TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I Would give a zero if I couldPlaced an order and was told by the store owner it could be done in 4 days. Gave them 5days and when I arrived for pick up, nothing was even started. Clerk stated that the owner is currently getting sworn in as a US Citizen and asked if I could return at a later date. VERY Unprofessional!! When asked for a refund the clerk stated that store policy prohibits issuing refunds even though my order has not been started. BUYERS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!

Last week my husband and I had a rush order for 75 Tshirts for a family reunion. Custom Tee was the only place in town to accept our rushed order. With all the crazy changes due to covid, we didn’t know if the reunion would happen, and it did! Custom Tee went above and beyond! Our family loved the shirts and we will definitely be returning! I have been in to Custom Tee a few times doing shirts for my husband and myself. Tony helped us both times and he has just totally been amazing. He actually stayed a little late one night to get a shirt done on a Thursday that I needed for the weekend and we were leaving Friday morning!! Not only great customer experience, but quality work as well!!

We just picked up our order. We ordered 43 tshirts on Tuesday and we needed them for Friday. He made sure they were ready on time.He did 7 last minute tshirts without any problem.Great customer service and great quality! Thank you.

My first time at the store, I had to leave while I was in line, the store there was no type of air circulating, so I was extremely hot. There was only 1 cashier helping ppl.I was trying to get some information on getting t-shirts made for myself. How much would the logo cost. Oh well, I guess Ill have to retry another day.

I come here all the time for 4 years for my band merch and clothing for myself. And they have good ideas and advice for my designs.

My daughter bought a shirt from this store last week. I was with her when she ordered it and when she returned the next day to pick it up. I wanted to leave a positive review for them, because I was very pleased with the customer service that they had provided.Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the two employees working behind the counter. They were both very friendly and informative. My daughter had a few questions about their shirts and what type of custom printing they could do. They answered her questions and provided her with some additional information.A day later, my daughter and I returned to the store to pick up the t-shirt she had ordered. This time, we were greeted by the manager. He too was very kind, friendly and helpful. He discussed with us the quality and workmanship of their product. He demonstrated part of the process for us as well. We had a nice conversation. It was evident to me that he really takes pride in his work. and that he values his customers above all else.It is nice to deal with people who really enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. That being the case, I felt the need to leave a positive review for them, to let them know how much their service was appreciated.

This is the most amazing place to get a shirt made dude! Ive always went through them for every single shirt, and I have never been disappointed. The way that they have evolved is outstanding, they just do so many things now. I will always recommend people to come there. The owners are dope as hell. Bad business in my opinion. My brother and I placed a couple orders and picked them up with no problem. So we placed another order for a few more shirts and when we returned they were not done. The owner, who by the way goes on endless rants about nothing, made up an excuse about them forgetting to do it. So again we explained the design and we were asked to return and they still were not done. They asked us to return for a third time and when my brother returned they still were not done. It had been about a month and 3 different trips by then. My brother called me frustrated because he asked for a refund and they refused, stating they need some sort of proof of purchase. My brother was so upset I had to talk him out of ransacking the place. They’re horrible, not punctual, lack accountability and frankly I’m not surprised to see similar reviews to our situation. There are a few printing businesses around the area and you’re better off googling one.

Custom Tee, you’re the most friendliest, open minded custom tee shop I’ve been to. You can help the person that’s getting a T-shirt made find good colors quality and where to place logo or emblem to stand out. Custom Tee are highly recommended when any of my friends want shirts made.

So I was in the store 12/29/2019 around 12:30pm and experience some of the best customer service ever I forgot to get her name but the girl was not feeling too well but she kept it together with a smile on her face and have my t-shirts ready in 20 minutes. She was so polite I will be going down.I feel so bad that I forgot your name.

I was referred to custom tee for high end vinyl work shirts for my company. Customer service and product is amazing. I make 1 phone call for new hires it done and done well. I will be using custom tee for EVERYTHING personal and business related!!!

I was told our 2 shirts would be ready no later than 3 p.m. the next day. I showed up that next day at 3:15 and I am told they are just getting started. Also the color of the other shirt was not what I wanted. Definitely a waste of $55 on two shirts, I will be finding a new location.

My company had an event and I had an ordered of 50 customized T-shirts – I submitted the order to a guy up north KC who called me at the last minute and said that he couldnt do it because his machine got broken – I was frustrated and there was no way I can find a place to make them at a short notice. My friend recommended Custom-Tee so I have called them and the guy was nice and he said I can make them ready for you today and you will be able to take them with you today :? I was shocked and thought the guy was just joking but I took a chance and went to his store. First its inside the mall which easy to park and safe, second the owner and his wife were very friendly and communicative. I showed them the design and they provided me a way better price, they called for a backup and they started working on them right away!!! I got impressed with the quality, price and time. He saved me and my event.I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love the work that they do. Ashley is amazing to work with and shes very patient. She never made me feel rushed at all. She treated me like I was her only customer and she had nothing else do. However, i know that she and her partner were working on some pretty big projects. Once you go CustomTee, you wont go anywhere else. Ive had 2 projects done and both experiences i rate 5 stars. Thanks guys! See ya soon with another project.

Love this place! They made a wonderful shirt for my sister. Came out perfect. Will most definitely be coming back for more.

Where to start I paid for three shirts and it took over a week for them to get the shirts. I went to pick my shirts up and they lied to me and said they haven’t had time to finish them because they came in that day. I came back two days later to pickup the shirts and the shirt for my son was wrong. I decided to choose a different shirt for my son off of the shelf.Once they finished my shirts I was impressed with the design and finish of the shirt at that time. All of the shirts fit extremely well until three days later when I washed and dried them. One of my shirts had shrunk in almost 2 sizes and one of the sleeves was ripped open. Also I won’t forget to mention that on every shirt some of the lettering had started to fall off of the shirts.I immediately took them back to the store where the young man inside proceeded to tell me that because they had sold me fashion shirts instead of workshirts. What this means is the shirts were supposed to be hung to dry instead of put in the dryer machine. At the time of purchase I was not informed that they were supposed to be hung up to dry after asking. I then mentioned to the young man that my sleeve had ripped when I was pulled it out of the dryer and he proceeded to tell me that the lettering would be covered under warranty but the shirt would not be.After talking to the young man for several minutes he agreed to re-print me a new shirt free of charge and said it would take about an hour. I then waited an hour and returned back to the store where I was greeted by the young man handing me my money back saying that they would not make me a new shirt.This company is extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend not to using their services for any sort of shirt or lettering designs.

Went in this joke of a place today prepared to spend some money (200 shirt order) and I witnessed a level of rudeness directed towards a customer that was frustrated about his single item from the previous day still not being started on. I got a vibe as though they really could care less about the customer once they have your money. That incident alone made me decide to take my business elsewhere, even if it cost double. The woman that, I assume, is the owner was very unkempt and appeared as though she cared very little about her appearance. I would not recommend this place to you unless I just dont like you. Buyer beware. These people are not where you want to spend your money. You should be able to determine the attitude of this place by the responses left by the owner to the other negative reviews... by the way, do you see a thank you for your business anywhere following the positive reviews? I question the validity of most of the positive reviews at this point from my experience today. Kind of sad to see customer service so lacking during an already stressful season for shoppers.

Worst place ever!!! We went and payed for two sweaters which they said will be ready next day at 6:00pm. We got there sweaters weren’t ready, they kept telling us 15 minutes it was already 8:00pm. I went ahead and ask how much longer? And the guy I believe it’s The owner was very rude and unprofessional, was raising his voice and talking over me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. Hisham & Ashley were polite, professional, and very hard working. I have been trying for months to find an affordable but reliable custom t-shirt store who carries good quality and will have the patient to customize my ideal shirt. Hisham was one of the most humble individuals Ive ever came across! He took time to understand my layout/format for the ideas i came up with. He even took time out of his day to draw up a few different logos to give me a visual for the best look! Ashley & I talked while my shirt was being made and i can definitely say theyre very sympathetic. Ive never had a dull moment when talking to these 2 individuals. Highly recommend going to Hisham & Ashley if you want the absolute best! Ive already customized 2 shirts in the past week. I cant thank you guys enough, youre awesome.P.S. theyre not a high end expensive store. Both of my purchases were under $50, theyre definitely worth it!
