I worked here and can confirm this place does have roaches and bed bugs, they pick dirty furniture up and place it straight to their floor for re rental. No covid safety really . They don’t care about anything really lol I remember there was a washer and dryer we were delivering with roaches on it, I let the manager know and he said to deliver it anyways lol. All their 5 five star reviews are fake, they buy fake reviews not just for this location but other locations too.

I love this place it’s my favorite store to stop by when I’m out by west Washington, the people here are great and always friendly!

The Manager is polite, professional and gets what you want done with no problem.

They are some nasty people working at this place. If you are a woman make sure you have a man with you they will talk to you so nasty these people must not like their job at all or people especially the manager. If you are on the west side of Indianapolis good luck with the renter a center none of them are good.😡😡 I give them 0 stars.

My husband got me some stuff from here and Im in loved with it. Also the delivery guys are very nice.

1 star due to the insurance on products is trash and dont get a cell phone and pay the extra for insurance due to they do not cover cracked screens if it accidentally falls or honestly anything so ya dont waste your money on that end but otherwise good people but poor insurance policys. Also if it gets stolen there is nothing they can do I honored my contract and paid it off but good luck they said they would figure something out but nothing its cool thou I know not to waste my money on phones through them

Over priced.Wont take your old items to get rid of them if u want to buy off them again.But employees are always nice and willing to help and answer questions.

I couldnt say enough good things. Jim has outstanding customer service and the staff there is awesome, super helpful.and friendly. Their delivery team is A1. Fast, freindly and very professional.

Yall stupid. Wont rent to me cuz I make the choice to live in a hotel? Been here a long time and make enough to obviously live well. Missed out on money and a customer.
