommend them if you want one shirt, or a dozen, or even two dozen. .

We needed 11 shirts made for a family trip to Disney. The employees at Big Frog were so helpful in designing the shirt we wanted and we were able to get them in just a couple of days (we had to special order some kids sizes). The shirt design turned out great and we got lots of compliments on them at Disney World.What was so amazing though is their customer service. Somehow, en route to Orlando, we lost one of the 11 shirts. As we wanted family pictures in the shirts, we were upset that one family member would not have their shirt for the trip. We called Big Frog and explained our situation. They went above and beyond for us. They contacted a franchise location down in Florida and sent them our shirt design so the Florida location could print another shirt for us. We got it the next day and we were all able to have our matching shirts for the trip after all.We appreciate this so much and we will be recommending Big Frog Custom T-Shirts to everyone we know!

We used Big Frog to make shirts for our plumbing business, Merriams Service Solutions. The prices were very reasonable. The design staff was helpful, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. The turn around time was the real clincher, though! Most places make you wait two weeks, but they turned around 20 shirts in less than 24 hours from receiving our finalized artwork.

The staff (Luke) was extremely helpful and offered several good options. The prices were reasonable and the delivery times very good. The biggest selling feature, though, was the flexibility around what we could order and when. We have a very diverse group of students who all want different shirts in different colors and styles, but we wanted to order them in bulk with all the same logo on them. Big Frog allowed us to do so in ways that other vendors could not. I am extremely happy with our decision to use Big Frog for our schools needs, and I intend to use them exclusively for many years to come.

We purchased spirit wear for my sons football team. We ordered them on a Thursday evening around 630pm. A total of 6 shirts, 2 of which we had to purchase and drop off on Friday Morning (Due to them not having matching shirts in a specific color, Not their fault). I received a call around 1pm Friday saying they were ready for pick. The completed order also included 3 extra shirts that were ordered Friday Morning by a different Mom. All 9 shirts were done in less than 24 hours and were VERY reasonably priced!!! Shirts looked great too!!!

I ordered a shirt and asked the man if I could have it by 10:30 am the next day? He agreed, I paid and left. The next day I’m waiting for a call to say my order is ready, it doesn’t come. I call them around 10:30 to ask about my shirt, and the woman tells me that the order says it would be ready by 3:00 pm?!! It was a political shirt so I don’t know if the man was annoyed by what my shirt said? She did make it in 5 minutes and I was able to pick it up. I will not go back here.

Everyone at Big Frog in Independence is so helpful in creating the show shirts for Blue Springs City Theatre. They have helped improve our designs with creative and effective ideas, processed orders quickly, made corrections as needed, even though the error was on our end, not theirs.The shirt and printing quality is superb. Every shirt weve had printed by Big Frog still looks amazing, even after multiple washings. (We had our first shirt made by them in 2015).

Steve worked with us and designed team shirts that took in to account two opinions on what should be on the shirts, jackets, and shorts. We agreed on the design and time frame for us to receive them for the trip to Paris. The uniforms turned out perfect and we were pleased with the price! Found this shop on Google and have nothing but nice things to say. Very reasonable prices with 24 hour turn around. No charge for designing your prints! What?!?! We worked with Manny and he was amazing. Will definitely be going back with my next project.

My experience with big frog was very frustrating and ultimately was a complete waste of my time. I simply wanted 3 shirts of the same type in different sizes with my own custom image. This is supposed to be their specialty. The first issue was the lack of wifi. I had brought an iPad pro with the file and they were completely unwilling to let me use their wifi because it might get messed up. Im sorry what year is this again? How do you have a digital print business without wifi for customers. The owner obviously could care less if its convenient for customers and is completely inept when it comes something as simple as wifi. I should have known right then that they wouldnt be able to help me.I explained very clearly that I wanted as big of a print as possible(at least the size I had drawn it) and they told me no problem. Well it was a problem apparently. At no point was the actual size of what the print would be explained thoroughly. I went to pick up the shirts was dissatisfied and thats when all the options of what we could have done came to light. Too little too late. The staff was polite but thats not worth much if they arent very knowledgable or forthcoming about the process. Oh and it was almost 80 dollars for 3 shirts. They did refund my money after I asked. Overpriced and overrated would not recommend.

Customer service was outstanding, taking the time to understand my needs and concerns, selecting the best color for the shirt, and providing the technical specifications and format for the graphic. Sent $180 to have 10 cotton shirts and 2 dry fit shirts made. My smaller order was pushed back 4 days because they had a big order come in. Cotton shirts came out fine. The polyester shirts logo on the breast were slanted. When i came back in to ask to have them remade i was met with an attitude. I showed were it was crooked and the manager says.. Well if you say so with a condescending tone as if i couldnt see that they were. They didnt offer any info an when they would be redone or even an apology. Will not be coming back for my next order.

I have used an online company (CustomInk) in the past and had an excellent experience, but Big Frogs finished product quality and customer service were just as good, plus I got to buy local at lower prices with quicker turnaround time. I was able to do everything online and the communication was always fast and clear. I was very impressed.

Material is great, and so is the ink quality. Turns out that when you print it as an Adobe file, the image is far better than .png. Wanted to get a shirt printed up for my company they said it was a 24hr turn around thats a joke!!! Brought my logo in on Friday with a polo they said that the logo wouldnt work, sent them another logo on Saturday morning said they would get it done. Called on Monday they didnt touch it said they needed another $10 for a rush job and that, by the way, they actually dont work on Saturday they just take orders (peoples money) and actually dont do any real work. So needless to say the tshirt I needed for the commercial Im putting on TV tomorrow is a no go. EPIC FAIL BIG FROG.

Big Frog is awesome! I had a design for a baby onesie to announce our pregnancy and they made it happen. I worked with Brandy and she was so helpful and patient (our design took a little while). I live in south KC so it was about a 25-30 minute drive but so worth it. For one custom onesie it was just under $22 and I think thats completely fair. So so glad I went with them and I will definitely use them again. Seriously cant say enough!
