They were able to tell me over the phone that they had the part in and how much. They even made sure i was well aware of the no return policy on electronics. Once I got there the employee (did not catch his name) was helpful and even helped me double check that was indeed the right part, all before I paid! That way i wasnt out of luck once I got home. He was able to juggle 2 in store customers and multiple phone calls, all while being respectful and honest with each client. I would recommend here for all you appliance needs!

Called on phone for Kenmore heating element. The person that answered the phone was rude and sarcastic as soon as he answered the phone. I had the part number but he wouldn’t give me the chance to say it. Poor customer service I will tell 10 of my best friends not to shop there.

Great customer service from this local shop. They will work with you to make sure you get the part that you need. I just called to get a spring and he said he could get the part but I could likely find a better price online so he gave me the part number over the phone so I could find it myself. Now thats phenomenal customer service if youre willing to pass up a sale to save a customer a few bucks!

What a great locally owned shop. The guys were very knowledgeable about what I needed. They were also very professional. Make sure to know your appliances model number before going in and trying to figure it out. I’ve already recommended a few of my friends to go get parts for their appliances before replacing them.

These people are great.... unbelievable customer service.. Answered all of my questions... Very knowledgeable.... They had all of the parts I needed in stock.... They even got me technical support from one of there local serviceman... that just happened to walk in the door while I was there..... LIFE LONG CUSTOMER... SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!!!!

The guys here are super helpful! I went in because I broke my fridge drawer and the guy who helped me was so nice. He looked up the part number and told me how much it would cost if he ordered it. I was surprised when he then told me I could just order it myself for cheaper online and showed me how to do that. I was so grateful for the help and honesty. This is the excellent service that you get when you go to a local owned shop like this one. I will go here in the future for any appliance needs.

The staff is wonderful! Kathy J. is always extremely helpful. With her years of experience she is always good with answering any questions I may have. If for some reason she cant answer a question (which is RARE!), she knows exactly who to direct me to. She has gone above and beyond to provide customer service. My only complaint would be the aging store...an update would be nice! With that said, the store is located in a convenient and easy to find location.

The salesman was super helpful in helping me replace the thermal cut out kit for my whirlpool dryer. Saved me a a bunch of money on a service call. He had a sense of humor too. Love it when you find good service now days. And the kit got me a new thermostat as well.

They have factory replacement parts, not some no-name aftermarket junk. Had the part I needed, only $21. I was ready to replace my dishwasher. Thank you, gentlemen, you guys really saved the day for me.

Ive used Appliance Parts a couple times and have gotten parts for my washer, refrigerator, and dryer. Have ways gotten the right part and a good price. Have found online part cheaper 1 time, but after shipping it was more. Great place to get parts for a do it your self-er.

When I called to order the part I explained I had ordered one online....at which point he interrupted me to say Oh let me guess, it didnt work...Im shocked. Youre talking to a brick and mortar store so Im not really sympathetic with online problems. When I asked him what the replacement part number was so I could make sure I wasnt ordering the one I had received, from the online company, he said they didnt give out part numbers. This is one of the reasons I order online. I hate dealing with rude and ignorant people. Meanwhile, I found the correct part...online. Their price was $100.00 plus tax. I paid $34.86...total. Shipping was free

My oven broke this week, of course right before Thanksgiving, so I was looking for a part to get it fixed. Called with the model number and explained my problem to the associate. I have never been talked to like that. Treating me like a moron and told me if I didnt know the name of the part he couldnt help me. Fine whatever Im not an oven parts expert.Called Sears repair parts store and she told me exactly what I needed and has it on hold for me. I will never use this appliance store because of this experience. They are not customer oriented and not knowledgeable enough to assist.

Needed a Whirlpool part that was worn out, brought the part into the store, the only customer inside store, explained what are where it was for, no part number on part, nothing offered to replace it. Thought I had gone into the bar next door by mistake. Shameful we have to give one star.

Needed a dryer heating element.......sales person made sure that I went through all contingencies before buying the element.........and $20 cheaper than at Sears repair!! Go to this place first for repair parts!

They rely too much on computers and cannot tell you if they even have a part that would fit. All I needed was a 120v thermostat that was rated for 180 degrees. They cant help because they are subject to a catalogue system.
