After the estimate Chris was able to get me in that day for repairs knowing I was in a time crunch to get my vehicle back. Douglas is the man too! I made an appointment for an estimate, and they were right on time! I own a jeep that has an area with nicks and scratches above my passenger back wheel. I wanted this area fixed as it bothered me. Joe was very patient with me! He promptly went inside and came out with a bottle and a rag. He buffed out my scratches and told me how I could purchase an ink pen to paint the small nicks myself. He didnt charge me anything! I feel like anywhere else would have taken advantage of me and had me pay for full repairs. I was so impressed! Caliber Collision came highly recommended by two of my friends, and now I know why! In the event I need these types of services, I will ONLY go to Caliber Collision!

I was involved in an accident and my car was pretty beat up and they have done a wonderful job getting it all repaired and keeping me updated in detail every step of the way. I was in a really tough spot--I hit a piece of debris on the highway while on a road trip with my family and my bumper got knocked very loose. I was looking at a potential nightmare scenario where I was going to have to leave my car in Indianapolis, get a rental and drive back here who knows how much later to get my car.I called Calliber and they were SUPER helpful, both on the phone and in person. They had me come in, looked at my car right away and were able to put screws in the bumper so we could continue the trip safely and get the car properly repaired when we are back home. And they didnt charge me a cent! Incredible.Frankly, I have never gotten service this good at any mechanic, and I dont even live here! Im a total stranger to them and they will never see me again, but I got treated like someone whod been a customer for 20 years. Joe was super helpful, and I cant think him and everyone else at the shop enough.

I had a minor vehicle collision and the other driver led the scene before the police arrived and left me with damage I was responsible for. My insurance company determined I would be taking my car to the body shop of their choice. That doesn’t bode will with me but I reluctantly had to go. I will say though, that I was pleased with the end results! Caliber Collision on Indy’s south side, East St location, were exceptional! Receptionists were outstanding and estimator was fantastic and knowledgeable. Text updates throughout the repair were a nice touch. Something I’m not used to from dealership body shops. Everything was quick and thorough and I would easily recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. I’ve read other reviews and the vast majority are positive, so they deserve another one here. I saw the final invoice to the insurance company and it was considerably lower cost than the dealership body shops I had previous estimates. That tells me that Caliber is very competitive with their repair costs. Again, I would recommend them for your quick yet thorough repair needs.

Dropped vehicle off in driving condition only problem was front bumper had been zip tied back on. Was to get repaired however they tore the car down removing parts later to find out that the insurance company totaled the car. Car was far from totaled so we bought it back only to have to tow the car home and then find out theres missing pieces. Caliber says sorry but theres nothing they can do. Well if you took the car apart put it back together first of all if you refuse to do that atleast give all the parts back. It has been a nightmare.

Sons car was hit by someone pulling out of their driveway.the guys at Caliber were fantastic....they pulled some of the door out to allow him to open the door....and sent us an estimate.once we FINALLY heard from the insurance company, he took his truck into them...they said it would be fixed in about a week... it was done 3 days early, and looks amazing.....even got a dent out of the drivers door that was not part of the damage, and cleaned the inside of the car out ....swept, wiped down...and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!

Ashley, Paul J, and Paul M were so awesome in taking care of my insurance claim on my car. I was updated everyday on its repair and the process from dropping off my car, to getting my rental, taking back the rental, and picking up my car was extremely smooth. I had a TPMS light come on when I left. I contacted Paul at Caliber and he told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Right when I arrived, I was greeted promptly by Ashley and Paul and they took my car straight to the garage. My car looks brand new and the customer service was amazing. I couldnt ask for a better experience despite the circumstances.

My husband hit a deer so we had quite a bit of damage that varied all across the front of the car. Caliber was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient when we brought in the car to be estimated and then again to be repaired. I was involved in a car accident and this place was recommended by my insurance. Being in an accident is already stressful but this by far was one of the best experiences. You typically don’t need car shops for major repairs unless it’s unexpected, their service made the unexpected less of a distraction. My accident was a week before Thanksgiving, an already stressful event for families not being able to gather in large groups, the fact that I did not have to ask for anything and they stayed in communication with me was very impressive! I cannot sing their praises enough, thanks to the entire team for taking care of me and my car!!!

This was (Unfortunately) our fourth trip to Caliber Collision on South East St. Each and every time our experiences have been excellent. The people that work their are very professional, helpful and informative through the entire process. We actually live in Greenwood and have used local body shops but have not had the great experiences we have had at the Caliber Collision on South East. I recently took my truck here after an accident I was involved in, Joe was my person that was over my truck! I would like to start by saying Paul Merrill from Caliber fixed my nightmare the previous body shop caused. The previous body shop, Gerber collision & glass (Greenwood Indiana) did poor body work on my rear bumper cover and didn’t replace the impact bar behind my bumper cover. Caliber Collision replaced my Impact bar, and bumper cover, the paint on the rear bumper looks 100% factory. I recommend talking to Paul when you arrive at caliber and he will make sure he answers everything, and you will be a happy customer when you leave.

I took in because had a accident being they’re fault and dent my side of door. Price Estimated on little dent is very high priced,if I had to pay out of my own pocket I wouldn’t take it on there! They did good job repairing it but I came home noticed more nicks and scratches when I open the door! I’m bummmmm out!!!

I had my car repaired last summer and had noticed a small noise in the area that was worked on. I stopped in and mentioned the noise and it was looked at immediately and problem was resolved. My niece was in a wreck and needed her car repaired and I suggested Caliber Collision and they did a fantastic job on her Honda. They buffed the haze out of her headlights making them look brand new. I took my 7 series bmw to this shop to get the front bumper redone (rock chips etc). I dropped the car off on Wednesday and picked it up Friday.
