During a recent Porsche event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, my 911 shredded two rear tires during a few parade laps—lol—oh so much fun! Called Tom Wood Porsche of Indianapolis; didn’t stock my size—say what! No love for my 25 year old air cooled. Started calling local tire shops; they didn’t stock them either size 265-35-ZR-18. Tyler at Belle Tires could get them in a few days, but being from out of town I needed them today (Saturday). Tyler asked me to call him back to let him know how i resolved my situation or if he could assist. Ended up calling Tire Rack in South Bend and hired a courier $$$ to pick up the tires and deliver them to Tyler at Belle Tires. Although he was short on staff, he was full on with service! His team mounted my tires and got me on my way so I could return home to Maryland. Big shout out to Tyler for his appraisal of my situation and to his awesome arse team for their professionalism, expertise, and friendly service. Thanks guys—Bravo Zulu to the Team at Belle Tires!

Great experience here. I came in with a screw in my tire and was expecting to pay at least $20 for Belle to inspect all of my tires and to patch the hole. Fortunately for me though, Belle performed the patch for FREE! Service was very kind and courteous. Only issue was that I did have to wait for 2hrs in the waiting room, but if I had arrived earlier in the day to get at top of their queue, it likely would have been quicker. Thanks Belle!

Everything went great and I was very happy with Belle Tire. I’m from Dayton, OH and happened to buy a set of wheels from someone near this shop and I wanted new tires mounted on those wheels and wanted the wheels mounted on my car before the drive home. Belle Tire had the tires I wanted (BF Goodrich G-Force Comp2 A/S+)in stock and availability to mount them the same day I bought my wheels. I made a deal on the wheels on Friday evening and I was able to book an appointment for Saturday morning withless than 24 hours notice when most other shops were 2-4 days out. If they had a shop near me, I’d be a customer for life. I am a member of several VW/Audi owners groups and forums and I know some forum members are in the area. I will whole heartedly recommend Belle Tire to them or anyone else I know that’s in your service area. Work was done on time with my appointment, was done correctly (thank you for not damaging my rims while mounting my tires! I’ve had that happen at other shops), and the pricing was very fair (actually less than Tire Rack for the tires, which is usually the cheapest) compared to other shops I browsed. They had my tires in stock in a somewhat odd size (245/40/ZR19)so I appreciated that. The shop and waiting area was clean and comfortable and even though my job was a little strange/complicated (removed stock wheels/tires, set them aside in the shop because I had someone meeting me there to buy them, take new wheels out of my car, remove existing tires on new wheels, Mount new tires on new wheels, and bag removed tires and place back in my car to take home), the team handled it smoothly and without incident. I am an extremely picky car enthusiast and I am extremely hesitant to trust anyone with my car (I do most of my own work) and if I am this happy with Belle Tire, you will be too! Thanks, Belle Tire!

My experience today with Belle Tire was quite good. I set an appointment for replacing two tires. I arrived a little early. They had my reservation in the computer and were ready to go. Within 10 minutes a technician was taking my vehicle to start the work. My alignment was checked as part of the service. It was only a little off. The adjustment did not take very long.A feature of the warranty (you pay for it) is that if I have an issue with a tire while traveling and have to replace it, the company will work to recover my cost for the replacement tire. Ive not seen this before. Its a great feature since Belle Tire is not a nationwide company.All in all, a good experience.

Great service. Not too expensive. The staff were knowledge and friendly. The customer lounge was very clean and comfortable. All in all, my experience was very pleasant.

I had a 2 pm appointment and they just took my vehicle in at 3 and the service is supposed to take an hour and a half. This is the second time that I’ve had an appointment for service and absolutely nothing happened for an hour or more. I realize they’re busy but if they aren’t really available to work on the vehicle until 3 why insist on an appointment at 2. This is just poor customer service. Update - the manager was very nice and comped the work since it took so long after the appointment to get started.

Tire prices are good! There service is horribleWent in three different times something was always wrong after they got finished Service desk is awesome! The techs are horrible! Will never return to to Belle!! Told me I needed an head gasket and in reality only a thermostat! Which they should of figure since the had just did 1300 worth of radiator work on my care !If you want to be scammed over and over pay these folks a visit! The Techs are kids in the back playing! I’m over Belle! Then to top it off they want to charge you for stuff they messed up! Had no problems with my vehicle until I went to Belle!

The lowest tire price I was able to find on tires for my vehicle. Thats about as good as it got for me. I ended up walking out my first visit because I stood directly in front of the counter and 2 employees whom were on the phone and in the 15 minutes I stood there was not greeted or acknowledged. Still I went back because the have the lowest tire price PERIOD. This time armed with information directly from their website I went in to buy 4 tires. I asked for 4 tires which were 54$ each online. I also didnt want them to be mounted onto my car I just wanted to load them in my car and I could install them myself. I was informed about a markup that applies to carry out tires which was an extra 8$ per. I accepted the price even though there was no mention of this markup on any material that I saw in the store or online. This place did not seem customer focused. The only reason I would ever go back is .... Im not going back. Ill buy a more expensive tire next time.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do. And they do quality work. They were done when they said they would. I highly recommend them!

Do not take your car here they are about money and wil charge you waaay more then needed and also try to give you services that you do not need. Huge tip never let them resurface your rotor it cost much more then just replacing them and for a full kit 2 rotor and break should only cost you 200 plus man minutes which should roughly cost you 250. Its poor places like this that should not be around. I repeat if you want to be scamed out of your money do NOT go here

Bought 4 tires didnt bother to clean up the rims so tires will seat properly had 3 tires losing air told them rear two are leaking bad and id like the fronts checked and asked them to install a new tpms sensor while they are at it. Pretty positive they broke the tpms in the first place.. Failed to do both requests had to tell them again to check the front and to install the sensor to come and find out there was a 3rd with a smaller leak they were gonna let me leave for a 3rd time with leaking tires. Failed to torque one of my rr tire. Then after all that didnt want to ensure the sensors were relearned properly. Im not gonna stand and argue with a young inexperienced service writer ill take my business elsewhere on how they need to do their job and to top it all off my center cap is missing.

The best place to take your vehicle. Up front and honest. I live remotely and I was visiting Indianapolis. When I was leaving, my 16 year old car began overheating and would cost far more to fix than the car was worth. They helped me make the best decision possible AND TJ found a last minute rental car for me to drive to Illinois, even though ever place was sold out. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Hands down best customer service Id ever received from a tire location. Went in needing my tire pressure monitor reset. The tech did it for free and even put air in my tires. Will be returning to this location for all my tire etc needs.

Ordered tires online and there was a screw up, arrived for my appointment and the tires were not in, they had 2 better quality tires they could put on and asked me to come back the next day to get the other 2 put on. So in the end They gave me better quality tires and an oil change to make up for it the mess up and inconvenience of having to come back. Fantastic service10/10 will always use Belle

This was the first time Ive ever been to Belle Tire and I knew I needed new tires and an oil change. When I made the appointment, TJ called me immediately and told me that they had the cheap set of tires however he had to tell me about the other sets because they had better traction on them and better for each season (not good with car terms). So he offered me a great discount to get the better tires so I did. I went in there today and they were wonderful and offered me the 3 year warranty on the tires. However he accidentally quoted me the wrong price and Tyler the assistant manager and him agreed to discount me on the oil change and still give me the same charge that was quoted.I only was there waiting there for about an hour which was great for a Saturday morning and I really do appreciate the great customer service and people who try not to rip off a single woman like other places have before. I will always go back to Belle Tires for oil changes and car problems. They are AWESOME!!!! :D I definitely recommend them. TJ and Tyler are awesome!

Free Air at the back of the building. It has good high pressure and the digital PSI gauge actually works.Nice people. Knowledgeable techs. They couldnt get my alignment on one of my tires right so they didnt charge me for any of it; even tho they got the other three done right. Will go back.

Started my process with getting all 4 new tires at this location. I was told one thing then when it was time to go get my car I was told another! The customer service was horrible from the salesman to the manager. I had to call customer service which was a wonderful man named Chris. He got me taken care of at the Brownsburg location. I have to say Taylor the manager of that store was awesome!! Don’t waste your time going to this location! Go to the Brownsburg store!!

Bought tires here a couple years ago during their grand opening. Ran over a mail and got a flat today, and they patched my tire for free, and quicker than promised. Employees were all very polite and helpful.

They helped me with a rim that was leaking air and I had brand new tires on it and they explain to me what was going on and they were very nice about in a calmly matter. Which is cool cause it was morning and Im pretty amazed with their job how they did it fast and quick they have really good professionals to fix whatever is going on with your vehicle. And they did it for free which was even more amazing

Excellent service & the prices are in line with other tire shops. State of the art Hunter Alignment Racks. Management allowed me to inspect the car while up on the rack. Not all shops do that. Tire men cleaned the rims with a power wire brush ensuring a good seal from the tire. Not all shops do that. New kid on the tire sale block. And they have earned my review of them. I turned a wrench for 30 years so I know what to expect. They found 2 problems with the alignment. A bolt kit to repair the camber & adjust the tie rod ends for a proper toe. All around a shop I will return to. Phil Casey.

They were able to get me in for an appointment the day after calling. Once arriving, it was quick and easy to drop off my car. They do a free inspection and then call with what they find before working on car. My car was done in a timely manner. Overall, great experience. I plan to come back in the future if I need anything else fixed.

I was able to do a walk-in break inspection, and new tires all before noon. I’m glad this is another option by the Avon area, other tire shops do not deliver the same service. I was AGAIN taken care of in a timely manner by professionals that I can trust.

Service was good . But when I had called the day before they had said it included tire rotation and alignment check. So I asked the lady at checkout time how the alignment was since I had an alignment done this summer. She was a little curt and said that we don’t do that with oil change unless requested. I was like ok that fine but I felt jipped because I had been told that was included when I called.

I stopped by the Rockville Rd. Belle Tire location a few days ago to purchase a new set of tires. When I walked in I was 2nd in line waiting for the ONLY clerk to finish with the customer ahead of me. The wait was at least 15 minutes as this other customer had question after question and again with just the ONE clerk anywhere in sight (what are the other four registers for?). When it was finally my turn suddenly the store phone rang and the clerk ceases helping me and takes the call and begins to assist the caller with their questions totally ignoring me in the process. I waited for 2 minutes before leaving the store in disgust as the clerk continued to assist the caller. Absolute rude customer service. The following day I contacted the store manager, TJ Lafave, to bring this matter to his attention. By doing so I received even more rude customer service. I explained the situation to him and his response was We are trained to answer the phones, what would callers think if they received no answer?. Really? I told him he had a live customer standing right there in front of him, someone who took the time to actually drive to the store to give them their business and that customer takes a back seat to someone simply calling in because this manager fears they might go into a panic and cant figure out why their call went unanswered? That was literally his reply to me, worried that customers calling in whose call may go unanswered would worry as to why no one was answering. I replied; Well how about this, why dont you go ahead and answer the call and say Thank you for calling Belle Tire, can you please hold AND FINISH WITH THE CUSTOMER RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. And this guy is a manager geez. He proceeded to get sarcastic with me and basically conducted himself in a rude and unprofessional manner. He apparently didnt like the fact that I wasnt impressed with his 16 years of retail experience. I told him that if he thought the practice of ignoring a live customer in his store and giving a phone caller priority is good business practice well then maybe he has been in retail a little too long. Apparently they assume people in line are just going to continue to stand there like a herd of sheep waiting for them to finish a phone call right in the middle of a transaction. Not hardly. With the rude customer service I received and with the rude poor management at this location I will not be returning to give them any of my business. I told Lafave because of their poor business practices he cost his store $1000 in tire sales with me as I took my business down to Discount Tire where I was treated as customers should be treated. He acted like he couldnt care less, with a its not his money type of attitude. Avoid this Belle Tire location, very poor customer service. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint against this so-called manager as well.

UPDATE! After due diligence on the part of Belle Tire, my situation has been resolved to my satisfaction. I still feel that rebates are designed to be inherently difficult and problematic, but at least in this situation, I am pleased with the outcome. ---------[Original Review] With the positive reviews that have been posted, I am sure that some people have had good experiences with Belle Tire, but unfortunately, my experience was far less than stellar. This may be industry standard, but they advertised a set of tires with 2 rebates, one from the tire manufacturer and the 2nd from Belle Tire -- but (of course) those particular tires were not in stock. What a surprise. By the time they could ship them in, the sale price would no longer be valid. I was offered another deal, which sounded comparable. However, later (after reading my receipt) I realized that the rebate was less than expected. Okay, my fault, I should have read it closer. The rebate procedure was very complicated and there were a lot of restrictions of which I had not been informed. After jumping through all their hoops, I awaited the delivery of the prepaid credit card. About a month later, it finally arrived -- but to my surprise, it didn’t have my name on it! I was assured that it would work just fine, but I reminded them that using a credit card with someone elses name on it is FRAUD!. They said they would send me another card. Another couple of weeks go by and I received my new card. This time the name was correct so I activated it online (per the instructions). At that point I was under the impression that I was nearly at the finish line. Nope! The card would not work. I drove back to Belle Tire to discuss this latest problem. The young lady did the best she could, she even tried calling the number on the card, even though I had already informed her that the number was automated and there was no way to get through to a real person. It was really no surprise to anyone when she became trapped in a computerized labyrinth with no way out. She then tried calling her own, Belle Tire customer service number but was only able to leave a message. It became clear to me that I was out the $$ --- [Remainder deleted] –Phil K.

Good people ( avon store ) . Got 4 new tires, fair price, only issue was that I wanted my old tires ( still had 1/2 tread) tech didnt read paperwork and damaged 3 of 4 sidewalls of old tires . I sent email to belle tire expressing my issues, Tyler was prompt responding and wanted to make it right, so he offered me a free alignment and oil change for tech damaging my tires, . Way more than fair . I have got my alignment/ oil change and am happy with my purchase,

I had bought and said a new tires and had a manufacturer warranty when two front tires went bad they were covered by the warranty but I still had to pay $80 which was half of the 160 originally paid for I dont call that a warranty

This is the second time I have been to this particular location and both times they have been nothing less than extremely helpful! Service has always been timely as well as thorough. Mike went out of his way to diagnose my tire problem when all I asked for was for my tires rotated. Anthony and Taylor have always been great to talk and work with and I cannot thank all of them enough!

I wouldnt give Belle Tire and its Entire staff, especially Taylor for the world. If all mechanic shops were the same as Belle Tire, wed certainly have a better world. What I value the most is the friendly staff and they do show a sense of urgency. 💙

We had some fairly serious issues with my sons vehicle and didnt want to drive it far, so we ended up at Belle Tire. Let me just say, Im certainly glad we did! Great service, extremely friendly personnel, and very reasonable prices. It was not a minor repair, and they got it in with no appointment and we got it back the same day. The cost ended up being considerably less than I thought it would be. This was a great service experience.

I have visited several tires and wheels retailers around Indy. I had a little bent rim. My problem has been properly addressed at Belle Tire. I am impressed by the professionalism of Mr. MYRON. He properly greeted me when I entered the store and told me that I will be assisted shortly.He ended up helping me and I am very grateful for the service he provided me with. Made an appointment online, which was very easy. Showed up on time and was greeted promptly and checked in. Everything was nice and clean. The only downside was that i had called previously to check how long it would be for 2 tires and an alignment. They told me it would be done in an hour with an appointment. I waited 3 hours for my car. Everyone was very nice, but it took forever.

I went in there the other day and got 4 tires and an oil change. The assistant manager was so friendly and welcoming. I got my car in a reasonable time and a lot cheaper compared to other tire places such as Walmart’s tire service. Definitely the place i will continue to go to in the long run.

Best tire store on the west side of Indy. Ive used another tire store for many years in the same community. The experience I had today with Bell was simply amazing. Thomas is a fantastic team player and Id love to have him on my team. Great job Bell!!!!

UPDATE! Once again Belle Tire came through for me! My car was vibrating a little at certain speeds and since I do ride share I had to address this immediately. Spoke to Anthony and he told me to come on in, and once there Nicole noticed that one of my tires had a spare rim on it, which weighed less than the other rims so that could be my issue. I was in and out in a couple hours but I also got an oil change and had a plug put in a spare tire, plus switching my rims. My car actually is driving great considering it has 208,000 miles, GO TOYOTA! Thanks everyone at Belle Tire! I was just driving by the Tire store when I decided to have a professional look at my tires. I drive rideshare so have put 52,000 miles on my car in a year. I anticipated needing all 4 tires but after Anthony checked them he said I only needed the 2 front tires. That’s when I noticed my front right headlight was out, so he told me to go on in to the waiting room and he would pull my vehicle in for an inspection. I needed an oil change anyways so I got a new headlight, an oil change and the tires rotated for just a bit more than what it usually cost me just for an oil change! The best part was I was in and out in under an hour’ ! Anthony said he would take care of me and he did a great job, the entire staff was great!

It’s really interesting to me and a lot of my peers that your new store manager was so lazy never wanted to really help the others out but now that he has the store manager position he decided to interact with the customers . I don’t understand why the previous store manager never got much help I have been there numerous times with my friends and seen him filling so many hats as the employees were either in there phones on the computer not doing any thing or standing around talking while he would be running around picking the phone up and trying his best to please the customers. I truly dislike this company I see how you guys work I hope others see it the same way I see it. And never return. I will NEVER step a foot back into your company and I will make sure my coworkers never go there either. We will be sure to take our business to the company that is coming soon.

I called ahead to see if I could even be serviced for my oil change. I was told yes, with about a 45 minute wait. When I finally got to the store, the guy was further honest with me, stating it was up to about an hour because a couple of other customers arrived before me. With that and the service i did receive and my contact/interactions with the staff, I think I have found my new place for car care!!

I found a screw in my tire after having lost 20 pounds of pressure. Walked in to the store, was greeted promptly, and everyone was wonderful. After taking down my info, I asked how much and how long the repair would take. When I was told it would only take about an hour and it was cost me nothing for the flat tire repair, this shop made a long term customer. As busy as they were (mostly full garage and half full parking lot), they still got me in and out efficiently. Thanks again, Belle Tire.

Dont fall for the prices they advertise online & over the phone. They quoted me $288 for 4 tires (black friday sale). As soon as I walked in door they told me the tires I wanted are rated 3/10. We recommend you get a 7/10 and above kinda tires, not this cheap and bad ones. This suddenly pushed the cost above $700. Why sell and advertise bad tires to begin with??? They got a sweet tongue through it all though.

After Indianas pothole season left me with a internal puncture I needed a new tire! My goal was to get the same exact tire to match the others tread and after searching for a place that would do that a friend told me about Belle Tire and she gave them all the info on the tire and they put an order in the morning and it was installed the same afternoon within about 30 minutes! Alex was very helpful and very attentive, definitely will be making this auto shop my go to for now on!

Honestly the best experience Ive had at a tire shop. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was nice and very clean, and the prices were great. My new go to tire shop.

I went there today to replace all four tires on my car. What I loved the most was how neat, clean and organized everything was. The options I was offered and not try to sell you things that you dont need. It took them probably an hour to get everything ready. I will definitely bring my ford ranger as well when is time for new tires!
