Avoid this place. Its nice to support mom and pop stores but not when its double or more the price on line. They will sell you the wrong part and will not work with you to fix it. Wont hurt my feelings to see this place go out of business, in fact Ill be happy to see it. Do not waste your time. Im sorry Im not a professional appliance repair person I thought I would call this place to get help lady who answers phone extremely rude if she does not like her job go somewhere else or if you dont want to answer the phone let somebody else do it or if you dont like working weekends go someplace else..... Very unhelpful. I brought the part in with me and he would not figure out what item it was. Lowes handled it instead.
They had the capacitor I needed to get my house ac unit running again and made sure I understood how to install it. Very nice people!

If you know exactly what part you need this place is fine. Zero personal skills or customer service and Ive watched several would be customers ask for advice and be almost yelled at by ownership that they dont work on em just order parts I probably wont buy from them outside of work. And they treat you a whole lot better if you work for a large account.

Excellent customer service!! Ladies were extremely helpful.. I drove an hour to get the part I desperately needed because I wasnt able to wait for an online company to get it delivered.. Very satisfied with my choice to use this company. .. The very kind lady went the extra mile to make sure I left with all the parts needed to fix my washing machine.. Thank you so much maam it sure is great to know that dealing with customer service even in todays society can be a pleasant experience.. My parts were just what I needed.. The employee which helped me seemed happy to be there and happy to do her job.. Actually I left in a better mood then I was when I walked in!! I will continue to use this company for all my appliance parts in the future..
Repeat customer and I like how direct the lady is in the front that answers the phone. Being direct is not for everybody but I appreciate it. She has helped me both times and both times the part I get is quality and fixes my issue.

The lady who answered the phone was friendly enough, and was helpful as she was able to be, but when I finally got the price of the part I needed, it seemed a little exorbitant. They wanted close to $50 for a small part I found from an online source for $7, with free shipping! Its no wonder places like this eventually go out of business. No offense, but if I can find a part cheaper in Pennsylvania than I can get locally, I will order online EVERY time.
Just called to simply ask if they had a dryer belt for a Kenmore dryer. Was lectured rudely by the lady on the phone that telling her it was a Kenmore 70 Series told her nothing other than it came from Sears. I dont have the model number on the door like I should. Instead of suggesting a solution, she went into detail about how since they just filed bankruptcy Ill never be able to order parts if I dont have the diagrams printed off. No help in figuring out what part I would need to buy from this store. Just rude lectures.
Not every impressed. I was on hold for over 10 minutes.... then put back on hold to get a price for the part. I waited about 30 secs and was hung up on. So I called back and told them I was accidentally hung up on... no apology at all.... then given a price for part double the cost of Amazon. Lost my continued business.
They helped me get an aftermarket part to fix my 18 year old Kenmore side my side. They were very helpful and even contacted a repair technician to double check that the part was compatible with my compressor. Price was fair and part worked perfectly. Recommended if you want to get the right part the first time.
I have purchased parts a number of times from this store. Though parts are often cheaper online, I found that when you factor the extra cost of shipping and add the benefit of immediate availability, the store is the better option. When I have time to tear something apart to figure out what needs to be replaced I like being able to finish the project that day. (I have no vested interest in promoting this store. Im a real customer.).

This place is a ripoff! Gouging! I found the Samsung OE part on Amazon for $17 and next day shipping was another $19. Wanting to keep my money local, I tried this place. I walked in and found the counter keeper not very pleasant. I carried in the old part and told her that I had the part number. She promptly told me in a very dry delivery, I know the part number . They had the part in stock for $71! Yep, 71 bucks! Twice as much as the Amazon part and shipping combined! Youve been warned!

If you need a part for an appliance, this company can probably help as they are a part of a large network of suppliers. However, they do not cater to the B2C market. Their sole focus is on B2B customers. If you are a general consumer/customer, be prepared they may help, but they are not interested in your business.
Customer service is awful. I took parts of my dryer to take with me. I walked in gave Brenda my two parts since they had the numbers on them. She asks me what model I have and tells me one of the parts didnt come off my dryer. Really..you are calling a customer a liar. She continues to argue with me. I asked her if she had the part or not. She says yes I do. I then asked her if she was going to sell it to me or not. If I didnt need it that day I would have went somewhere else. I have gone to this store for years and customer service used to be great. Not sure what happened...new management I suppose. It is not my first choice of parts stores. The only thing good I can say is they usually have the part I need.

I been to this store many of times and never had a problem! I love supporting a little local business like this than a chain store.
I was in search of a hot surface ignition control for my 30 year old furnace. I tried to find on the internet, but apparently the model I needed was discontinued. More often than not, updated versions are available. So I called Appliance Parts for help.The woman I talked to on the phone said she found the part and could have it next day. I picked up the part, opened the box and discovered that it was an ignition control for a spark ignition. Completely wrong.When I returned to the store to inform the woman that sold it to me, she asked me if I was a technician or a do it yourselfer. When I told her that I was a do it yourselfer, she suggested that a technician would know how to retrofit the part to make it work. This would require me to purchase a new igniter and possibly a new gas valve, not mention rewiring the control circuit. Thats just wrong.So while she was on the phone with her so called expert I was able to locate the part online, on my phone. She then informs me that the correct part is not in stock.I then show her that found the part online while I was waiting and oh by the way I am a master electrician with 32 years experience. I told her that I was offended by her attitude that I couldnt possibly know what I was doing. Somehow she insisted that a technician that works on furnaces in homes would still have more knowledge of a simple little control circuit than someone who has wired hospitals, factories, foundries and power houses to name a few. Nothing against HVAC techs, most of them do very fine work.I wont be back.
If I could choose zero stars I would!!We called to see if a part was in stock. The staff member that answered the phone did not seem to care to be at work today. They had our parts in stock. I told him we were on our way so he took our name and number down to hold our parts. This was at 12:30pm. He FAILED to mention that they CLOSE at 1pm knowing we were on our way!! I called again to double check the closing time and spoke with Brenda, who didnt give a care in the world that staff are leaving out IMOPRTANT info. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Tried to call about a part. Was talk to like I was garbage, told it was my fault my dryer was broken and that I didnt know what I was talking abiut. Wanted a part not an assault. She needs educated on how to talk to patrons. Would have been no stars but couldnt write this without one.
The woman behind the counter is rude and does not have very good people skills. I was treated like I was a moron. I fixed my dryer with the parts I bought despite being told I was probably wrong. She should not be dealing with customers at all. I WILL NOT return to this store. Only reason for not giving one star is because they had the rollers I needed. Dang she is so rude.

I stopped by the store to check on a spring for my front load washer rubber seal that I broke while trying to replace the seal. The old woman behind the counter was not only no help at all, she was very rude. Customer service should be top priority for every business.
Lazy ass kid tells me my ge oven igniter part number is bad. Google auto fills the info after wb0 is entered. Waste of space. Amazon will have me the part tomorrow. Id say this is another establishment that will be phased out.
Garbage customer service. They even attempt to look up anything. I am betting that they are overpriced on the part I need. ***Update*** checked back with them about a heating element and they quoted $160 for a part I found online for $50. You guys are a joke, horrible customer service.

Called them up. Had the part and said theyd hold it for up to thirty days for me. I went down and grabbed it cheap and it worked perfectly. Will be shopping them again for sure.
Ive done service work for 27 years and never had someone not warranty a motor I bought the day before. Did not use motor just plugged in to see if it worked. Ended up being a cicuirt board. I wouldnt buy it from there either. Horrible service I would not recommend getting parts here.
