Amazing service and results! Each person I spoke to was professional. I had very bad hail damage and they immediately replaced the broken rear windshield while I waited just a few days for the repair of hundreds of dents. I can honestly say my car is in better shape now than it was before the hailstorm. When they found some painting was necessary I didn’t have to do anything; they contacted my insurance company directly and started the additional work the same day. I am VERY impressed!

Mr. Mohammad is the sweetest guy. He explained to me the damage and the repair requirements. He ordered the parts and once they were ready he asked me to bring the car. Once the repair started it was done in no time and the car was better than before the accident.

From the time I got an estimate (in less than 15 min) to the time I drove away with my vehicle fixed was barely over 24 hours. Staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They did great work and followed through on what they said. Price was much lower price than I expected. I hope I dont have to get any more body work done, but if I do( lets be real, when I do) Im very happy to take it to this shop. Highly recommend.

I called this body shop ahead of time to tell them what was going on with my car, and they gave me some good recommendations and pricing. I ordered the part I needed online based on the part number from the dealership and came in at the specified time at Maaco to get it changed out. It was done in less than an hour and they actually charged me what was quoted. It was good work at a good rate. Their staff was friendly too. I would recommend this shop to others.

The side mirror on my car was broken in a hit and run and the dealership wanted $980 to replace it so I thought I check out Maaco and I’m so glad I did. Jay and the entire staff was helpful from the moment I walked in the door and I was able to have the mirror replaced for under $250. I’m very pleased with the quality and timelines of the work done and I definitely recommend Maaco.

I had to bring my vehicle back and forward at least 4 separate occasions. However Mohammed took great care of my concerns.

They initially told me it would take a week to get my car back, it took over a month, they received my car on the 11th and had told me they ordered the parts ahead of time and I said what day were the parts ordered? And she said the 30th! so they were obviously not ordered ahead of time. When I got the car back all of the tires we’re super low on air, so low in fact that I felt uncomfortable driving it and immediately took it to the gas station to fill the tires. And all of the dash lights came on when I started the car, the person who drove it around to me when I was picking it up would have seen those and clearly chose to ignore them. They said the outside had been detailed but it looked extremely dirty and there was a weird gummy piece in the seat where it looked like something had melted there. I will not be returning.

I went to the 71st MAACO after buying a car online and finding a some minor door dings. The owner looked over the damage and had me pull around back for buffing. Within minutes the car looked brand new and the best part - no charge !!! Friendly, professional, honest customer service. Should I ever need this type of work again, I will not hesitation return (and pay)!!

They did a good job on my bumper but they broke my passenger fender an didn’t fix it but they fixed the driver side bumper. Highly upset about it!

I dropped my vehicle off and the paint job turned out great! It took longer than expected but the results were worth the wait. Unfortunately there was a mishap with an oversight on placing my parts back together and I lost one on the highway unfortunately. Would recommend for a quality cost effective paint job just needed more attention to detail before letting a vehicle leave.

They have a wonderful staff at this location! Each time we went in, someone different was at the front desk and they always made us feel welcome and cared for. I had to take my car in for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) after hail damage, and the manager or owner was very thorough with his inspection and estimate of the damage. We were very impressed, and would definitely go back if we ever had something else to repair that they specialize in. They did an amazing job, and the individual they subcontract to do PDR was very thorough as well!Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been to this location for a few different repairs, and the service is always top notch. Most recently, my car was scraped in a hit and run before bringing it in for another scheduled repair. They painted over the additional damage free of charge- it made my day! I will never go anywhere else for repairs.

The clear coat on the roof of my 2001 Dodge Dakota quad cab had gone dull with age, and would no longer hold a shine after waxing. I had stopped by Maaco and received what I thought was a reasonable estimate. I returned a month or so later on a Monday morning to have the roof portion sanded and repainted. They did an excellent job and it looks almost like a new truck again. The job did take a little longer that what I was originally told, but having a spare vehicle did not cause any inconvenience on my part. The number of days from drop off to pick up was fifteen days. Three days later I end up seeing a very minor dent on the hood up near the windshield. I took it back over to Maaco, and Jay said they would take care of it. He had a dent removal contractor coming in the following Tuesday. I was able to go during my lunch hour and like magic the dent was rolled out. Maaco took care of it at no extra charge even though I could not prove that it happened while in the shop and even after hearing the contractor say that it may have been a hood hinge related dent issue. Jay was good for his word and covered the expense. As I told him, they did not really have to do that. This is a good, honest family running this shop and they care about their customers.

We took our car here for a paint fix job on our used car we just purchased. Were quick on getting an estimate to us, we only had to leave our car with them for 4 days while they fixed up the paint & dents. When we came to pick it up, their were still a few things to be fixed. They were very accommodating, and a day later the car was perfect. Would highly recommend for their professionalism & workmanship.

This is the best repair shop in Indiana. Honest people, great service, fair pricing. Ive come here for repairs many times across the last 8 years and have always left satisfied.

The first drive in estimate was changed ( higher), when another person looked at the repair about a week later when I was dropping the car off. I understand that I didn’t get a written estimate the first time, so I had no recourse when the owner did the final estimate. I just think that all parties who do estimates should be speaking with one voice. My 2nd estimate was over a hundred dollars more that the first! But they did a great job!

Attention to detail was terrible. Clear coat runs in two of the four panels they touched. Finger print in clear coat. Overspray in areas they did not tape off. Missing rubber molding on both doors they worked on. Would not recommend.

I live right by this location, got an estimate for my front bumper a few weeks ago. Was told the front bumper could be delivered and installed as soon as 4-5 days for my Honda Accord. I had to call for weeks to remind them and just now got my car back. I don’t think they are normally like this but that’s my experience.

I hit a deer with my car and I was looking for somewhere local that I could take my car to get it fixed instead of taking it to a large chain. I went in at lunch and they gave me a quote in 15 minutes and they were great to work with! Once I got my insurance check I made an appointment and they got started right away. I was very impressed with the care that they put into my car. They made sure that they had the right part and made sure that it looked great! You cant even tell that there was any damage done to the car. I would highly recommend bringing your car here if you have any damages.

If you want great service and poor quality work go here. This review has evolved several times. Bad, goodish, and it’s going stay this time. Macco did not fix my car properly nor do a very good job and I would highly not recommend them. The customer service was good but it ultimately comes down to how the work was done.It’s a long story, but basically they did it once, twice, and it was never right. The first time you could see black plastic wear paint was rubbed/knocked off while putting it back together. They took it back and redid it. It looked better and I accepted it the second time even though their still was imperfections. I also had to come back a third time because the emblem fell off. I think the did not install the clips it was supposed to have. So okay. Then paint started flaking off around the bottom edges over the next year. Maaco saw my poor review and called me to say it was guaranteed and to bring it back. I appreciated that and revised my review to four stars. I never did being it back.Someone end up backing into me in the parking garage. (This was actually a blessing right). I went to Mintons in Bloomington as I havemoved down this way. They were fantastic! They said it was flaking off because the didn’t prepare it right. He said to never go to Maaco. It look like a new car now! That’s the way a repair shop should make it look. I will up load a picture after I was recently got backed into. You can see the paint easily flaked off. It was doing this before along the bottom. I would highly recommend Mintons if you can take it to Bloomington. The nice picture is Mintons.

Had to inspect my vehicle and found to many things I spotted upon receiving my vehicle back after I bought it in to be repainted to remove bruises,Nicks ect...,just didnt like the bck and forth I incurred during the the time I was without transportation thinking my vehicle was going to be better after the repairs, just wasnt professional as I thought, I just corrected some of the negligence myself, I will not go bck or recommend anyone to this dealership.

Amazing service. I was greeted and helped by an associate before even opening the door. I had a quote and was headed home faster than anywhere else had even greeted me. My Miata came back looking fantastic! Everyone was prompt, helpful, and delightful to do business with.

This place kept giving my insurance company the run around saying every other day my car was ready. Finally got there to pick my car up and it STILL wasn’t ready nor was the part that they where waiting for two days to put on, WASNT on the car!! They told me my car was getting cleaned, of course I walk in and my car is STILL dirty inside and out! Without the part that they’ve been waiting on for two days! Brought my 07 BMW 335i in for repairs. Work required replaing the hood, right front light assembly, grill and front bumper wrap. Cost of new light assembly was, shall we say, a bit staggering. Jay identified a location where I could find a used assembly. Saved me A LOT of money. Work was extremeely well done. Professional shop. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

They were very nice and friendly but the quality was not worth the amount of $ I spent. This was not an insurance claim so I was paying out of pocket. There was over-spray all over my windows, and a deep scratch still left in the paint where they fixed the dent, and it was so dusty and dirty when I picked it up, I couldnt tell what was what. They just brought me my keys and walked away. Which I thought was a little odd.

It took two trips to Maaco to complete the work because not everything was put back together the first time. Then, we drove the car out of state, and it now leaks into the floor of the backseat. That was not a problem when we brought it in initially.

Easy to get a quote and easy to book! My car had chipped paint on the front hood and bumper from getting stuck behind a tar truck one day. After Maaco worked on it it looks FANTASTIC- like nothing ever happened! Very very pleased with the work Maaco did.

Jay is one of the main guys there and was assisting a elderly gentlemen with painting his car and this elder gentlemen was having a problem not car related with his personal cell phone and Jay was able to get his personal cell phone working again. The elder gentlemen was very happy that they got his cell phone to work. Also the elder man was going to call a taxi to take him home and Jay said no that he would take the gentlemen home. This is truly one of the best places to get your car serviced. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taking care of. If I ever need any additional work done on my vehicle, this will definitely be the place I will come back too.

The customer service was good and didn’t have any issues with the process of getting my car fixed. The damage on my car was located on the bumper and all repairs were taken care of on the back of my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed the hood of my vehicle was up and jumper box attached to my battery. I realized it was odd, but figured they were just making sure everything was good to go for my vehicle. They pulled the car up to the front I checked everything out and signed the papers stating everything looked good. Throughout this whole time my car is still running. I left to put gas in my car and when I tried to start it to leave my engine wouldn’t even try. I called Macco and let them know the situation and they sent someone to my location with a jumper box. The man explained to me that my battery died and said I should go to a Kia dealership to check it out. Now remind you I have a 2018 vehicle with only 23,000 miles and I am the only owner. There is no way the battery could’ve died with them only having it for 2 weeks and the damages to my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate them not letting me know about my battery before I left or even signed the papers and they tried to say that it happened from trying to replace the back lights..Nonetheless I had to take care of my battery and get a whole new one which would have never been a issue in the first place. They seem nice, but probably won’t be coming back.

My car looks amazing! I was rear ended and instead of just replacing the bumper they painted my whole car.I was super stressed about the whole situation and they made it a worry free experience. They were super genuine and fixed little things they didnt have to. For example my car alarm would go off every time I would use my key to open my trunk, I just mentioned it in passing and they took care of it! I recommend them to anyone but especially if youre looking for collision repair!

Terrible service! Terrible communication! Work will not be finished on the first attempt, maybe the 10th. My car came back with scratches and no one in the shop knew who did this!! The painter is a amateur and doesnt know what hes doing. Pay a little more and go somewhere else to get it done right on the first attempt!

My wife had backed into my car, and the bumper needed replaced. We were looking to pay out of pocket to avoid an increase in insurance premiums, and Jay gave us a few options to keep the cost down. The car is an older Camry, and I didnt care about perfection. However, he delivered that. I just had the bumper replaced and I kept the slightly damaged quarter panel. He made the QP look new, and he even buffed out my headlights free of charge. The turnaround time was the exact same day I dropped it off - fast .Jay and the family and crew are great. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place.

Horrible. I took my 2014 Dodge Charger there and was told it would take a week and a half to paint my car, they had it for a month. When I picked it up it filthy inside with all the paint dust all over the seats, my dash, the doors, the carpet, everywhere. They paint all over my rubber moldings there is over spray everywhere. The entire car is covered in pinholes and debris in the paint as if they painted it outside. Keep in mind I paid for the premium top of the line paint service. They charged me 3100. I WILL NEVER IN LIFE TAKE MY CAR TO MAACO AGAIN.
