On today I went in and bought four Xbox one games. the staff was pretty pleasant but one gentleman stood out the most and his name is Brian. Brian is a cashier who had helped me out was very mannerable very patient kind and was a prime example of what true customer service should reflect. Very pleasant memorable and outgoing this experience makes me want to come back and visit again and again though this is not my first time at this establishment.

Not so great customer service,never greeted or acknowledged while in the store at all,not a good location for anything your looking for,I rather continue to go to the inner city locations.

Guess this place is closed, called them numerous times over 3 days and no one ever answers.

I bought something for $30 and when I returned it I had $30 more taken off, I payed $60 for nothing and I will be calling corporate Monday .Edit: The problem was fixed and I had gotten my money back, other than the money mix up the place was decent .

He answered all my questions, address my concerns and went well beyond on supplying me with additional information I didnt even know.I come from liberty missouri because I trust them.I shop by reviews, but their review is a mile off the truth.You want great customer service come here.

Started going to this place about 15 years ago. The best place to expand your DVD collection! Excellent, helpful workers who are so nice. Years ago, there was a fire at this location. My ex-husband had to have his Xbox replaced. We were more than happy with the compensation, they went above and beyond.

These Ladies and Gentlemen are super! Most of the time when you see a rotten review of a pawn shop its because they werent willing to loan 1,000 bucks on a 25 year old black and white 7 inch television with a broken rabbit ear! I can tell you that they are on a par above the average at this particular Shop. They are decent straight forward folks you can count n in a pinch. If youre looking for items they have for sale, tool, jewelry, electronics you should check them out! Prices are outstanding!

My boyfriend and I took many items to pawn and found out we brough a few items too many to get the amount we were needing. Very pleased with the amount of cash they loaned us. Wish the service charge was lower. We also learned something from the employee and even better yet, we got to teach her something as well. She was very polite and easy to work with. Definitely not filled with employees that make you feel like dirt for needing to pawn your stuff for a loan in a time of need. Hope this all still stands true when we go to redeem our items.This is also the first time pawning at this location. I had only bought things at this location previously.All in all, good people with good ethics, good financing, good prices and good selection of items.

I have a guitar I took into shop and pawn, on osage i think. They asked me how much im tryna get and when i told them they all but laughed at me then only offer me $35 and said they were doing me a favor. I brought the same guitar here and they ask me how much I needed. Im thinking Im not going to get much more then the $35 offer at other shop but they loaned me $75 exactly what I needed. The ladies that helped me were just cool about it didnt make me feel in any kind of way uncomfortable. And I had just as good experience when I went to retrieve my property. Definitely would recommend.

Worst store ever. They brake ppl stuff. They had my falt screen tv on pawn got it back a 8 inch scratch in it. Then they tell me that its not there problem to fix what they broke. An then try to take my 2 hand gun up there 2 pawn an they tell me that they dont take rock I land an they also dont take glock. Worst store I wouldnt never take anymore of my stuff up there. Cheap an worst store ever.

Loyal customer but lately they do not offer fair amounts based off value of the items.

This place is a joke I bought a ps4 and had to return it cause it didnt work they buy stuff and dont test it and they didnt say anything about letting me test it before I bought it . then when I go to return it they charged me a restock fee and to exchange it was gonna be another 15 more dollars and I bought a Xbox one game and it dont work as well as the blue ray movies this place is very bad and Im going to the bbb on them

Bought an item it was broke when I got it home. Had to exchange it for a different one. They charged me a restocking fee. I was not returning the item I just wanted one that worked.
