Awesome place to buy or trade music gear Rob and Bert are very knowledgeable on vintage guitars and basses as well as sell new music gear. I have done many happy deals with them throughout the years. They are friendly and fair and treat their customers like family. If you want a friendly fun place to shop that has interesting and vintage items that you won’t find in the “big box store” this is the place to check out!!!

Ive only been in once and only talked to one guy. That one guy is 5 stars. The stores selection was ok for a small shop in terms of instruments but things like accessories were limited...though Im not knocking off too many points for that. Overall good experience and I do plan on going back in the future

I love this place.I now have 5 guitars and 2 amps from there. They have bailed me out more than once by helping at the last moment when equip went down right before a gig. It is a family-owned business but not quite mom and pop these guys know their business they know music and they never try to sell you more than you need go check them out and support of a local business youll be way more happy than a big box store

Guy was nice.. but told me thumbwheels On the bridge weren’t created until the 70s. Factual research proves otherwise.

The guy running the place is very nice. He was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well organized. It had one of everything you would need. They can probably order the things you need that they didnt have. I just needed some picks and a cable so I was in and out. The had some beautiful amps. One was really great. It turned out they built and designed it themselves.

Took my $4000 guitar there for a setup last year, and it sounded awesome!!!...just took the same guitar in for a restring, and a $500 guitar for a setup and restring. Now I cant keep either guitars in tune to save my life!!!..Im spending more time tuning my guitar than playing it. Apparently the luthier who setup my guitar originally quit. Never in my 31 years of playing have I had this much trouble Keeping my guitar in tune....

I was disappointed with the business practice here of no returns. This was not brought up--I guess I could have asked--at any rate, the gear I bought was unusable, something I determined after bringing it home, and when I returned to the store with it less than 24 hours later and explained the problem, the owner ( I assume) told me then, We dont do returns. We discussed it, in a reasonable manner, and finally he reluctantly agreed to let me return it provided I paid a $25 fee to cover his Visa processing charge, when the actual charges to him would have been possibly a tenth of that amount. The problem with the gear was not his fault, nor was the fact that it slipped through his pre-sale inspection and/or prep of it, but his method of dealing with a legitimate complaint was totally unprofessional.I like to think that my personal cost of $25 to help determine where I might or might not take future business was well worth it--I just write this review to possibly save you the time and money. Bottom line, this is an example of why companies like Guitar Center (much as we like to refer to them as the evil empire) find it so easy to cultivate profitable customer relationships with their generous and fair return policy.Small business owners of brick-and-mortar stores: we dont ask for ridiculous blind universal return policies that places such as Best Buy and Guitar Center use to compete, but hey at least a reasonable approach to the legitimate situations that crop up now and then would be nice.
