Tried to get a 10 ft piece if aluminum downspout . Was too long to fit in the car and asked to get it cut in half. No one there was able to cut it. So I got a small saw and started cutting it myself. The young guy employee started accusing me of stealing and that I wasn’t going to be discounted and just kept being so rude to me and my husband. I told him I was paying full price and that I was buying the saw. I don’t appreciate being accused of stealing or being chastised just to get something I needed especially when your employees are incompetent to do anything.

Terrible service. I did an order online so I didnt have stand in the lines and wait to be rung up cause I had a lot to do being my only day off work. I received confirmation at 9:30 am that my order was ready. I get there at 11 to be told they dont get the order ready till the customer gets there. I waited 30 minutes to get 3 bags of soil. Smdh

Bought a 3/8 M18 Fuel Stubby inpact. Opened the box it was an older 3/8 brushed impact. Tina claimed I swapped it myself. I dont trust them at all and you shouldnt. Order online from Amazon or anyone else

I love this store. Like seriously. The employees go out of their way to make sure you are helped... looking all over.. asking other employees for help... you name it... they are AMAZING!!

Purchased a new fridge, paid for delivery and installation. Delivery was late and they refused to install, said I would have to reschedule. When I called the next morning, there were no openings for install for 3 weeks. Unacceptable. I began the return process and magically got an installation date for the next day. Will never buy appliances from this box store again.

The home depot is not organized I went there looking for spark plugs for lawnmower they had two aisles of stuff for lawnmowers but no sparkplugs .,they had the sparkplugs over in the garden area with the rakes,gloves,flower pots

While they always try to be so helpful, I dont think they are always listening to me. I came in to get piping for our water softener and they kept trying to help me with my water heater. 2 separate men. Not listening to me.

They were fully stocked. Its a tight squeeze. Most of the aisles are only wide enough for one cart. In general, a nice store. Its better to have the stock than the space.

Rang me up at the counter for 30! Levelers when I had 1. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Was told it was a system glitch.? How do you glitch and charge someone for 29 more of a product.?

My 9 year old Mastiff started having seizures. I do not have time off at work and was dreading leaving him with no way to check in. I ran to home depot in hopes of getting a Wyze camera. I had multiple associates try to help me. They helped me find an alternative when we could not find the Wyze brand camera. They were all so incredibly helpful and patient.

Friendly and speedy service, the reason for 4 stars is they only have one truck for rental and I had to find another way to get my new door home, great experience otherwise!

This Home Depot as been around since my highschool days. It has been a major go to for home repair. The quality of customer service has its ebbs and flow. Most of the time they are very helpful. Today they were over the top helpful.

I was able to find the exact part I needed for my echo weed eater. Thanks for being a neighborhood go to for quick parts on lawn and garden. Tre helped me one the phone determine the part was in stock

Actually asked an employee for help and she informed me thst she was going on break and to ask someone else. I could not get the attention of employee she pointed out But I was able to locate the itm on the website and then found the right location.

Pricing upright freezer. Prompt and courteous service. Went back today and they had none They had to be ordered from the factory and they had. none in stock. Guess Ill have to go someplace else.

Horrible experience purchasing appliances and Home Depot using XPO Logistics 3rd party. Will never use them nor purchase from them again. Still haven’t received my order and horrendous customer service I’ve received when they’ve screwed up twice is enough. Fine another company Home Depot or invest in your own service. Remember your name is on the line this 3rd party companies isn’t they clearly don’t care!

Very disturbing. Bought gas range. Delivered damaged one. Didnt accept. Backordered. Experience trying to cancel order is a nightmare. No one wants to help me get my refund so I can get a range to cook my meals for my family.

The two guys in the flooring dept just tried to sell me something at a 300 percent mark-up over online price, then wouldnt admit they were mistaken and it took the ladies in customer service to prove them wrong.This is after I just spent 1500 dollars on flooring.They wouldnt budge on the fact that they were wrong.Worst experience at Home Depot ever and I will definitely think Twice before I spend anymore money there.This was the Post Road store btw.The people in Greenfield are great

I bought cabinets for two kitchens for two different houses. Kurt the sales guy did great but when I picked them up they mixed the two kitchens and 6 cabinets were missing so. It is a total chaos.

Prices are a little higher than competitors, but overall great store.

Its a big store and can be a bit hard to find everything if youre new to the store. They have helpful signs and you can always ask employees who are always close by for help and suggestions.

Everyone was super knowledgeable about the layout of the store and told me exactly where I needed to go for the things I needed. Everyone I passed was also very friendly.

Ordered a upright freezer on March 11,2021. It was delivered Monday March 14th. We had to inbox it ourselves,when doing so,the top and back were damaged. I called the store in Greenfield where we purchased it. They picked it up the following Friday. Our credit card was supposed to be credited in 3-5 day’s,here it is the 22nd,nothing yet has been taking care of! I think we’ve shopped at Home Depot for the last time! It will be Lowe’s from now on.

The only time you can get an employees attention is if you try to start a chainsaw by yourself, otherwise youre basically on your own.

This nice lady looked at me and smiled and before I could even say anything she pointed and said think thats what ur looking for. And it made us both laugh, definitely will be going there instead of other ones including menards.

Called ahead to put a snow blower on hold. Got there to pick it up and it was a floor model without a charger for the cordless battery. Wasted an hour there and an hour to get home. Would have been saved a trip if that information had been conveyed at the time I called.

I purchased a lock last weekend it didnt work I went to return it this afternoon and the clerk told me I had to have a receipt my shoulder received from my email as I didnt have the paper receipt with me the email receipt showed the exact dollar amount but different items purchased than what I purchased I went home got the paper receipt and returned another clerk waited on me as it was an hour and a half later same spill from that clerk you have to have the packaging even though I had the receipt I explained to the clerk that the lock doesnt work and isnt fit for resale she stated that she had to call someone to verify that that lock was the one that was purchased guy comes over says some spill about the install and I informed him that Ive installed over a thousand locks in the past 30 years its what I do for a living! Story to be even longer but Ill stop here dont buy anything defective from this store and try to return it you going to get all kinds of grief even if you have a receipt!

First time at this particular Home Depot. A gentleman who worked there in the Garden department not only helped me find what I was looking for, but got a cart, loaded the heavy items, pushed the cart through checkout and to my vehicle where he loaded them for me. I wish I had caught his name. Great experience?

Employees was very helpful in finding what you looking for but sometimes you call for help, they dont come or forgot about you. Did early shopping with my mom we have a military I.D. but somehow I had the wrong parts to returned, the girl that took care of me earlier remember and didnt have to show the I.D. Then my 3th time I thought while Im there I get more supplies, I went to a different cashier ask the girl Carolyn if I can get a military discount cus it late dark, and cold outside to bring my mom back to home depot which I explain for the reason.... Ask the girl for a manager if they can give a courtesy discount. The girl came back and say no, I was ok with that but found out later the cashier girl lies it was Hanna the head cashier, and not the manager that I ask for in beginning. Anyway, I had to come back and bring mom back to show her the I.D. I even show her the receipt That I bought supplier early day. Yes, I understand the rule and change of command, crying out loud seriously, it was asking just a little customer discount courtesy from them. I didnt know the manager and the head cashier have the same level or not? When u ever hear customer say I wanna to speak to the head cashier? And not the manager.

Usually has convenient parking near the south entrance..many times under cover from the bad weather. Usually only contractors use this area, and if needed HD employees will help load your items.I used to buy the majority of supplies from Menards.... But I like the Veterans Discount at both Lowes & HD. Plus IMO the Quality is almost always better. Especially when it comes to lumber andmoulding/millwork
