I called the store to ask about the price of an item they had for sale and we got into a conversation about their employees not wearing masks or taking any precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. The lady I was speaking with said she was the District manager over multiple locations. She informed me that they have some employees who for medical purposes can not wear masks. Understanding, if someone has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, it’s reasonable to have other precautions in place. We spoke about how many retailers have temporary barriers put up between customers and cashiers, or at least wouldn’t have the employees not wearing masks also walking around the store and being shoulder to shoulder with customers. She informed me that as a small business they could not afford to have a temporary shield, face shields, or any other preventative measures.She then told me that as long as your wearing a mask you are protected. I attempted to provide education on how masks help to prevent the spread, but do very little to protect the individual wearing the mask. She was not able to understand how this whole mask thing works, and it went over her head. I was honestly trying to provide constructive criticism about my experience as a customer. It was nice of the employee to approach me and help while I was shopping, but during this COVID epidemic, having a stranger shoulder to shoulder, not wearing a mask, is not the most comfortable experience. The irony is that I went there to purchase a pack of masks. The district’s managers uninformed comments about masks, and the “its a free country” comments sent this experience over the top.

I like this place. Everything seems be from overseas which is a problem if you looking at the outside of a product. Most of the time I have found there are not any instructions with products. The store is super small and there are no carts or baskets. Would be next to impossible for a person in a wheel chair to getaround. Purses are a good deal if u dont care about brand names.

I quickly fell in love with this place and while most of their products are perfect, they do not honor their return policy. Two separate times I purchased electronics.. and had to eat the price - of a phone and then a camera. The owner is very rude and unreasonable. Ie: I was sold a product without a box, But could not return or exchange, without the box...

This is a peculiar little store, but I like it. Decent Bluetooth earbuds for $4? You bet! Good wireless Bluetooth speakers for $10? Sign me up! I think this is an Amazon overstock outlet, but, whatever it is, its definitely worth checking out. Really nice salespeople too.

New lower prices and more product selection. Definitely worth stopping in. These are some things ive purchased, none of them were over 20.00 and worth every penny. They also have deals and a rewards program.

Prices not marked well, staff not very well trained. Saw staff screaming at each other.

Small shop . Inventory changes periodically. I was in this last Saturday and they had a special buy 3 purses get on free. So I got three. I asked sales person how long sale was she didnt know. I told a friend that evening and they went on Sunday. Sales clerk was RUDE. Claimed I was never there and they had no specials like this. Manger was on phone and never came out. Apparently they are doing so well they can turn away customers and insult them at the same time!I certainly wouldnt lie and have my receipt to prove it! If this is how they treat and talk to people I will NEVER return or DEFINITELY will NEVER EVER refer anyone to this place again!
